ring.Sothattheycanreliablesealtoavoidleak.(seefigure1,figure2)PistonO.D.:onpistonO.D.tocontainopeningandclosingchamber.PistonI.D.:onshelltocontainwellborepressureandclosingchamber.Adapterring:onadapterringtocontainwellborepressureandopeningchamber.3.2.6Thebonnetissemisphere,nostressconcentration.3.2.6Thebonnetissemisphere,nostressconcentration.3.3SealingPrinciple&StructureandFeatureofSphericalPacker3.3.2Funneleffect:3.3.2Funneleffect:Fromthefreestatetothecompressedstate,eachcross-sectiondiameter’sreductionoftheannualpackerisdifferent.Thereductionatthetopisbigandatthebottomissmall.Therefore,rubbercompressesfirmlyagainstthesteelsegmentatthetopofthepacker,butrubberatthebottomisonlyslightlycompressed.Thisformsa“funnelelement”thatnotonlyimprovesthesealingcharacteristicsbutalsomakesiteasyforatooljointtoenterthepacker.Whenstrippingin,wellborepressurecompressestherubberportionofpackertoavoidtensilestresstoprolongtheservicelifeofrubber.3.3.1Thesealingprincipleofpacker:theAnnularBOPissealedintwostages.Thestageone:thepistonpushesthepackingunitupwithhydraulicpressureandcauseitmovesupwardalongthesphericalsurfacetothecenterofwellhead,andthenthesupportingribsclosetogethertocrushedtherubbertothecenterofwellheadtoformtheinitialsealing.Thestagetwo:ifthereiswellpressureinhole,thewellborepressureactionontheupperannularsurfaceofpiston’sinnerchamberpushesthepistonupfurthercausethesealingtightertoformreliablesealing.Itiscalledassistingclosingofwellborepressure.圖6球形膠芯外形圖3.3.33.3.3Extrudingandtearofthepackerarelimited:whenaholeisclosed,thewellborepressureforcesthecenterrubberofpackertoextrude,butthetopplateofsupportingrib’ssphericalsurfacecanresistthat,sotherubberinacompressedstatetosupportthelargepressuresothatitwillnotbetorn. toinspectthereliabilityofsealingcharacteristicsandallconnections.OnlyqualifiedBOPcanbeused.Onthedriller’sstationandremotecontrolconsole,theBOPshouldbecheckedbyclosingandopeningtwicetoinspectthecorrespondencebetweenopening&closingandpracticaloperationandcorrectnessofconnectionofpipelines.Airshouldberemovedfromtheoilduct.TheBOPshouldbeintheopenpositionwhennormaldrilling.5.1Installation5.1Installation:AnnularBOPcannotbetransportedtowellsitetillsealingpressuretest,whichrisespressuretoratedworkingpressure.InstallationshouldbeaccordingtotheBOP’scombinedformoftherequirementofwellcontrol.ThejointsofwelltubingandramBOPshouldbeinthesamedirection.6.OperationandNotice6.1Normally,thecontrolpressure(closingpressure)ofBOPwithindividualdepressingpressureregulatingvalveshouldbelessthanorequalto10.6.1Normally,thecontrolpressure(closingpressure)ofBOPwithindividualdepressingpressureregulatingvalveshouldbelessthanorequalto10.5MPaandhascertainproportionwithwellborepressureandthedimensionofdrillingtool.Ifthediameterofdrillingtoolislargeorthewellborepressureislow,itshouldbeloweredcorrespondinglytoextendthepackerservicelife.6.3Afterreachingthetargetstratum,theBOPshouldbecheckedbyclosingandopeningwithdrillingtoolbutnowellpressureinwellonceeverydaytoavoidthepackerblocking.6.2Whenwellblowouthappens,theAnnularBOPcanbeusedtoshutinthewellfirst,butitcannotbeusedforalongtime.First,itcandamagetherubberuntimely.Second,ithasnolockingdevice.Ifthereisnospecialsituation,itcannotbeusedtoshutintheopen-hole.6.4WhenusingtheAnnularBOPtostrippinginwithoutwellkill,mustuse18°6.4WhenusingtheAnnularBOPtostrippinginwithoutwellkill,mustuse18°tooljoint.Onthehydrauliccontrolclosinglines,inadditiontotheindividualdepressuringregulatingvalve,ifthereisaaccumulator,thehydraulicpercussionintheclosingchambercanbeobtainedacushioningeffecttoextendthepacker’sservicelife.Duringforcedstripping,onthepremiseofsealing,hydraulicpressureshouldbeadjustedaslowaspossibleandthespeedofstrippingshouldbecontrolledstrictly.Especiallythedrillpipesshouldbeputupanddownslowlythroughthejoints.6.5AfteropeningtheBOP,itshouldbecheckediftheBOPisopenedfullytopreventthepackertobescratched.6.66.6ItisnotallowedtoreleasethewellborepressurebyopeningBOP.
