一、備考策略務(wù)必精準(zhǔn)

高三備考的不同階段，目標(biāo)和任務(wù)各不相同，就像打仗一樣，攻克不同的山

頭有不同的打法，只有抓住要領(lǐng)，才能打贏主動(dòng)仗。一是細(xì)化“作戰(zhàn)地圖”。從

的優(yōu)勢(shì)，學(xué)科組內(nèi)任務(wù)分解、責(zé)任到人，每次考試變式訓(xùn)練的預(yù)測(cè)由組長(zhǎng)把關(guān)。

學(xué)科組堅(jiān)持“一課一研”、“一考一研”，新老教師步調(diào)一致，節(jié)奏有序，充分發(fā)

揮分工協(xié)作的集體教研智慧。三是找準(zhǔn)學(xué)科增分點(diǎn)。認(rèn)真研究本省、本市、本校

有目的進(jìn)行專(zhuān)項(xiàng)訓(xùn)練和突破提升。英語(yǔ)的閱讀理解和小作文、語(yǔ)文的古文分析和

二、課堂教學(xué)務(wù)必高效。課堂是教育教學(xué)是主陣地。高三年級(jí)教學(xué)時(shí)間緊,

教學(xué)任務(wù)重，更要切實(shí)發(fā)揮課堂40分鐘的作用。一是上好微專(zhuān)題課。春節(jié)前后，

一輪復(fù)習(xí)進(jìn)入后期，學(xué)生不會(huì)的知識(shí)點(diǎn)逐步浮出水面。這些薄弱知識(shí)點(diǎn)如果解決

專(zhuān)題或微微專(zhuān)題課，針對(duì)某一個(gè)點(diǎn)或幾個(gè)點(diǎn)精講、講透，觸類(lèi)旁通。微專(zhuān)題課怎

么上？可以針對(duì)學(xué)生不會(huì)的問(wèn)題，每節(jié)課重點(diǎn)解決『2個(gè)知識(shí)點(diǎn)，專(zhuān)題強(qiáng)調(diào)，專(zhuān)

點(diǎn)訓(xùn)練，不貪多，順一個(gè)點(diǎn)“追祖宗八代“，剖析透！微微專(zhuān)題，則更精、更準(zhǔn)、

更小、更有效，可以一節(jié)課只講一道題，但是要把這一道題挖深、挖透，講透一

個(gè)會(huì)一類(lèi)，做會(huì)一題能舉一反三。二是上好試卷講評(píng)課。試卷講評(píng)課是高三的主

打課型，必須切實(shí)收到實(shí)效。首先，要精確掌握考情?？荚嚥贿^(guò)夜，打鐵要趁熱，

每次考試以后，要對(duì)班級(jí)考試情況了如指掌，充分了解易錯(cuò)點(diǎn)、易考點(diǎn)，這樣講

評(píng)時(shí)，才能有所側(cè)重，才能有針對(duì)性地攻克重難點(diǎn)。其次，要規(guī)范講評(píng)流程。針

對(duì)錯(cuò)誤率高或重點(diǎn)考察的試題，教師引導(dǎo)出方法思路；再由學(xué)生個(gè)人進(jìn)行自評(píng)自

糾，小組討論展示，找出得分原因和失分原因，真正弄清楚解題思路。師生合作

往復(fù)。對(duì)于常錯(cuò)、?？嫉闹R(shí)點(diǎn)，要經(jīng)常復(fù)習(xí)，要不就如同漏斗一樣慢慢溜掉。

事大吉，要每隔2周進(jìn)行“回頭看”，把學(xué)生的易錯(cuò)題重新編輯，歸類(lèi)整理后附

上分析講解印發(fā)給學(xué)生，克服漏斗思維，反復(fù)夯實(shí)專(zhuān)題訓(xùn)練的知識(shí)點(diǎn)。

三、學(xué)生訓(xùn)練務(wù)必得法。教師的教學(xué)能力最終要轉(zhuǎn)化為學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)能力，對(duì)

高三學(xué)生而言，就是要通過(guò)訓(xùn)練轉(zhuǎn)化為學(xué)生的答題能力。一是嚴(yán)格限時(shí)訓(xùn)練。限

時(shí)訓(xùn)練就是讓學(xué)生在規(guī)定時(shí)間內(nèi)做完訓(xùn)練題目，既訓(xùn)練速度，又鍛煉準(zhǔn)確度。限

時(shí)訓(xùn)練可短可長(zhǎng)，可以是課前十分鐘，可以是一節(jié)課，但必須堅(jiān)決做到即練即評(píng)，

長(zhǎng)期堅(jiān)持，通過(guò)教師評(píng)閱提升學(xué)生答題速度和效度，做到日日清，周周清，月月

清，適應(yīng)高考臨場(chǎng)答題要求。
