DIVISION.CORP.LTD目的(1)規(guī)范工程實(shí)體質(zhì)量實(shí)測(cè)實(shí)量的檢查方法、程序、取樣方法、測(cè)量操作、允許偏差、數(shù)據(jù)處理等具體步驟和要求。(2)提供工程實(shí)體質(zhì)量實(shí)測(cè)實(shí)量的操作方法,盡可能消除人為操作引起的偏差。適用范圍(1)本指引適用于所有在建工程(自結(jié)構(gòu)±0.00
至交付完成)項(xiàng)目。(2)各項(xiàng)目應(yīng)根據(jù)本指引制定實(shí)體質(zhì)量實(shí)測(cè)實(shí)量執(zhí)行細(xì)則,按分戶對(duì)所有實(shí)測(cè)區(qū)進(jìn)行
100%實(shí)測(cè)實(shí)量并建立分戶/分層實(shí)測(cè)檔案。取樣總則(1)隨機(jī)原則:各實(shí)測(cè)實(shí)量取樣的樓棟、樓層、房間、測(cè)點(diǎn)等,必須結(jié)合當(dāng)前各標(biāo)段的施工進(jìn)度,通過(guò)圖紙或隨機(jī)抽樣事前確定。(2)可追溯原則:對(duì)實(shí)測(cè)實(shí)量的各項(xiàng)目標(biāo)段結(jié)構(gòu)層或房間的具體樓棟號(hào)、房號(hào)做好書面記錄并存檔。(3)完整原則:同一分部工程內(nèi)所有分項(xiàng)實(shí)測(cè)指標(biāo),根據(jù)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)情況具備條件的必須全部進(jìn)行實(shí)測(cè),不能有遺漏。(4)效率原則:在選取實(shí)測(cè)套房時(shí),要充分考慮各分部分項(xiàng)的實(shí)測(cè)指標(biāo)的可測(cè)性,使一套房包括盡可能多的實(shí)測(cè)指標(biāo),以提高實(shí)測(cè)效率。(5)真實(shí)原則:測(cè)量數(shù)據(jù)應(yīng)反映項(xiàng)目的真實(shí)質(zhì)量,避免為了片面提高實(shí)測(cè)指標(biāo),過(guò)度修補(bǔ)或做表面文章,實(shí)測(cè)取點(diǎn)時(shí)應(yīng)規(guī)避相應(yīng)部位,并對(duì)修補(bǔ)方案合理性進(jìn)行檢查。混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)工程基本原則同一標(biāo)段內(nèi)根據(jù)各樓棟進(jìn)度,在實(shí)測(cè)前隨機(jī)確定已拆完模板的
