CoalconsumptionInstalledcapacity小時耗煤量t/hcoalconsumptionperhourt/h日耗煤量t/dDailycoalconsumption設計煤種Designcoaltype1×300MW3317944校核（最差）煤種Check(worst)coaltype1×300MW408.19794.4注：1.日運行小時數(shù)為24小時2.年利用小時數(shù)為7500小時Note:1.Dailyrunninghoursis24h.2.Annualutilizationhoursis7500h.燃料系統(tǒng)培訓輸煤皮帶系統(tǒng)概述Summaryforbeltconveyorsystem本工程來煤為廠外長皮帶來煤，廠外長皮帶來煤進入CCH-2號轉(zhuǎn)運站。Incomingcoalfortheprojectistransportedthroughlongbeltoutsidetheplant,andentersintransferstationCCH-2.電廠單臺機組耗煤量為331t/h，按日運行小時數(shù)24h計，全廠1×300MW機組日耗煤量7944t。本期建1個約267米×103米的煤場，堆煤高度14.45米，總貯煤量約145000噸?？蓾M足1×300MW機組共計15天的耗煤量。Coalconsumptionforeachunit:331t/h,dailycoalconsumptionfor1×300MWbasedonoperatinghours(24hs):7944t.Onecoalyard(about267meter×103meter)forthispowerplantbuilt,pileheight:14.45meters,totalstorageamountabout145000twhichcansupply1x300MWunitfor15days燃料系統(tǒng)培訓（三）破碎設備燃煤從煤礦將尺寸≤200mm的褐煤進入電廠，電廠安裝在CCH-2的破碎設備為二級破碎系統(tǒng)設1臺布料器額定出力800t/h，最大出力1000t/h，上口900×1500mm，下口960×2850mm，高2500mm，帶軟連接。和一臺PHB1626MVD型可逆式錘式破碎機，額定出力Q=800t/h，最大出力1000t/h，機殼設液壓驅(qū)動開啟裝置，配置振動、軸承溫度轉(zhuǎn)速、殼體閉合安全監(jiān)測裝置。進料粒度0-200mm（其中3%-5%大于300mm），出料粒度0-40mm，95%，電動機功率710KW，電壓6KV。(III)ScreeningandcrushingequipmentThroughfirst-stageofscreeningandcrushinginthecoalmine,thelignitewithsizesmallerthan200mmentersintothepowerplant.Thescreeningandcrushingequipmentset1distributorforsecond-stageofscreeningandcrushingsystem,withratedoutputof800t/handmaxoutputof1000t/h,withupperopeningof900×1500mmandloweropeningof960×2850mmandheightof2500mm,withsoftconnection.Inaddition,areversiblehammercrusherPHB1626MVDisset,withratedoutputQ=800t/handmaxoutputof1000t/h,thehydraulicopeningdeviceissetontheenclosureandequippedwithvibration,bearingtemperatureandspeed,enclosureclosingsafetymonitor.Thefeedgranularityis0~200mm(where3%~5%arebiggerthan300mm)anddischargegranularityis0~40mm(accountsfor95%).Themotorpoweris710KWwithvoltageof6KV.燃料系統(tǒng)培訓（四）膠帶輸送機系統(tǒng)電廠從煤礦皮帶輸送機至煤場的輸送系統(tǒng)、從煤場至主廠房原煤倉的輸送系統(tǒng)，除煤倉間BC-8帶式輸送機外，其它帶式輸送機的規(guī)格為B=1200mm,V=2.5m/s,Q=800t/h；煤倉BC-8帶式輸送機的規(guī)格為B=1400mm，V=2.0m/s,Q=800t/h；除BC-2及BC-3和BC-4帶式輸送機為單路布置外BC-1LR、BC-5LR、BC-6LR、BC-7LR、BC-8LR帶式輸送機均為雙路布置。一路運行，一路備用。并具有雙路同時運行的條件。