3.RightsandObligationsoftheOwner

TheOwnershallhavetherightto:

a.ApproveorrejecttheThirdPartyServicesprovidedbytheContractor;

b.InspectandverifythequalityandprogressoftheWorkandThirdPartyServices;

c.RequestmodificationstotheWorkorThirdPartyServices,providedsuchmodificationsarereasonableandfeasible;
