6.分紅賬戶信息二、違約行為及認(rèn)定：1.未按照約定時間支付分紅：若公司在規(guī)定時間內(nèi)未支付分紅，則構(gòu)成違約。

2.未按照約定比例支付分紅：若公司支付的分紅比例與協(xié)議不符，則構(gòu)成違約。

3.未按照約定價格支付分紅：若公司支付的分紅價格與協(xié)議不符，則構(gòu)成違約。
