1范圍

本文件規(guī)定了TD-LTE1800MHz電力無線專網(wǎng)互聯(lián)互通技術(shù)的總體架構(gòu)、頻率要求,業(yè)務(wù)終端與

通信終端、通信終端與基站、基站與核心網(wǎng)、通信終端與核心網(wǎng)、核心網(wǎng)之間、基站之間、設(shè)備網(wǎng)管

與綜合網(wǎng)管之間以及終端與設(shè)備網(wǎng)管之間的互聯(lián)互通技術(shù)要求。

本文件適用于TD-LTE1800MHz電力無線專網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)、研發(fā)、制造及應(yīng)用。

3術(shù)語和定義

下列術(shù)語和定義適用于本文件。

電力無線專網(wǎng)electricwirelessprivatenetwork

專用于電力業(yè)務(wù),采用廣域無線接入技術(shù)的通信網(wǎng)絡(luò)系統(tǒng)。

TD-LTE1800MHz

基于1785MHz~1805MHz頻段,采用時(shí)分LTE技術(shù),為電力業(yè)務(wù)終端和業(yè)務(wù)系統(tǒng)提供寬帶通信

傳輸服務(wù)的通信系統(tǒng)。

3.3

核心網(wǎng)corenetwork

負(fù)責(zé)信令控制,并向業(yè)務(wù)系統(tǒng)轉(zhuǎn)發(fā)數(shù)據(jù)的設(shè)備。

基站basestation

能接收和發(fā)射無線信號,可與無線通信終端之間實(shí)現(xiàn)雙向通信的設(shè)備。

3.5

無線通信終端wirelesscommunicationterminal

與基站進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)交互的無線節(jié)點(diǎn)設(shè)備,負(fù)責(zé)業(yè)務(wù)終端與基站之間的數(shù)據(jù)通信。

3.6

電力業(yè)務(wù)終端electricserviceterminal

與電力系統(tǒng)生產(chǎn)、管理業(yè)務(wù)系統(tǒng)相連的末端裝置,負(fù)責(zé)采集、監(jiān)測、保護(hù)、控制等功能執(zhí)行。

3.7

設(shè)備網(wǎng)管系統(tǒng)equipmentmanagementsystem

用于管理通信設(shè)備和網(wǎng)絡(luò)的網(wǎng)管系統(tǒng),一般限定只能管理同一生產(chǎn)廠家設(shè)備組成的網(wǎng)絡(luò),提供對

所管理網(wǎng)絡(luò)的網(wǎng)管功能和數(shù)據(jù)采集、上傳功能。

5通用要求

5.1總體架構(gòu)

電力無線專網(wǎng)位于電力業(yè)務(wù)終端與電力業(yè)務(wù)主站之間,提供通信服務(wù),系統(tǒng)包括核心網(wǎng)、基站、

通信終端、終端設(shè)備網(wǎng)管系統(tǒng)和綜合網(wǎng)管系統(tǒng),系統(tǒng)架構(gòu)見圖1。

5.2系統(tǒng)參數(shù)要求

系統(tǒng)參數(shù)要求如下:

a)系統(tǒng)使用的頻率范圍應(yīng)為1785MHz~1805MHz,頻段號應(yīng)為BAND59,絕對無線頻點(diǎn)號E-

ARFCN應(yīng)為54200-54399;

b)雙工方式、天線發(fā)射功率、基站頻率容限、與其他系統(tǒng)的耦合損耗以及其他射頻指標(biāo)應(yīng)符合工

信部無〔2015〕65號文的要求;

c)支持的帶寬配置應(yīng)為3MHz、5MHz或10MHz,具體的頻點(diǎn)帶寬使用情況應(yīng)遵從各地?zé)o線管

理委員會(huì)的授權(quán)。

5.3核心網(wǎng)

核心網(wǎng)包含HSS、MME、SGW、PGW、PCRF邏輯實(shí)體,其中PCRF可選,各邏輯實(shí)體相互獨(dú)

立,可按需組成實(shí)際網(wǎng)元。核心網(wǎng)通過S1接口控制基站及吞吐數(shù)據(jù),通過基站中轉(zhuǎn)的NAS層信令控

制終端,并通過SGi接口和電力業(yè)務(wù)系統(tǒng)之間吞吐數(shù)據(jù)。核心網(wǎng)應(yīng)符合YD/T2620.1的要求。核心網(wǎng)分

為Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ五類,各類系統(tǒng)容量指標(biāo)見表1。其中,Ⅴ類典型部署在變電站,可采用商用服

務(wù)器架構(gòu)實(shí)現(xiàn)。技術(shù)指標(biāo)按照本地覆蓋基站指標(biāo)。

5.4基站

基站應(yīng)包含BBU、RRU邏輯實(shí)體,通過空中接口與通信終端設(shè)備通信,通過S1接口與核心網(wǎng)通

信,應(yīng)具備無線信號的發(fā)送、接收和無線資源管理功能??芍С滞ㄟ^直放站或塔頂放大器等輔助中繼

方式實(shí)現(xiàn)基站延伸覆蓋。基站應(yīng)符合YD/T2571的要求,數(shù)字直放站應(yīng)符合YD/T2355的要求,塔頂

放大器應(yīng)符合GB/T32415的要求。基站設(shè)備分為宏覆蓋基站、中等覆蓋基站和本地覆蓋基站,不同類

型基站標(biāo)準(zhǔn)輸出功率應(yīng)滿足表2要求,其中宏覆蓋基站端口發(fā)射功率不大于33dBm/MHz,天線單端口

最大發(fā)射功率43dBm,建議天線雙端口最大發(fā)射功率46dBm,天線四端口最大發(fā)射功率49dBm。

5.5通信終端

通信終端包含能進(jìn)行無線信號收發(fā)、基帶處理和高層應(yīng)用運(yùn)行的功能模塊,通過USIM或eSIM卡

或機(jī)卡合一的方式保存數(shù)據(jù)、程序并進(jìn)行安全身份識(shí)別。通信終端應(yīng)符合YD/T2575的要求。通信終

端分為獨(dú)立式終端及嵌入式終端,其中獨(dú)立式終端分為外置式終端和移動(dòng)終端,嵌入式終端分為Ⅰ型

集中器遠(yuǎn)程通信單元類、Ⅱ型集中器遠(yuǎn)程通信單元類和定制類。通信終端通過空中接口與基站相連,

進(jìn)而與核心網(wǎng)通信,完成端到端的業(yè)務(wù)接續(xù)。

5.6業(yè)務(wù)終端

本文件支持以下業(yè)務(wù)終端:

a)DL/T698定義的用電信息采集終端;

b)DL/T1488、DL/T1489定義的智能電能表終端;

c)DL/T721、DL/T814、DL/T1406定義的配電自動(dòng)化終端;

d)其他支持以太網(wǎng)接口及TCP/IP通信協(xié)議的電力業(yè)務(wù)終端;

e)其他支持通用串行接口及PPPoS撥號協(xié)議的電力業(yè)務(wù)終端。

5.7接口定義

系統(tǒng)網(wǎng)元之間的主要接口包括業(yè)務(wù)終端與通信終端之間的接口Zd,通信終端與基站之間的接口

Uu,基站BBU之間的接口X2,基站與核心網(wǎng)之間的接口S1,核心網(wǎng)S-GW與P-GW之間的接口

S5/S8,核心網(wǎng)MME與MME之間的接口S10,核心網(wǎng)MME與S-GW之間的接口S11,核心網(wǎng)MME

與HSS之間的接口S6a,核心網(wǎng)與業(yè)務(wù)主站之間的接口SGi,可選PCRF與P-GW之間的接口Gx,與

業(yè)務(wù)主站間的接口Rx,網(wǎng)元管理系統(tǒng)與終端通信接入網(wǎng)管理系統(tǒng)之間的北向接口,其中Rx、Gx為可

選接口。

6業(yè)務(wù)終端與通信終端互聯(lián)互通要求

6.1接口物理形態(tài)

接口協(xié)議要求如下:

a)以太網(wǎng)接口應(yīng)符合IEEE802.3的規(guī)定;

b)RS232串行接口應(yīng)符合EIA-RS232-C的規(guī)定;

c)RS485串行接口應(yīng)符合TIA/EIA-485-A的規(guī)定;

d)接口數(shù)據(jù)表示采用二進(jìn)制規(guī)定,+5V為邏輯“1”,0V為邏輯“0”。

6.2接口協(xié)議

6.2.1適配Ⅰ型集中器嵌入式通信終端接口

適配Ⅰ型集中器嵌入式通信終端接口應(yīng)采用2×15雙排插針作為連接件,接口管腳定義應(yīng)符合圖2

及表3要求。
