精選資料可修改編輯滄州市青先農(nóng)場墾區(qū)危房改造工程多塔密集作業(yè)防碰撞施工方案工程名稱:滄州市青先農(nóng)場墾區(qū)危房改造工程編制人:(職務(wù)):初審人:(職務(wù)):審核人:(職務(wù)):施工單位:河北天昕建設(shè)集團(tuán)有限公司目錄編制依據(jù)工程概況塔吊平面布置防碰撞安全措施防碰撞安全要求編制依據(jù)施工圖紙《塔式起重機(jī)安全規(guī)程》《建筑機(jī)械使用安全技術(shù)規(guī)程》1#樓《QTZ40塔機(jī)使用說明書》2#樓《QTZ31.5塔機(jī)使用說明書》3#樓《QTZ40塔機(jī)使用說明書》5#樓《QTZ40塔機(jī)使用說明書》6#樓《QTZ40塔機(jī)使用說明書》工程概況海興青先農(nóng)場項(xiàng)目位于海興縣國營青先農(nóng)場新區(qū),一期工程由1#樓、2#樓、3#樓、5#樓、6#樓組成,均為七層磚混結(jié)構(gòu)。為完成施工任務(wù),在基礎(chǔ)結(jié)構(gòu)及主體結(jié)構(gòu)階段,現(xiàn)場垂直運(yùn)輸機(jī)械共采用5臺固定式塔機(jī),其中1#樓、3#樓、5#樓、6#樓均使用QTZ40,2#樓使用QTZ31.5。為避免在施工過程中塔吊與塔吊、塔吊與建筑物發(fā)生碰撞事故,確保工程施工的順利進(jìn)行,特編制此群塔作業(yè)安全防碰撞措施。塔吊平面布置根據(jù)現(xiàn)場施工需要、各單項(xiàng)工程建筑物的具體情況,1#樓塔吊布置在17軸向東0.5m,A軸向南5.2m的位置(即塔機(jī)中心點(diǎn));2#樓塔吊布置在15軸向東0.3m,A軸向南5.2m的位置(即塔機(jī)中心點(diǎn));3#樓塔吊布置在25軸向東1.2m,A軸向南3.7m的位置(即塔機(jī)中心點(diǎn));5#樓塔吊布置在20軸向東0.7m,A軸向南4.2m的位置(即塔機(jī)中心點(diǎn));6#樓塔吊布置在20軸向東0.7m,A軸向南4.2m的位置(即塔機(jī)中心點(diǎn));詳情見下圖。防碰撞安全措施4.11#樓與2#樓間直線距離為7000mm,兩塔之間的距離為53600mm根據(jù)兩塔起重臂臂長(1#塔臂長為42m,2#塔臂長38m),臂長之和為80000mm,即在特殊情況下,當(dāng)兩塔起重臂正對對方塔身中心點(diǎn)范圍時(shí),兩塔有26400mm的交叉范圍,存在塔臂碰撞的可能。1#樓塔臂進(jìn)入2#樓施工范圍內(nèi),所以1#樓塔吊2#樓建筑物也存在碰撞可能,根據(jù)塔吊裝拆單位提供的裝拆施工方案,要求其在安裝及頂升過程中1#樓塔吊始終保持不少于2個(gè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)節(jié)即4.4m的高度,同時(shí)根據(jù)低塔讓高塔的原則,如兩塔塔臂在旋轉(zhuǎn)過程中同時(shí)進(jìn)入交叉范圍,低塔應(yīng)提前主動(dòng)避讓,待高位塔旋轉(zhuǎn)出交叉范圍后,低塔方可繼續(xù)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。4.22#樓與3#樓間直線距離為7000mm,兩塔間的直線距離為64800mm,根據(jù)兩塔起重臂臂長(2#塔臂長38m,3#塔臂長為46m),臂長之和為84000mm,兩塔有19200mm的交叉范圍,存在塔臂碰撞的可能。根據(jù)塔吊裝拆單位提供的裝拆施工方案,要求其在安裝及頂升過程中2#樓塔吊始終保持不少于2個(gè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)節(jié)即4.4m的高度,且由于2#樓大臂能進(jìn)入B4的施工范圍,且3#塔吊比2#樓塔吊低,所以3#樓塔吊有碰撞2#樓腳手架的可能,為防止3#樓塔吊大臂碰撞2#樓腳手架,必須對3#樓塔吊進(jìn)行旋轉(zhuǎn)限位。