新目標七下Unit 4 Period 3教學設計上課教師陳冬梅(廣東省梅州市大埔縣湖山中學)學生年級七年級教材英語(新目標七年級下冊)課時一課時教 學 設 計教學內(nèi)容Unit 4 Dont eat in class. Period 3( 1a-2c)教材分析本單元的話題school rules and family rules學生都很熟悉,很容易激發(fā)學生們的學習興趣。要求學生結(jié)合生活實際,通過體驗和談論規(guī)章制度,掌握如何用祈使句去表達規(guī)則。教學目標1)語言知識目標:掌握單詞out, go out, dish, do the dishes, night, before, dirty, kitchen, more, noisy, relax, read, terrible, feel, strict, be strict with, remember, follow, follow the rules, luck 掌握重要句型 : Dont leave the dirty dishes in the kitchen. I cant relax either. I must read a book before I can watch TV. I have to help mom make breakfast. 2)語言技能目標:1.熟練運用祈使句。2.情態(tài)動詞的理解和使用。3)情感態(tài)度目標:能讀懂一些英語的規(guī)則制度,能用英語表達和制定一些簡單的規(guī)則,理解沒有規(guī)矩不成方圓;無論是在學校時還是在家庭中以及以后走上社會都應當遵守規(guī)則,按規(guī)則辦事。教學重點教學重點:1) 學習本課時出現(xiàn)的新詞匯及表達方式。 2) 通過進行聽力訓練,讓學生們能聽懂本節(jié)課時所出現(xiàn)的新的表達方式。3) 通過進行閱讀練習來進一步學習運用本課時的新語言知識。教學難點: 1) 閱讀訓練。2) 理解must, have to/ can/cant的用法。 教學流程教學活動設計意圖教學流程教學流程教學流程Step 1 Greetings and free talkT: Class begins. Good morning, class. Ss: Good morning, Ms. Chen.T: Did you have have a good time last weekends ?Ss:Yes,we did.T:Did you have to help your mother do the housework?Ss:Yes,we did./No,we didnt.T:Are there any rules at home? Ss:Yes,there are.T: What can you do? What cant you do? And what do you have to do? 通過與學生談論他們的周末生活,從而輕松導入本課時的主題,創(chuàng)造愉快的學習氣氛。Step 2 .PresentationShow some pictures about Jones family rules on the big screen and let Ss learn the new words and expressions. Step 3.1aRead the rules in the chart in1b.Then match the pictures a-h with the rules.通過展示Jones family rules學習新的單詞和本單元的重要詞匯,為引入新的環(huán)節(jié)作好鋪墊。Step 4 . Listening 1. Tell Ss theyll listen to the recording about Daves house rules. Listen and put an for things Dave cant do and a for things he has to do. 2. Play the recording for the Ss to listen and check.3. Play the recording again for the Ss to check the answers. 4. Now lets work on 1c. Now first, lets read the phrases aloud together. 5. Explain the meaning of the phrases if necessary.6. Play the recording three times for the Ss to listen and write the phrases in the chart in 1b. 指導學生如何進行聽力練習,聽一遍時應僅聽,不寫,并聽準確與每個活動相關的時間。然后,在聽第二遍時,邊聽邊做記錄,可以用速記符號來詞;也可用單詞開頭的字母來作記錄。最后,整理自己的記錄,寫成正確的詞組。最后一遍,聽并檢查所記錄的詞組是否正確。Step 5. Pair work1. Divide the Ss into groups. Each group has eight students. 2. T: Now lets talk about Daves home rules. 3. Ss work in groups. Every student can say one rule. Then you can write down what the rules are when other group members say. 4. Make a list of Daves house rules.通過小組活動讓學生展示自我,拓寬運用英語能力,把所學的知識在實際交流中進行運用,實現(xiàn)新課程倡導的“為用而學, 在用中學,學了就用”,從而提高學生綜合運用英語的能力。Step 7. Lead in1) Show some pictures about Liu Xings family rules on the big screen and let Ss learn the new words and expressions. 2)Tinking T: Everybody may have something unhappy. When you are unhappy who do you like to talk to? S1: I like to talk to my aunt. S2: I like to talk to my best friend. S3: I like to talk to T: OK. Do you know, when Im unhappy I like to talk to Dr. Know. Shes great and he knows everything. She can give you the best advice. Now, lets work on 2a and lets meet Dr. Know. 在這個任務中,課堂的引入自然、貼切、有趣,每步之間過渡順暢,循序漸進,學生能夠在較真實的語境中鍛煉聽說能力,既面向全體學生參與活動,又能滿足成績好的學生,把課本知識得到拓展和延伸。Step 8.Reading1. Fast readingT: There are many rules in Mollys home and school. She feels unhappy. Read the letter and find the answer to this question:What does Molly feel about the rules?Ss read the letter and find the answer to this question.(she feels terrible.) 2. Careful reading 1) Read the letter again and underline the rules for Molly. 2) Ss read the letter and try to find the rules for Molly and underline them. 3) Check the answers with the class. (Let some Ss read their answers aloud. Let other Ss add some rules. ) 3. Careful reading 1) Read Dr. Knows letter and answer this question: What does she think of the school and home rules? 2) Ss read Dr Knows letter and find the answer to this question. 3) Let one student read out his/her answer. (She thinks parents and schools are sometimes strict, but they make rules to help us. We have to follow them. )4.Read the letter again and complete the sentences with have to/ must, can or cant. (2c)通過2b的閱讀文章,指導學生如何閱讀,培養(yǎng)學生的閱讀能力。2c是一個讀后活動,通過讓學生用情態(tài)動詞填空,旨在鞏固、加強本單元情態(tài)動詞在豐富語境中的運用,同時幫助學生回顧課文內(nèi)容,加深印象。Step 9. Interview Work in pairs.Suppose one is a student,the other is a reporter from Sanmen TV station.A: Hello! Im a reporter from Sanmen TV station. May I ask you some questions?B: Sure. A: What are the rules in your house?B: Well,I cant But I can . A: Do you have to?B: Yes,/ NoA: Thank you!report的方式為學生營造了寬松,和諧,愉快的學習氣氛,使他們的學習熱情得到了激發(fā),真正體現(xiàn)了自主,探究和合作學習的精神。讓英語課堂充滿激情,充滿希望。Step 10. Summary.Go over the family rules.歸納本節(jié)課所學內(nèi)容,能幫助學生理清學習思路,加深學生對課文知識的理解及運用。Step 11. Homework1.Copy the new words.2.Write a short composition which is about the rules at your houses.讓學生以寫作的形式再次把知識實踐化,系統(tǒng)化。以達到鞏固知識的目的。板書設計Section B 1a-2c1.
