3、used as a step by step procedure.PO/MTBEGUIDELINENOTE: The PO Purification Area Shutdown to Stand By Guideline is only when the PO Purification Area is put in circulation for short periods of time. Switch PO Overhead product stream from PO Day Storage Tanks to the Off- Spec PO Storage Sphere at the

4、PO Product manifold in the tankage area. Stop IRC overhead purge that is going to the 2nd Stage Primary Fractionator to prevent overfilling 2nd Stage Primary Fractionator while PO Purification Area is in circulation. As feed from the Propylene Recovery Column falls off then begin to raise feed from

5、the Off-Spec PO Storage Sphere to the C5 Stripper to maintain original feed rates. Circulate PO Purification Area in this manner until feed has been restored from the Propylene Recovery Column bottms. Sample PO Product overhead each shift, obtain sample results and reduce purges accordingly to minimize PO losses to Process Liquid Fuels. Reduce EGME Reclaimer purge to minimum that is going to Process Liquid Fuels while PO Purification Area is in circulation