同時(shí)根據(jù)低塔讓高塔的原則,如兩塔塔臂在旋轉(zhuǎn)過程中同時(shí)進(jìn)入交叉范圍,低塔應(yīng)提前主動(dòng)避讓,待高位塔旋轉(zhuǎn)出交叉范圍后,低塔方可繼續(xù)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。4.35#樓與6#樓間直線距離為27770mm,兩塔間的直線距離為80120mm,根據(jù)兩塔起重臂臂長(5#塔臂長47m,3#塔臂長為47m）,臂長之和為94000mm,兩塔有13880mm的交叉范圍,存在塔臂碰撞的可能,且6#樓塔臂進(jìn)入5#樓施工范圍內(nèi),所以6#樓塔吊與5#樓建筑物也存在碰撞可能,根據(jù)塔吊裝拆單位提供的裝拆施工方案,要求其在安裝及頂升過程中6#樓塔吊始終保持不少于3個(gè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)節(jié)即7.2m的高度,并根據(jù)低塔讓高塔的原則,如兩塔塔臂在旋轉(zhuǎn)過程中同時(shí)進(jìn)入交叉范圍,低塔應(yīng)提前主動(dòng)避讓,待高位塔旋轉(zhuǎn)出交叉范圍后,低塔方可繼續(xù)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。4.4由于施工進(jìn)度不同,1#樓、2#樓主體完工后才施工3#樓、5#樓、6#樓基礎(chǔ)以及主體,經(jīng)驗(yàn)算其余塔吊不存在碰撞危險(xiǎn)。4.5塔吊在垂直方向的防碰撞措施。低位塔起重臂與高位塔起重鋼絲繩(吊鉤)之間防碰撞措施。高位塔吊的起重鋼絲繩(吊鉤)位于低位塔起重臂的工作區(qū)域時(shí),有可能引起低位塔臂與高位塔起重鋼絲繩發(fā)生碰撞事故。但在群塔作業(yè)中,塔吊布置有時(shí)又不可避免出現(xiàn)這類情況,這就要求項(xiàng)目必須配備有合格操作證的,經(jīng)驗(yàn)豐富的信號指揮工,確保指揮塔吊回轉(zhuǎn)作業(yè)時(shí),低塔起重臂或平衡臂不會碰撞到高塔的起升鋼絲繩(吊鉤),當(dāng)現(xiàn)場風(fēng)速達(dá)到6級時(shí),相當(dāng)風(fēng)速10.8～13.8m/s時(shí),塔吊必須停止作業(yè)。塔吊在每次使用后或在非工作狀態(tài)下,將塔吊的吊物鉤升至頂端,并將起重小車行走至起重臂根部。防碰撞安全要求5.1塔吊的拆裝必須由具備相應(yīng)等級資質(zhì)、安全生產(chǎn)許可證的企業(yè)來完成,且同一臺塔吊的組裝、頂升、拆除必須由同一單位完成,不允許委派無資質(zhì)、無安全生產(chǎn)許可證地的單位進(jìn)行施工。租賃方應(yīng)提供狀態(tài)好的機(jī)械設(shè)備,指派責(zé)任心強(qiáng)、技術(shù)全面的塔司。5.2參與塔吊安裝、作業(yè)、頂升、拆除的作業(yè)人員都須持有北京市經(jīng)濟(jì)委員會頒發(fā)的特殊工種操作證,嚴(yán)禁無證人員作業(yè)。塔司、信號工都必須具備2年以上實(shí)踐作業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)、責(zé)任心強(qiáng),反應(yīng)靈敏、身強(qiáng)力壯的持證人員參與。進(jìn)入施工現(xiàn)場嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行現(xiàn)場安全管理規(guī)定,嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行安全操作規(guī)程,嚴(yán)禁違章作業(yè)。5.3各塔吊信號指揮的對講機(jī)頻點(diǎn)不允許相互串臺,必須有嚴(yán)格的分格措施。在設(shè)置頻道時(shí),需設(shè)置5組不同的頻道,且每臺塔吊的信號指揮人員、塔司必須固定,做到定機(jī)、定人、定制度,不允許擅自調(diào)換。信號工的服裝要有區(qū)分,以便塔司在人員密集的區(qū)域確認(rèn)本塔信號工的旗語、手勢和哨聲。