2025版本的住宅裝修合同模板2025版本ResidentialInteriorRenovationContractTemplateContractNo.:DateofSigning:PlaceofSigning:ThisContractisenteredintoonthisdayof2025,byandbetweenthefollowingparties:PartyA(Contractor):PartyB(Client):1.DefinitionsandInterpretationsInthisContract,thefollowingtermsshallhavethemeaningsspecifiedbelow:1.1"TheProject"referstotheinteriorrenovationworkstobecarriedoutattheresidentialpremiseslocatedat(hereinafterreferredtoasthe"Premises").1.2"Works"referstoallconstructionactivities,includingbutnotlimitedto,therenovation,decoration,andrepairofthePremisesasdetailedinthisContractandtheattachedScheduleofWorks.1.3"Contractor"referstoPartyA,theentityengagedtocarryouttheWorks.1.4"Client"referstoPartyB,theownerorauthorizedrepresentativeofthePremises.1.5"CompletionDate"referstothedatewhentheWorksarecompletedandacceptedbytheClientassatisfactory,asspecifiedinthisContract.2.ScopeofWorksTheContractorshallcompletethefollowingWorksatthePremises:2.1Interiorwalls,floors,andceilings;2.2Installationofelectricalsystems,plumbing,andHVACunits;2.3Installationofdoors,windows,andcabinetry;2.4Applicationofpaints,finishes,anddecorations;2.5RemovalanddisposalofdebrisgeneratedduringtheWorks.3.ProjectDuration3.1TheWorksshallbecompletedwithin(number)workingdaysfromthedateofthefirstmaterialdeliveryorthedatespecifiedinthe開(kāi)工通知書(shū)issuedbytheClient,whicheverislater.3.2TheContractorshallstrictlyadheretotheagreedtimelineandensuretimelyprogress.AnydelayscausedbytheContractorshallbesubjecttotheprovisionsofthisContractregarding違約責(zé)任.4.QualityStandards4.1TheWorksshallcomplywithallapplicablenational,regional,andlocalbuildingcodes,standards,andregulations,includingbutnotlimitedtoGB50210-2025《建筑裝飾裝修工程質(zhì)量驗(yàn)收規(guī)范》.4.2TheContractorshallusematerialsofthequalityandspecificationsstipulatedintheContract;substitutionsshallrequirepriorwrittenapprovalfromtheClient.4.3TheContractorshallensureproperworkmanshipandadheretosafetystandardsthroughouttheconstructionprocess.5.ContractPriceandPaymentTerms5.1ThetotalcontractpricefortheWorksis(amountinwords)RMB,inclusiveofallmaterials,labor,andtaxes.5.2Paymentshallbemadeinaccordancewiththefollowingschedule:30%uponsigningoftheContract;30%uponcompletionof50%oftheWorks;30%uponcompletionof80%oftheWorks;10%uponfinalacceptanceandissuanceofthe竣工證書(shū).5.3Allpaymentsshallbemadeviabanktransferorcash,asspecifiedintheattachedpaymentdetails.6.ResponsibilitiesofPartyA(Contractor)6.1TheContractorshall:6.1.1Providequalifiedlaborandmaterials,andensurethatallWorksarecompletedtotheagreedstandards.6.1.2ObtainallnecessarypermitsandapprovalsfortheWorks.6.1.3MaintainthePremisesinacleanandsafeconditionduringtheconstructionprocess.6.1.4CompensateforanydamagetothePremisesorpropertythereincausedbytheContractor'snegligence.7.ResponsibilitiesofPartyB(Client)7.1TheClientshall:7.1.1ProvideaccesstothePremisesandensurethatallnecessaryutilitiesareavailable.7.1.2Approvematerials,designs,andsub-contractorsasrequiredunderthisContract.7.1.3Paythecontractpriceinaccordancewiththeagreedschedule.8.InspectionandAcceptance8.1TheClientshallhavetherighttoinspecttheWorksatanystageoftheconstructionprocess.8.2TheContractorshallnotifytheClientinwritingatleast48hoursbeforetheplannedcompletiondateforafinalinspection.8.3TheWorksshallbedeemedacceptableonlyiftheClientissuesasignedacceptancecertificatewithin(number)daysoftheinspectiondate.9.WarrantyandMaintenance9.1TheContractorshallprovideawarrantyontheWorksforaperiodof(number)yearsfromthedateoffinalacceptance,coveringdefectsinmaterialsandworkmanship.9.2Additionalwarrantyperiodsforspecificcomponents,suchas防水工程,shallbeasspecifiedinAppendixA.10.LiabilityforBreachofContract10.1IftheContractorfailstocompletetheWorkswithintheagreedtimeline,theClientshallbeentitledtodeductliquidateddamagesof%ofthedelayedportionofthecontractpriceperday.10.2IntheeventofanydisputeoverthequalityoftheWorks,thepartiesshallseekresolutioninaccordancewiththedisputeresolutionproceduresoutlinedinthisContract.11.DisputeResolution11.1AnydisputesarisingfromorrelatedtothisContractshallberesolvedthrough友好協(xié)商first.11.2If協(xié)商fails,thedisputesshallbesubmittedtotheChinaConstructionEngineeringArbitrationCommissionforarbitrationinaccordancewithitsrules.12.MiscellaneousProvisions12.1AnyamendmentstothisContractshallbemadeinwritingandsignedbybothparties.12.2ThisContractandallitsappendicesformasingleagreementbetweentheparties.AppendicesAppendixA:WarrantyPeriodsforSpecificComponentsAppendixB:DetailedScheduleofWorksAppendixC:ListofMaterialsandSpecifications簽署頁(yè)：Bysigningbelow,bothpartiesacknowledgeandagreetothetermsandconditionsstipulatedinthisContract.PartyA(Contractor):
