Roy’sStory讀后續(xù)寫教師----劉葉偉四川省隆昌市第二中學【教材分析】一、教材課題：外研版高中英語第六冊第三模塊(Module3InterpersonalRelationship-Friendship)第二課時閱讀課(Roy’sStory)，筆者在閱讀原文的基礎(chǔ)上稍作了修改，將本文設(shè)計為了讀寫結(jié)合課：即，將文章末尾的最后一句話Atthatmoment,thedoorswungopen,andRoywalkedin，改為了讀后續(xù)寫第一段的首句。二、教材內(nèi)容分析：外研版高中英語選修六有七個模塊，每個模塊都圍繞一個話題開展聽、說、讀、寫活動。本模塊的話題是“友誼”。朋友在每個學生的人生中起著重要作用，每個學生都會有一些關(guān)于友誼的美好回憶和對好朋友的理解和認識，友誼貼近學生生活，能夠引起學生的學習興趣，令他們在快樂中獲得知識。本課時主要是在閱讀的基礎(chǔ)上進行預測續(xù)寫、以讀促寫。這一部分提供了本模塊的主要閱讀語篇，呈現(xiàn)了本模塊的大部分的詞匯和主要語法結(jié)構(gòu)，是本單元學習的重點。文章介紹了我（Daniel）因父親來倫敦工作而進入了一個新學校，和羅伊(Roy)成為好友，五年后活潑樂觀的羅伊因父親死于車禍而發(fā)生了徹底的改變，我們友誼變淡，后來羅伊開始偷東西，在這過程中我不斷努力幫助他。然后，讓學生在閱讀的基礎(chǔ)上合理預測下文，并進行讀后續(xù)寫。引導學生如何正確交友，學會珍惜友誼。三、教學目標：【語言能力】學會用英語常見句型陳述和表達自我觀點；學會根據(jù)已知材料續(xù)寫故事。【文化品格】本節(jié)課對我（Daniel）和羅伊(Roy)如何成為好友，這種友誼如何變淡但我依然盡力幫助羅伊進行了描述,進一步增強學生對友誼的理解和珍惜；使學生能夠?qū)τ颜x有一種正確的認識。在師生互動的活動中加強教師的親和力，增進彼此的了解與溝通，充分發(fā)揮情感教學的優(yōu)勢。加強團結(jié)協(xié)作意識，共同提升寫作能力?！舅季S品質(zhì)】通過合理預測下文，培養(yǎng)學生的發(fā)散思維能力、邏輯推理能力和創(chuàng)新能力和寫作能力。四、教學重點：本課時是本模塊的的主要閱讀語篇，篇幅最長，且呈現(xiàn)了本模塊的大部分的描述動作、心理和表情的詞匯是本單元學習的重點。在閱讀中如何迅速提取信息，體會文中人物角色的心理發(fā)展變化過程。合理預測，讀后續(xù)寫，敢于表達。五、教學難點：對文章中的表現(xiàn)人物特征的描述性語言，如動作描寫、心理描寫、對話以及面部表情描寫，以及重點句型的綜合理解和運用。如何調(diào)動學生積極性，表達自我想法。如何合理預測下文，讓上下文高度銜接，更符合邏輯。如何發(fā)揮團隊的協(xié)同作用，讓學生在小組成員的幫助下完成讀后續(xù)寫任務(wù)。
