設(shè)備要求5.1 適用條件5.1.1 污水進(jìn)入一體化設(shè)備前應(yīng)經(jīng)過預(yù)處理,包括但不限于沉砂、篩除、沉淀等,應(yīng)根據(jù)具體項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行合理選擇及布置。5.1.2一體化設(shè)備的進(jìn)水水量應(yīng)根據(jù)調(diào)查資料確定,無調(diào)查資料時可參考

不銹鋼及以上材質(zhì)。5.4 外觀要求一體化設(shè)備的各構(gòu)件外表面應(yīng)平整、光潔,不應(yīng)有明顯的凹凸、錘痕、碰傷等質(zhì)量缺陷現(xiàn)象。5.5 結(jié)構(gòu)要求5.5.1 一體化設(shè)備的相關(guān)結(jié)構(gòu)或構(gòu)件應(yīng)滿足受力要求,其剛度、強(qiáng)度、穩(wěn)定性以及連接的強(qiáng)度應(yīng)滿足國家和行業(yè)相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求。5.5.2 地埋式一體化設(shè)備必須滿足周邊土壓、內(nèi)部水壓、自重、抗浮等荷載的要求,纖維增強(qiáng)塑料及工程塑料材質(zhì)的地埋式一體化設(shè)備還應(yīng)滿足剛度、強(qiáng)度衰減的要求。5.5.3 一體化設(shè)備宜設(shè)置吊裝點(diǎn)以方便設(shè)備的轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)與裝卸;一體化設(shè)備采用集裝箱式的結(jié)構(gòu)形式時宜采用集裝箱專用角件。5.6 制造要求5.6.1 一體化設(shè)備主體采用纖維增強(qiáng)塑料制作時,應(yīng)符合

的有關(guān)規(guī)定。5.7.6 電氣設(shè)備應(yīng)設(shè)有漏電保護(hù)、接地保護(hù)、短路保護(hù)、防雷保護(hù)、過欠壓保護(hù)、缺相與相序保護(hù)、浪涌保護(hù)等模塊。5.8 控制要求5.8.1 一體化設(shè)備的控制系統(tǒng)應(yīng)設(shè)自動和手動兩種操作模式,其中自動控制操作模式宜采用集中控制方式。5.8.2 出水水質(zhì)及水量在線檢測應(yīng)包括以下內(nèi)容,并滿足處理工藝及當(dāng)?shù)丨h(huán)保部門的相關(guān)要求:a)

流速、流量。5.8.3 自動控制系統(tǒng)應(yīng)能對設(shè)備的管理、維護(hù)、保養(yǎng)和故障處理提出建議,并通過實(shí)時采集設(shè)備運(yùn)行狀態(tài)信息參數(shù),診斷出設(shè)備可能存在的潛在故障。5.8.4自動控制系統(tǒng)應(yīng)能根據(jù)記錄的設(shè)備運(yùn)行時間,自動進(jìn)行設(shè)備運(yùn)行輪換,合理組織設(shè)備的運(yùn)行間歇。5.8.5 自動控制系統(tǒng)接受區(qū)域監(jiān)控中心的遠(yuǎn)程控制時,應(yīng)具有通信、數(shù)據(jù)采集及上報(bào)等功能,能夠按區(qū)域監(jiān)控中心的要求控制設(shè)備運(yùn)行。5.8.6自動控制系統(tǒng)所采用的網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)、工藝參數(shù)設(shè)置與監(jiān)控、運(yùn)維數(shù)據(jù)分析、設(shè)備異常提醒、報(bào)警推送、遠(yuǎn)程調(diào)試和數(shù)據(jù)報(bào)表等模塊建設(shè)應(yīng)符合
