2.0.3real-timekinematicrelativepositioning(RTK)
Accordingtotheprincipleofcarrierphasedifferentialtechniques,thedifferentialdataofa
referencestationaretransmittedtothesatellitepositioningreceiverofamovingstationusing
radiocommunicationtechnology.Therelativepositioningofthereal-timetrajectoryofthe
satellitepositioningreceiverantennacanbecalculatedanddetermined,whichistermedas
carrierphasereal-timedynamicsurveyorRTKsurvey.
2.0.4satellite-basedaugmentationGNSSsystem
Thepositioningsystemofthesatellites-basedGNSSpositioningcorrectioninformationand
achievingimprovementofpositioningaccuracy.
2.0.5tidalstation
anobservationstationwhichrecordswaterlevelchangesbysettingupmarigraphsortide
staffsandfurtherknowsthelawoftidalchangesatselectedlocations.

theinvestigationofsubmarinetopographyandgeomorphology,marinegeology,geophysics,
andhydrologyfortheseaareastobepassedthroughbeforelayingsubmarinepipelines,

3.0.1Beforeoperation,relevantdatashallbecollectedandanalyzed,fieldsurveyshallbe
performed,andtechnicaldesigndocumentshallbecompiled;duringoperation,quality
controlshallbedone;afteroperation,generaltechnicalreportsshallbecompiled.
3.0.2Theselectionorestablishmentofplanecoordinatesystemsandheightdatumshall
complywiththecurrentnationalstandardGB50026CodeforEngineeringSurveying.
3.0.3Soundingdatumshallusethelowestnormallowwater;theareaswiththedetermined
soundingdatumshallusethedeterminedvalue,whiletheareaswithoutthedetermined
soundingdatumshallusethevaluejointlycalculatedwithadjacentlong-termtidalstations.
3.0.4TheselectionofamapscaleshallcomplywithTable3.0.4.

numberedaccordingtotherelevantprovisionsofthecurrentnationalstandardGB/T13989
SubdivisionandNumberingfortheNationalPrimaryScaleTopographicMaps;topographic
mapswithascaleof1:200andtheareasusingindependentcoordinatesystemsmaybe
subdividedintoasetofsquaresorrectangles,andthennumberedaccordingtothesequence
ofsurveyareas;whereastheareaswithzonalandirregularshapesmaybesubdividedfreely.
3.0.7Relatedinstrumentsandequipmentshallbeinspected,calibrated,andmaintainedwith
moreefforts.Theusedsoftwareshallbecertifiedorinspected.
3.0.8Surveyingaccuracyshallusemeansquareerrorasthestandard,andlimiterrorsshall
betwotimesofmeansquareerror.

3.0.9Existingtopographicmapsshallfirstbetestedandthenmodified,orretested
accordingtothetestresults.
3.0.10Electronicbooksanddataterminalsshouldbeusedforfieldobservationrecords.
3.0.11Beforeperformingsitesurveyofoffshorewindpowerprojects,identificationof
hazardsourcesatworkingseaareasandassessmentofsecurityrisksshallbecarriedout,and
safetyriskcontrolmeasuresandemergencyplansshallbedeveloped.Inaddition,operatorsor
workersshallbeeducatedandtrainedaboutmaritimesafety.
3.0.12Thewastesandsolidwastesgeneratedshallbedisposedofwhilesurveyoperationof
offshorewindpowerprojectsisongoing.

4ControlSurvey
4.1GeneralRequirements
4.1.1Thefourthorfirstorderplanecontrolnetworksshallbeestablishedastheprimary
planecontrolinsurveyareasaccordingtothecurrentnationalstandardGB50026Codefor
EngineeringSurveying.
4.1.2TheplanecontrolsurveyshoulduseGNSSsurveyortraversesurvey.
4.1.3Thefourthorfifthorderverticalcontrolnetworksshallbeestablishedastheprimary
verticalcontrolinsurveyareas.
4.1.4Verticalcontrolshoulduselevelingortrigonometriclevelingbasedon
electromagneticdistancemeasurement(EDM).Thefifthorderverticalcontrolmayalsouse
GNSSelevationsurvey.
4.2HorizontalControlSurvey
4.2.1TherequirementsofGNSScontrolnetworkaccuraciesandtheaveragesidelengthsof
adjacentpointsshallcomplywithTable4.2.1.
