為乙方出國留學(xué)的國內(nèi)保證人、保證乙方執(zhí)行本協(xié)議書。保證人須與乙方經(jīng)常保持聯(lián)系，每半年向甲方介紹乙方執(zhí)行協(xié)議書的情況;如乙方違約，保證人須認(rèn)真協(xié)助甲方追究乙方的責(zé)任。在乙方違約而保證人又未履行自己職責(zé)的情況下，保證人須承擔(dān)本人經(jīng)濟收入能承受條件下的經(jīng)濟責(zé)任。

甲方與保證人因保證事項而發(fā)生糾紛時，經(jīng)雙方同意，可由甲方的上級主管部門裁決。

第十六條本協(xié)議書自公證之日起生效，簽字各方保證遵照執(zhí)行。有效期限至本協(xié)議書第十二條規(guī)定的工作年限期滿時止。

注意二：知己知彼做好全面分析

除了選擇有資格認(rèn)定的合法機構(gòu)外，家長還應(yīng)該挑選適合孩子自身的留學(xué)路線，選擇質(zhì)量有保證，辦學(xué)聲譽好的學(xué)校。對于留學(xué)中介提供的學(xué)校情況，包括留學(xué)費用，學(xué)校所在國家的留學(xué)制度，學(xué)生在國外的生活條件等其他各個方面的情況，家長應(yīng)該通過多方渠道予以核實，以避免因為信息模糊而造成的誤導(dǎo)。

在與中介簽訂出國留學(xué)服務(wù)合同時，要注意簽署能保護核心利益的留學(xué)中介服務(wù)合同。葉秘書長透露，留學(xué)中介服務(wù)合同有統(tǒng)一的示范文本。在合同中，除了要將涉及雙方利益的核心內(nèi)容寫入合同外，留學(xué)中介給予的口頭承諾或者附加的內(nèi)容最好能以特別約定的形式在合同的備注中寫明，以便日后有據(jù)可查。同時，家長們還應(yīng)注意合同中署名的留學(xué)中介機構(gòu)名稱是否與其“資格認(rèn)定書”上的名稱相符。在繳付有關(guān)費用時，應(yīng)索要有效發(fā)票或蓋有企業(yè)財務(wù)專用章的收據(jù)。
