識高考?常見題型解讀

命題特點

投訴信是用來投訴某人或某商家或單位，因為某事沒有得到應有的對待，或者我們遇到的一些不文明現(xiàn)象。

所購商品質量差，服務售后不滿意，學校食堂飯菜質量不好等。內容涉及網購、書本、酒店服務、服飾、電子

書等商品的質量問題。

在寫投訴信時，應當關注問題本身，目的是解決問題。言語不應過激，切勿威脅對方。提出解決方案

和訴求時要合情合理。

寫投訴信時，一般都采用開門見山式寫法。時態(tài)以一般現(xiàn)在時為主，一般過去時為輔。
