1、Tasty Food From Different Countries,When we talks about food,there are really so many kinds of them.If I introduce every kind of them,I dont think it can be over in this class even in this year.So I will introduce some typical and popular food in this PPT.,French Snacks,Meals range from the very bas

2、ic to very elaborate affairs that can involve a dozen courses and different wines consumed over several hours. Obviously, the latter type of dining is exceptional for most people.,However, this give many foreigners the mistaken impression that French food is heavy and complicated. In fact, much of t

3、he French cuisine is fairly simple, relying on high quality fresh ingredients and loving preparation rather than complex recipes.,Simple food of France : the sandwich,A sandwich might not sound like typical French food, but its certainly worthy of your consideration.,Croissant (羊角面包),The crunchy(易碎的

4、)piece of bread with its soft center, the delicious leg ham off the bone . Its always a yummy lunchtime meal!,Croque Monsieur,A typical famous French food is the Croque Monsieur - toasted ham and cheese sandwich.,火腿干酪三明治,crepes (可麗餅/法式薄餅),The ingredients can vary from region to region, but generally

French crepes are usually of two types: sweet and savoury,Macaron (瑪卡龍/小圓餅),The macaron is commonly filled with buttercream or jam filling sandwiched between two cookies.,Japanese cuisines,Japanese cuisine is based on combining staple foods, typicall

6、y rice or noodles, with a soup and dishes made from fish, meat, vegetable, tofu and the like to add flavor to the staple food. These are usually low in fat and high in salt. A standard Japanese meal generally consists of several different food ,accompanying a bowl of cooked white Japanese rice , a b

7、owl of soup and some pickles .,Noodles are an essential part of Japanese cuisine usually as an alternative to a rice-based meal.,Noodles,Yakisobah(油炸面)-Japanese fried noodles,Udon 烏冬面,Soba -蕎麥,Soba noodles are native. Japanese noodles are made of buckwheat and wheat flour. They can be served cold or

8、 hot and with various toppings.,Onigiri 飯團(tuán),Rice Bowl,Domburi 大碗蓋飯,Kare Raisu 日式咖喱飯,rice-based meal,Fried Rice,Fried rice has been originally introduced from China. A variety of additional ingredients such as peas, egg, Japanese leek and small pieces of carrot and pork are mixed into the rice when st

It is a suitable dish for using left over rice.,Seafood Dishes,Hundreds of different fish, shellfish and other seafood from the oceans, seas, lakes and rivers are used in the Japanese cuisine. They are prepared and eaten in many different ways, for example, raw, dried, boiled, grilled, dee

10、p fried or steamed.,Sashimi sim -生魚片,Sashimi is raw seafood. A large number of fish can be enjoyed raw if they are fresh and prepared correctly. Most types of sashimi are enjoyed with soya sauce (調(diào)味汁) and wasabi (芥末醬).,Yakizakana (烤魚),Yakizakana means grilled fish. Many varieties of fish are enjoyed

11、 in this way.,壽司(Sushi) Sushi su is a food of Japanese origin consisting of cooked rice combined with other ingredients. Parmesan cheese(帕馬森乳酪)has a long history of popularity in Italy.,Pizza is the most famous Italian dish all over the world. 15、isc-shaped bread typically topped with a tomato sauce, cheese and various toppings.,In pizza, there are lots of things, such as mushrooms, butter and pepper. It is delicious. In general, pizza is a mixture of lots of nourishing and tasty things. So it is a popular food all over the world.,Chinese cu

16、isine,The Chinese believe that food can affect ones health. Eating the proper food can help prevent disease as well as heal.,In cooking, it is important that ying and yang foods and cooking methods are used in balance. By taking into consideration factors such as the individuals age, digestive syste

17、m, absorbing power, and metabolism, optimal health is achieved.,The Chinese food not only is very delicious and tasty but also very pleasing to your senses and many of dishes have very beautiful and fancy names.,Regional cuisines,A number of different styles contribute to Chinese cuisine, but perhap

18、s the best known and most influential are Sichuan cuisine(川菜), Shandong cuisine(魯菜), Jiangsu cuisine(蘇菜) and Guangdong(粵菜) (Cantonese) cuisine.