5.4群塔作業(yè)運(yùn)行原則5.4.1低塔讓高塔原則:一般高塔均安裝在主要位置,工作繁忙,低塔運(yùn)行時(shí),應(yīng)觀察高塔運(yùn)行情況后再運(yùn)行。5.4.2后塔讓先塔原則:塔機(jī)在重疊覆蓋區(qū)運(yùn)行時(shí),后進(jìn)入該區(qū)域的塔機(jī)要避讓先進(jìn)入該區(qū)域的塔機(jī)。5.4.3動(dòng)塔讓靜塔原則:塔機(jī)在進(jìn)入重疊覆蓋區(qū)運(yùn)行時(shí),運(yùn)行塔機(jī)應(yīng)避讓該區(qū)停止塔機(jī)。5.4.4輕車讓重車原則：在兩塔同時(shí)運(yùn)行時(shí),無載荷塔機(jī)應(yīng)避讓有載荷塔機(jī)。5.4.5客塔讓主塔原則:另一區(qū)域塔機(jī)在進(jìn)入他人塔機(jī)區(qū)域時(shí)應(yīng)主動(dòng)避讓主方塔機(jī)。5.4.6同步升降原則:所有塔機(jī)應(yīng)根據(jù)具體施工情況在規(guī)定時(shí)間內(nèi)統(tǒng)一升降,以滿足群塔作業(yè)的要求。頂升時(shí),先頂高塔,后頂?shù)退?在塔吊頂升、降時(shí),必須履行申報(bào)制度,由項(xiàng)目部進(jìn)行審批,原則規(guī)定:先頂高塔、后頂?shù)退?。下降拆除時(shí),先降低塔,后降高塔,由項(xiàng)目部審批,每次頂升的高度,確保相鄰塔吊間垂直安全距離。5.4.7各塔在運(yùn)行中,各條件同時(shí)存在時(shí)必須按排序原則先行。5.5相鄰塔吊間塔吊的高低差與水平安全距離規(guī)定:為避免相鄰塔吊間發(fā)生相碰撞安全事故,確保塔機(jī)回轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)與相臨建筑物、構(gòu)造物及其他設(shè)施間的水平和垂直安全距離大于2米,工作中吊物的水平和垂直安全間隙也必須大于2m,對受氣候條件影響、刮風(fēng)等不利因素時(shí),要求低塔停止作業(yè),且設(shè)置專用地錨牽引樁,將大臂固定在地錨樁上,以避免撞擊高塔。5.6為提高塔司、信號指揮人員,警示各塔的工作狀態(tài),要求各塔上安裝防撞指示燈和紅色信號旗。5.7每月召開2次以上塔司、信號指揮工安全操作專題會議,分析工作中存在的問題,提高和改進(jìn)工作方法和工作安全責(zé)任心,強(qiáng)化安全操作規(guī)程,提高防范能力,制訂相應(yīng)的懲罰獎(jiǎng)賞制度,與施工隊(duì)簽訂安全生產(chǎn)協(xié)議書和定期檢查制度,雙方共同管理,確保施工生產(chǎn)的順利進(jìn)行。(英文版)Tworegulationspromulgatedforimplementationisinthepartyinpowerforalongtimeandtheruleoflawconditions,theimplementationofcomprehensivestrictlystrategicplan,implementationinaccordancewiththerulesanddisciplinetomanagetheparty,strengtheninner-partysupervisionofmajorinitiatives.Thetworegulationssupportingeachother,the<code>adheretoapositiveadvocate,focusingonmoralityisofPartymembersandPartyleadingcadrescansee,enoughtogetahighstandard;<rule>aroundthepartydiscipline,disciplinaryrulerrequirements,listedas"negativelist,focusingonverticalgauge,drawthepartyorganizationsandPartyme