(IV)RuuberbeltconveyorsystemExceptforbeltconveyorBC-8inthebunkerbay,theconveyorsystemofthepowerplantfromthecoalminebeltconveyortothemineyardandfromthemineyardtoprimebunkerbayofmainpowerplantareallofspecificationsofB=1200mm,V=2.5m/sandQ=800t/h;beltconveyorBC-8inthecoalbunkerbayisofspecificationofB=1400mm,V=2.0m/sandQ=800t/h;exceptforBC-2,BC-3andBC-4beltconveyorswhichhavesingle-wayarrangement,allotherbeltconveyorsaredual-wayarrangement,oneforoperationandoneforstandbyandtheseconveyorsareequippedwithconditionsofcarryingdual-waysimultaneousoperation.燃料系統(tǒng)培訓（五）輔助設施1.電磁除鐵器電廠設置3級除鐵器，分別在BC-3#帶式輸送機的頭部、煤場的BC-2帶式輸送機頭部、碎煤機室后的BC-6LR帶式輸送機頭部設有懸掛帶式電磁除鐵器，用來除去煤流中的鐵塊。在BC-3、BC-4、BC-5LR、BC-6LR、BC-7LR帶式輸送機的中部安裝LJT-12型金屬探測儀，適應帶寬B=1200mm，用于保護碎煤機和磨煤機。(V)Auxiliaryfacilities1.Electricmagneticironremover3stagesofironremoversaresetforthepowerplant,respectivelyattheheadoftheBC-3#beltconveyor,theheadoftheBC-2#beltconveyoronthecoalyard,andtheheadoftheBC-6#LRbeltconveyorinthecoalbreakerroom,ofwhichthelastoneishangingbelttypeelectricmagneticironremoverforremovingthebriquetteinthecoalflow.InstallmetaldetectorLJT-12inthemiddleofBC-3,BC-4,BC-5LR,BC-6LRandBC-7LRrubberbeltconveyors,withadaptingbeltwidthB=1200mm,forprotectingthecoalcrusherandcoalmill.燃料系統(tǒng)培訓2.取煤樣裝置電廠在JT5轉(zhuǎn)運站BC-7LR設置2套入爐煤取樣裝置，用于入爐煤取樣。3.計量裝置在廠外UC-5皮帶機、BC-7LR膠帶輸送機中部共設置4臺帶循環(huán)鏈碼校驗裝置的電子皮帶秤，用于入廠煤和入爐煤的計量。2.Coalsamplingdevice2setsofsamplingdevicesforfiredcoalaresetinthepowerplantforsamplingoffiredcoal.3.Meteringdevice4electronicbeltscaleswithcyclingchainscalibrationdevicearesetinthemiddleofUC-5beltconveyorandBC-7LRrubberbeltconveyoroutsidetheplan,formeteringofcoalasreceivedandfiredcoal.燃料系統(tǒng)培訓4.保護裝置每路膠帶機運行通道側(cè)配有雙向拉繩開關(guān)。在每條膠帶機兩側(cè)，每隔一段距離，設置防跑偏開關(guān)。在每路膠帶機上分別設置速度監(jiān)測器、煤流信號、縱向撕裂保護裝置，在落煤管上防堵塞裝置等。4.ProtectorEachrubberbeltconveyorgatewayisequippedwithdual-directionpuIIcordswitch.Atbothsidesofeachbeltconveyor,beltswayswitchesareseteverycertaindistance.Speedmonitor,coalflowsignal,longitudinaltearprotectoraresetoneacywayofbeltconveyor,andobstruction-proofdeviceisseetonthecoaldroppingpipe,etc.燃料系統(tǒng)培訓5.檢修起吊設施每條膠帶機頭部及其它重型設備上均設有電動葫蘆；在一些輕型設備及膠帶機尾部上部設置手動葫蘆；在推煤機庫檢修間設置1臺電動單梁起重機。