2025【英文合同】英文跨國租賃合同范文LeaseAgreement(International)ThisLeaseAgreement("Agreement")ismadeandenteredintoasof[Date],byandbetween:Landlord:[Landlord'sFullLegalName][Landlord'sAddress][City,State,ZIPCode][Country](Hereinafterreferredtoasthe"Landlord")Tenant:[Tenant'sFullLegalName][Tenant'sAddress][City,State,ZIPCode][Country](Hereinafterreferredtoasthe"Tenant")1.DescriptionofthePremisesTheLandlordherebyagreestoleasetotheTenant,andtheTenantagreestoleasefromtheLandlord,thepropertylocatedat[FullAddressoftheProperty],[City],[State],[Country](hereinafterreferredtoasthe"Premises").ThePremisesincludes[describetheproperty,e.g.,"aresidentialapartmentofapproximately[squarefootage]squarefeet"]andanyattachedstructures,systems,orfixturesasdescribedinExhibitAattachedhereto.2.TermoftheLeaseThetermofthisLeaseAgreement(the"Term")shallcommenceon[StartDate]andshallcontinueforaperiodof[TermLength,e.g.,"two(2)years"],unlessearlierterminatedpursuanttothetermshereof.UpontheexpirationoftheTerm,theLeasemaybereneweduponmutualagreementoftheLandlordandtheTenant,subjecttothetermsandconditionsagreeduponbybothparties.3.RentTheTenantagreestopaytotheLandlordasrentforthePremisesthesumof[MonthlyRentAmount](the"Rent")percalendarmonth.TheRentshallbepaidinadvance,onorbeforethe[duedate,e.g.,"1st"]dayofeachmonthduringtheTerm.TheRentmaybeincreasedbytheLandlorduponproviding[noticeperiod,e.g.,"60days"]writtennoticetotheTenant,providedthatanyincreaseisinaccordancewithapplicablelaws.4.SecurityDepositUponexecutionofthisAgreement,theTenantshalldepositwiththeLandlordasecuritydepositintheamountof[SecurityDepositAmount](the"SecurityDeposit").TheSecurityDepositshallbeheldbytheLandlordassecurityfortheproperperformancebytheTenantoftheTenant'sobligationsunderthisAgreement.TheSecurityDepositshallbereturnedtotheTenantwithin[number]daysaftertheterminationofthisAgreement,providedthatthePremisesarereturnedinthesameconditionasreceived,ordinarywearandtearexcepted.5.UseofthePremisesTheTenantshallonlyusethePremisesfor[permitteduse,e.g.,"residentialpurposes"]andshallcomplywithallapplicablelaws,regulations,andzoningordinances.TheTenantshallnotusethePremisesforanyillegalpurposeorinamannerthatdisturbsthepeaceorinconveniencestheneighbors.6.MaintenanceandRepairsa)Landlord'sResponsibilities:TheLandlordshallmaintainthePremisesinahabitableconditionandshallmakeallnecessaryrepairstothestructuralportionsofthePremises,includingbutnotlimitedtotheroof,walls,andfoundation,aswellasanysystemsessentialtothePremises(e.g.,heating,plumbing,andelectrical).b)Tenant'sResponsibilities:TheTenantshallberesponsibleformaintainingthePremisesingoodconditionandpromptlyreportinganyrepairsneededtotheLandlord.TheTenantshallalsoberesponsibleforanyrepairsresultingfromtheTenant'snegligenceormisuseofthePremises.7.AlterationsandImprovementsTheTenantshallnotmakeanyalterations,additions,orimprovementstothePremiseswithoutthepriorwrittenconsentoftheLandlord.Anyalterations,additions,orimprovementsmadebytheTenantshallbecomethepropertyoftheLandlord,andtheTenantshallrestorethePremisestotheiroriginalconditionuponterminationofthisAgreement,unlessotherwiseagreedinwriting.8.Insurancea)TheLandlordshallobtainandmaintaininsurancecoveringthePremises,includingbutnotlimitedtoliabilityinsurance,fire,andextendedcoverage.b)TheTenantshallobtainandmaintainpersonalpropertyinsurancecoveringtheTenant'sbelongingswithinthePremises.TheTenantshallprovidetheLandlordwithproofofsuchinsuranceuponrequest.9.ResponsibilitiesoftheTenantTheTenantagreesto:a)Payallutilitybills,includingbutnotlimitedtoelectricity,water,gas,andtrashcollection,duringtheTerm.b)MaintainthePremisesinacleanandsanitarycondition.c)NotsubletorassignthisAgreementwithoutthepriorwrittenconsentoftheLandlord.d)Complywithallrulesandregulationsoftheproperty,includingbutnotlimitedtonoiserestrictionsandpetpolicies.10.ResponsibilitiesoftheLandlordTheLandlordagreesto:a)ProvidethePremisesinaconditionsuitablefortheagreeduse.b)PromptlyrespondtoandaddressallreasonablerepairrequestsfromtheTenant.c)NotenterthePremiseswithoutthepriorwrittenconsentoftheTenant,exceptincasesofemergencyortoconductroutineinspectionsaspermittedbylaw.11.Terminationa)EitherpartymayterminatethisAgreementuponprovidingtheotherpartywith[noticeperiod,e.g.,"30days"]writtennotice.b)TheLandlordmayterminatethisAgreementimmediatelyiftheTenant:i)FailstopaytheRentformorethan[number]daysaftertheduedate.ii)MateriallybreachesanyothertermofthisAgreementandfailstocuresuchbreachwithin[cureperiod]daysafterreceivingwrittennoticefromtheLandlord.c)TheTenantmayterminatethisAgreementimmediatelyiftheLandlordfailstoperformanymaterialobligationunderthisAgreementandfailstocuresuchfailurewithin[cureperiod]daysafterreceivingwrittennoticefromtheTenant.12.GoverningLawThisAgreementshallbegovernedbyandconstruedinaccordancewiththelawsofthe[State/Country].AnydisputesarisingoutoforrelatedtothisAgreementshallberesolvedthrougharbitrationinaccordancewiththerulesofthe[ArbitrationInstitution],orthroughlitigationinthecourtsof[Jurisdiction].13.EntireAgreementThisAgreementconstitutestheentireagreementbetweenthepartiesandsupersedesallprioragreements,understandings,orrepresentations,whetheroralorwritten.NomodificationoramendmentofthisAgreementshallbevalidunlessmadeinwritingandsignedbybothparties.14.WaiverNowaiverofanyprovisionofthisAgreementshallbeeffectiveunlessmadeinwritingandsignedbythepartyagainstwhomthewaiverissoughttobeenforced.ThefailureofeitherpartytoenforceanyprovisionofthisAgreementatanytimeshallnotbeconstruedasawaiverofsuchprovision.15.SeverabilityIfanyprovisionofthisAgreementisfoundtobeinvalidorunenforceable,theremainingprovisionsshallremaininfullforceandeffect.16.NoticesAllnotices,demands,orcommunicationsrequiredorpermittedunderthisAgreementshallbeinwritingandshallbedeemedtohavebeendulygivenwhendeliveredpersonally,sentbyregisteredorcertifiedmail,returnreceiptrequested,orsentbyemail,totherespectiveaddressessetforthabove.17.CounterpartsThisAgreementmaybeexecutedincounterparts,eachofwhichshallbedeemedanoriginal,butallofwhichtogethershallconstituteoneandthesameinstrument.Inwitnesswhereof,thepartiesheretohaveexecutedthisLeaseAgreementasofthedatefirstabovewritten.Landlord:[Landlord'sName][Landlord'sSignature]Date:Ten
