PrecisioninjectionmoldingtechnologyofprogressAuthor:MasakiMikellChenChunAbstract:Introductionaboutprecisioninjectionmoldingtechnologyofthepolymermaterials,anddiscussionaboutfactorswhichimpacttheprecisioninjectionmolding,includingtheprecisionofthemold,thecontrolaccuracyoftheinjectionmoldingmachine,theprocesscontrolofprecisioninjectionandothercomputercontroltechnology.Discussedtoeachofthesefactors,andgiventherelevantsolutions,finally,introduceanumberofadvancedmoldingtechnology.Keywords:PrecisionInjection,InjectionMachine,PrecisionInjectionMoldInrecentyears,withtherapiddevelopmentoftheelectronics,telecommunications,healthcare,automotive,andotherindustries,thedemandtohigh-precisionandhighperformanceofplasticproductsisincreasingdaybyday,promptedprecisionmoldingtechnologycontinuestoprogress,newtechnologiescontinuetoemerge.Precisioninjectionmoldingproductsnotonlyrequirehighdimensionalaccuracy,lowwarpage,goodtowrite,butalsorequireexcellentopticalproperties1.Injectionmoldingisthemostimportantmethodoftheplasticmolding,includingplasticsplastics,injection,andpacking,severalbasiccoolingprocess,sotherearemanyfactorswhichcanimpactprecisioninjectionmolding.1PrecisionMoldTocreatesophisticatedproducts,precisionmoldisessential.GenerallytheaccuracyoftheMoldcontrolledbythemoldtemperature,theprecisionmanufacturingmoldandtheselectionofplasticshrinkageratewhenmolddesign.1.1TheControlPrecisionofTheMoldTemperatureGeneralprecisionpartsintheinjectionmolding,temperaturecontrolofmoldistoincreaseproductivity.However,theimpactoftemperaturecontrolofmoldforprecisioninjectionmoldingisgreat2,itaffectscomponentofcontraction,shape,crystallization,stressandsoon,thereforemolddesigntemperaturelooptemperaturedistributionattherequestreasonable,controlaccuracyisprecise.Wenpreferredmodecontrolandacool-watermachine.Moldtemperaturecontrolandcoolingtimeonproductperformanceandtheimpactisasfollows3:(1)Meltplasticinjectionandthecycletimeofmoldcavitycanmakefluctuationsofthetemperaturedifference,thereforebetominimizethevolatilityworsepeaks.(2)Heattransferofmoldisthroughtheconcreteandmolddiewithinthemediaaroundtheworld.Moldisunchangedandthereforecontrolofthemediaisthekey,thegeneralimportandexportofitscoolingwatertemperatureislessthan1,applicationofthetheorytotheaveragetemperaturecalculated4,thiscanguaranteethestabilityofheattransfer.(3)Stablestateofmoldtomaintainabalancebetweenabsorptionanddistributionofheat,injectionmoldingmachineshouldstrictlymaintainastabletemperature.1.2TheDesignAndManufactureofPrecisionMoldThepremisetoguarantprecisioncomponentsizeofplasticismolddesigninordertoimprovetheprecisionofprecisioninjectionmold,usingcomputer-aidedanalysisisnecessaryinthedesignprocess,especiallyonthegatingsystemandthebehaviorofmoldtemperaturecontrolsystemheatdistributionanalysis.1.3TheUseofPrecisionMoldDesignShrinkageRatePrecisioninjectionmoldingmachinegenerallyhaslargerinjectionofpower,makedifficultiestomolddesign,sizeandcavitysizeprecisioncontrolproducts5.Precisionplasticpartsofthedesignpriortomanufacturesimplemoldtomeasurethemoldingpartoftheactualshrinkage,thiswillgreatlyimprovetheaccuracyofcomponentsize.2BestPrecisionIinjectionMoldingProcessParametersSettingsTothebestmoldingprocessparameterstoreduceplasticproducts,theshrinkagerate.Partsofthewallthicknessdifferenceisgenerallyconsideredbythetwofactors:.(1)Melthypertensioncausedbymoldcavityminordeformation;(2)Whenthemoldcavityflexibilityofthematerialafterexpansion.3PrecisionInjectionMoldingMachineUsedtoReplaceConventionalInjectionMoldingMachinePrecisioninjectionmoldingmachinegenerallylargerinjectionofpower,Besidesmeetinjectionpressureandinjectionrateofrequirements,Powerwillbeinjectingitselfontheaccuracyofacertainroleintheimprovement.3.1TheconsistencyofmoldingcycletimeGeneraltypicalinjectionmoldingmachinewiththreemodes:manual,semi-automaticandfullyautomatic.Duetotheinfluenceofvariousfactors,intheformertwomodelsundereachmoldingcycletimevary,thiswillaffectthemoldtemperatureandmeltmaterialsintheresidencetime,therebyaffectingtheprecisionofthepartsmade,soinPrecisionmoldingshouldmaximizetheuseoffullyautomaticmode14.3.2TheTemperatureControlofPrecisionInjectionMoldingMachine,AndANewDesignofScrew.Injectionbarrelautomaticthermostatonthecycleofsexualrelationsandtheopeningofthestovetomeltdensityandviscositychanges.Productsthusaffectingthequalityandaccuracyofthecyclicalfluctuations;injectionmoldingmachinenozzleclosetothemoldcavity.Therefore,thenozzletemperatureofmoldingcomponentwillhaveanimportantimpact.4PrecisionMoldingTechnology4.1ApplicationofTheMoldInjectionCompressionMolding(ICM)TechnologyICMTechnologyisthemeanstoopenacertaindistancefromthemoldundertheconditionsofthebeginninginjection,injectionofacertainamount,closetothebeginningdiecavitymeltimplementationofthecompression,Diecompletelyclosedattheterminationofinjection,andthenpacking,coolinguntiltheremovalproducts.4.2TheHigh-speedInjectionMoldingHigh-speedinjectionmoldingmethodoffillingmeltsfasterthantraditionalfast10100times,sothatmeltinamoldcavitytoproducehighshearflowandviscosity,moldfillingfast,plasticsurfacehardeningslowed,willbeenhancedthin-wallmoldingthicknesslimit,inhibitexcessivemoldingpressureandlow-pressuredieasmobile,products,thelowerthestress.4.3NoGuaranteePressureInjectionMoldingWithoutpackinginjectionmoldingtechnologyisreferredtotheplasticmeltinhigh-speed,highpressurefillingintothemold,thenclosetothenozzleneedle,aplasticmoldcavitymeltautomaticallycoverallpartsoftheproductcontractionSuchproductscangreatlyreducethewarpage.4.4OtherIntelligentControlTechnologyPrecisioninjectionmoldingprocessontheprocessingconditionsforcontinuedmonitoringandaccuratecontrolisvery
