increaseddrinkingofwineinBritain-anincreasethathasbeenparticularlymarkedinrecentdecades.
AstheyreportintheBMJ,amedicaljournal,sheandherteamobtaineddataonglassvolumesgoingback
toabout1700fromsourcesincludingtheRoyalHouseholdandtheAshmolean,theuniversitymuseumof
Cambridge'sarch-rival,Oxford.Altogether,theyrecordedthecapacityof411glassesand,asthechartshows,
