The “Notice” will send by registered letter according to the address of applicant information. If there is any change on certificate contents (applicant/manufacturer/name or address of factory), please apply the certificate modification in time, except that, if the change on applicant/ agency/manufacturer/ factory, please contact with engineer in time. 9、申請(qǐng)人獲證后有關(guān)證書(shū)注銷(xiāo)、暫停（恢復(fù)）、撤銷(xiāo)的信息，請(qǐng)登錄中國(guó)質(zhì)量認(rèn)證中心或認(rèn)監(jiān)網(wǎng)網(wǎng)站進(jìn)行查詢。同時(shí)申請(qǐng)人需將證書(shū)注銷(xiāo)、暫停（恢復(fù)）、撤銷(xiāo)的信息及時(shí)通知與之相關(guān)的制造商、生產(chǎn)廠，并按照強(qiáng)制性產(chǎn)品認(rèn)證的相關(guān)規(guī)定執(zhí)行。/The certificate holder can land on China Quality Certification Center website () or Certification and Accreditation Administration of the Peoples Republic of China website () to get the information on certificates cancellation, suspension (resumption) and withdrawal.
