2.PartyBagreesto:

b)ProvideanynecessaryassistanceandcooperationtoenablePartyAtoperformitsobligationsunderthisContract.

c)MaintainconfidentialityofallinformationobtainedfromPartyAinthecourseofthisContract.

TERMANDTERMINATION:

1.ThetermofthisContractshallcommenceontheEffectiveDate(definedbelow)andshallcontinueforaperiodof[NumberofYears]years,unlessterminatedearlierinaccordancewiththeprovisionsofthisContract.

LIMITATIONOFLIABILITY:

1.InnoeventshalleitherPartybeliabletotheotherPartyforanyindirect,special,punitive,incidental,orconsequentialdamages,includingbutnotlimitedtolossofprofits,revenue,orbusinessopportunities,arisingoutoforresultingfromthisContract.