5.MaintenanceofliftingfacilitiesElectrichoistissetontheheadofeachrubberbeltconveyorandotherheavyequipments;manualhoistsaresetonsomelightequipmentandatthetailofthebeltconveyor;1electricsinglebeamcraneissetinthemaintenanceroomofthecoalpushergarage.燃料系統(tǒng)培訓6.輸煤綜合樓電廠輸煤綜合樓布置在碎煤機室附近，其中包括運煤檢修間、運煤系統(tǒng)配電室、控制室、辦公室、備品間、休息間、工具間等設施。7.推煤機庫電廠推煤機庫布置在煤場附近，其中包括1個推煤機檢修位、3個停車位、備品間、休息間、工具間等設施。6.CoalhandlingcomplexbuildingCoalhandlingcomplexbuildingissetnearthecoalcrusherroom,includingcoalhandlingmaintenanceroom,distributionroomofcoalconveyingsystem,controlroom,office,spareroom,restroomandtoolroom,etc.7.CoalpushergarageThecoalpushergarageofthepowerplantisarrangednearbythecoalyard,including1coalpushermaintenancestation,3parkingspaces,spareroom,restroomandtoolroom,etc.燃料系統(tǒng)培訓（七）輸煤系統(tǒng)運行的方式輸煤系統(tǒng)按兩班制運行，每班平均運行時間約為7-8小時。輸煤系統(tǒng)在CCH-2破碎機下、BC-2、BC-4、BC-6LR設置電動三通，以實現(xiàn)工藝流程的交叉切換。輸煤系統(tǒng)CCH-3儲煤斗采用2臺單側(cè)犁式卸料器卸煤，煤倉層采用雙側(cè)犁式卸料器卸煤，每個原煤倉配置2臺犁式卸料器。(VII)OperationmodeofcoalconveyingsystemCoalconveyingsystemoperatesin2shifts,withaverageoperationtimeeachshiftabout7~8h.Coalconveyingsystemsetselectricteeunder#1crusher,BC-2,BC-4andBC-6LR,torealizethecrossswitchingbetweenvariousprocessflows.Coalhopperofcoalconveyingsystemandcoalbunkerlayerrespectivelyuses2single-sideplowunloadersanddouble-sideplowunloadertounloadthecoal,andeachprimecoalhopperisequippedwith2plowunloaders.燃料系統(tǒng)培訓（八）輸煤系統(tǒng)的管理方式及注意事項輸煤系統(tǒng)采用PLC程序控制，同時設就地手動操作裝置，為確保系統(tǒng)安全運行，須注意以下幾點：1.系統(tǒng)運行時應盡量避免交叉。2.電動三通應在膠帶機停運狀態(tài)下切換其位置。3.本地褐煤注意在雨季煤中水分達到50%，要控制好上煤量，加強設備監(jiān)控，防止堵煤情況發(fā)生。(VIII)ManagementmethodandprecautionstocoalconveyingsystemCoalconveyingsystemiscontrolledbyPLCprogramtogetherwithlocalmanualoperationdevice,toensuresafetyoperationofthesystem,thefollowingprecautionsshallbenoted:1.Trytoavoidcrossingwhenthesystemisinoperation.2.Switchthepositionofelectricteewhentherubberbeltconveyorstops.燃料系統(tǒng)培訓二、煤塵防治（一）輸煤系統(tǒng)的防塵和抑塵措施在儲煤場上設置覆蓋整個煤堆面積的噴灑設施，以防止煤塵飛揚。在各轉(zhuǎn)運站、碎煤機室、煤倉間各落料點均設置除塵裝置。在落差較大的各落煤管加裝鎖氣器，在犁式卸料器漏斗處加裝鎖氣擋板。II.Preventionandcontrolofcoaldust(I)PreventionandcontrolaswellasdustsuppressionmeasuresofcoalconveyingsystemSprayfacilitiesthatcancoverthewholecoalpilingareashallbesetonthecoalstorageyardtopreventcoaldustflying.Dustremovershallbesetateachmaterialblankingpointofeachtransferstation,coalbreakerroomandcoalbunkerbay.Airlockshallbeinstalledatvariouscoalshootswithbighead,andairlockairlockshallbeinstalledatfunneloftheplowunloader.