摘要特崗計(jì)劃政策是中央實(shí)施的一項(xiàng)對中西部地區(qū)農(nóng)村義務(wù)教育的特殊政策。通過公開招聘高校畢業(yè)生到中西部地區(qū)“兩基”攻堅(jiān)縣、縣以下農(nóng)村學(xué)校任教，引導(dǎo)和鼓勵(lì)高校畢業(yè)生從事農(nóng)村義務(wù)教育工作，創(chuàng)新農(nóng)村學(xué)校教師的補(bǔ)充機(jī)制，逐步解決農(nóng)村學(xué)校師資總量不足和結(jié)構(gòu)不合理等問題。在對特崗計(jì)劃政策的解讀下，本文通過對富寧縣鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)中小學(xué)特崗教師進(jìn)行基礎(chǔ)的走訪調(diào)查，并采用問卷調(diào)查的方式了解鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)中小學(xué)特崗教師的生活狀況、結(jié)婚狀況、性別、年齡、學(xué)歷、專業(yè)等相關(guān)情況，對鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)中小學(xué)特崗教師的生活狀況和政策執(zhí)行現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行綜合分析，并根據(jù)富寧縣的實(shí)際情況，在對特崗計(jì)劃政策的相關(guān)政策制定和實(shí)施等方面，來提出適合富寧縣特崗計(jì)劃執(zhí)行的優(yōu)化路徑。關(guān)鍵詞：特崗計(jì)劃；政策執(zhí)行；特崗教師；義務(wù)教育均衡發(fā)展AbstractThe
