1、歐盟建材ETAG 認(rèn)證（ ETA 認(rèn)證）歐洲 ETA 認(rèn)證介紹EOTA 是歐洲技術(shù)認(rèn)可組織 （ European Organisation for Technical Approvals）的英文縮寫，該組織由與歐盟成員國及歐洲自由貿(mào)易協(xié)議成員國提名的歐洲技術(shù)認(rèn)可認(rèn)證機(jī)構(gòu)組成。EOTA 的主要職責(zé)是編寫 ETA 指導(dǎo)方針，并負(fù)責(zé)與ETA 認(rèn)證相關(guān)的一切活動。EOTA 與歐洲的 EC ， EFTA ， CEN 等組織都有緊密的聯(lián)系與合作關(guān)系。南京睿督公司為建筑產(chǎn)品歐盟公告號實(shí)驗室授權(quán)機(jī)構(gòu)，專業(yè)提供建材ETAG 認(rèn)證 (ETA 認(rèn)證 )及建材 CE 認(rèn)證。ETA 認(rèn)證的意義歐洲技術(shù)評估 (ETA)

2、是一份根據(jù)建筑產(chǎn)品基本特征提供其性能信息的聲明文件，自2013 年7月 1 日起在所有歐洲成員國和歐洲經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)生效的新建筑產(chǎn)品條例(歐盟 )第 305/2011號中已有 ETA 認(rèn)證的相關(guān)詮釋。 建筑建材產(chǎn)品的ETA 認(rèn)證是對產(chǎn)品在指定應(yīng)用范圍技術(shù)性能的有力證明，由建筑材料制造商自愿申請。建筑建材類產(chǎn)品可以申請ETA 認(rèn)證的前提是：建筑產(chǎn)品不在或不受任何歐洲統(tǒng)一標(biāo)準(zhǔn)(hEN) 及其評估方法和載于標(biāo)準(zhǔn)歐洲評估文件(EAD)中，當(dāng)產(chǎn)品通過 ETA 符合性證明程序，滿足ETA 相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，歐洲技術(shù)認(rèn)可認(rèn)證機(jī)構(gòu)將允許制造商在產(chǎn)品上標(biāo)注 CE 標(biāo)識。“ CE”標(biāo)志是一種安全認(rèn)證標(biāo)志，被視為制造商打開并進(jìn)入歐

3、洲市場的護(hù)照。凡是貼有“ CE”標(biāo)志的產(chǎn)品就可在歐盟各成員國內(nèi)銷售，無須符合每個成員國的要求， 從而實(shí)現(xiàn)了商品在歐盟成員國范圍內(nèi)的自由流通。ETAs 認(rèn)證的變化根據(jù) ETAs 的有關(guān)規(guī)定： 截至 2013 年 6 月 30 日 (即歐洲批準(zhǔn) )的 ETAs 在其有效期結(jié)束之前仍然有效，可以被制造商用作歐洲技術(shù)評估，但這種類型的ETAs 在 2018 年將從市場上消失，在 2013 年 7 月 1 日之后發(fā)布的ETA 的有效期是不確定的。根據(jù)(歐盟 )第 305/2011號 (CPR)規(guī)定，建筑材料制造商在市場上發(fā)布建筑產(chǎn)品和當(dāng)該產(chǎn)品被歐洲技術(shù)評估(ETA)評估時，應(yīng)負(fù)責(zé)提供該產(chǎn)品的性能聲明(D

4、oP) 。經(jīng)評估通過后，CE 標(biāo)志應(yīng)貼在該產(chǎn)品上，并表明制造商對該產(chǎn)品與聲明的性能相符負(fù)有責(zé)任。ETAs 評估文件歐洲標(biāo)準(zhǔn)主要包括歐洲技術(shù)組織（EOTA ）頒布的歐洲技術(shù)認(rèn)證指南ETAG 001 和相關(guān)的技術(shù)報告，其中錨栓最重要的評估文件主要在ETAG 001 的 Part 1-6,是專門用于 “混凝土錨固的金屬錨栓 ”的評估文件。 ETA 認(rèn)證在全體歐洲自由貿(mào)易協(xié)議成員國有效，證書有效期 5 年。ETA 認(rèn)證所需提交的文件：1、 The Application Form產(chǎn)品認(rèn)證申請表2、 Description of the construction product建筑建材類產(chǎn)品說明3、 P