（二）輸煤系統(tǒng)清掃方式電廠輸煤棧橋、各轉(zhuǎn)運站、碎煤機室、煤倉間均采用真空清掃。(II)CoalconveyingsystemcleaningmethodCoalconveyorgallery,eachtransferstation,coalbreakerroomandcoalbunkerbayofthepowerplantshalladoptvaccumcleaning.燃料系統(tǒng)培訓三、燃油系統(tǒng)介紹電廠的鍋爐點火及助燃燃料品種為輕柴油。本工程鍋爐啟動和低負荷助燃所用的燃料為輕柴油,油區(qū)包括罐區(qū)、油泵房和汽車卸油區(qū)。罐區(qū)共設置2個500m3的輕柴油罐。油泵房共設置2臺NM076BY01L06V輕柴油卸油泵（一運一備）、2臺NM090SY04S24Z輕柴油供油泵（一運一備）、1臺NM038BT01L06B污油泵、1臺NM038BT01L06B燃油回收泵。油泵房設置1個燃油回收箱。燃油蒸汽伴熱系統(tǒng)、蒸汽吹掃系統(tǒng)、燃油冷卻系統(tǒng)、泡沫消防及水消防冷卻系統(tǒng)組成。

燃料系統(tǒng)培訓原煤倉的配煤主要是通過電動犁煤器來完成。每個原煤斗配置2臺犁式卸料器。每個原煤斗裝有料位計。配煤控制功能分為程控自動配煤、程控手動配煤和就地手動配煤，其中前兩者在PLC的控制下進行，后者無需PLC的參與。輔助車間最終將采用全廠輔助車間集中監(jiān)控方式，即將水控制網(wǎng)、灰控制網(wǎng)、輸煤程控控制網(wǎng)合并為一個輔控網(wǎng)。Coalblendingofcoalbunkerlayerismainlyfinishedbyelectriccoalplow.Eachprimecoalhopperisequippedwith2plowunloaders.Eachprimecoalhopperisinstalledwithlevelgage.Thecoalblendingcontrolfunctionscanbeclassifiedintoprogrammableautomaticcoalblending,programmablemanualcoalblendingandlocalmanualcoalblending,ofwhich,theformertwoareconductedundercontrolofPLC,whilethelatteroperateswithoutparticipationofPLC.

Theauxiliaryshopwillfinallyadoptcentralmonitormethodofthewholepwerplant,i.e.,integratethewatercontrolnetwork,ashcontrolnetworkandcoalconveyingprogrammablecontrolnetworkasaauxiliarycontrolnetwork.燃料系統(tǒng)培訓（二）輸煤運行崗位與集控的相關(guān)性介紹值長在生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場值班，有權(quán)直接調(diào)度與生產(chǎn)有關(guān)的部門及人員，任何部門和個人不得無故拖延或拒絕執(zhí)行值長的調(diào)度命令。對無故拖延或拒絕執(zhí)行調(diào)度命令而造成的后果，由受令人全部負責。(II)RelevencyofcoalconveyingoperatingpostandcentralcontrolShiftforemanondutyontheproductionsitehasrighttodirectlydispatchdepartmentandpersonnelinrelationtoproduction,andanydepartmentandpersonnelshallnotunseasonablydelayorrefusetoexecutethedispatchingcommandoftheshiftforemen.Forconsequencescausedbyunseasonabledelayorrefusalofexecutionshallbethesoleresponsibilityofthepeoplereceivingthecommand.燃料系統(tǒng)培訓輸煤班長（或主值）在調(diào)度上必須服從值長的統(tǒng)一管理，接到值長的命令后必須全文復誦，核實無誤后迅速正確地執(zhí)行，執(zhí)行完畢后立即向值長匯報。對值長命令有疑問，可向值長申明理
