而我們學(xué)習(xí)這些榜樣,不僅僅要學(xué)習(xí)他們積極完成工作或幫助他人的行為,而更應(yīng)該思考我們能從他們的這些行為中發(fā)現(xiàn)并學(xué)習(xí)到他們身上怎樣的優(yōu)秀品質(zhì)。還是拿謝欣怡同學(xué)舉例。按說放學(xué)之后,每個同學(xué)最渴望的事情就是能早早回家,可是她卻甘愿花費自己的休息時間,認(rèn)真做好自己本職甚至分外的一切工作,并且能日復(fù)一日,每天都一絲不茍,從來不抱怨時間晚,工作累,或產(chǎn)生放棄的念頭這種持之以恒的毅力,以及甘愿犧牲自己的精神才是值得我們學(xué)習(xí)的寶貴精神品質(zhì),也是敬業(yè)精神的最好體現(xiàn)。同理,從一個樂于幫助同學(xué)的身上,我們可以看出他甘愿奉獻(xiàn)自己幫助他人進(jìn)步的精神;包括老師們身上也有許多偉大的品質(zhì),比如愛崗敬業(yè),無私奉獻(xiàn),關(guān)愛學(xué)生等等。這些都是我們能從榜樣的行為中,提煉出來的最值得思考、學(xué)習(xí)、完善自己并能以自己的不同行動來踐行傳播的.東西。
