4.2TheSellershallinvestigateandrespondtotheBuyer'scomplaintwithin[ResponseTime]daysafterreceivingthenoticeofcomplaint.IftheSelleracknowledgesthequalityproblem,theSellershalltakeappropriatemeasurestorectifytheissueandcompensatetheBuyeraccordingly.

ARTICLE5:OTHERPROVISIONS

5.1BothpartiesagreetostrictlyobservetheconfidentialityoftheinformationobtainedthroughthisContract.

5.2ThisContractshallbegovernedbyandconstruedinaccordancewiththelawsof[ApplicableLawCountry].
