哈爾濱市大眾跆拳道發(fā)展問(wèn)題探析,體育管理學(xué)論文【題目】哈爾濱市群眾跆拳道發(fā)展問(wèn)題探析【論文采用文獻(xiàn)資料法、專家訪談法、觀察法、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法和數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法等研究方式方法,對(duì)哈爾濱市群眾跆拳道的現(xiàn)在狀況進(jìn)行了調(diào)查并進(jìn)行了分析研究,分析我們國(guó)家哈爾濱市群眾跆拳道發(fā)展趨勢(shì)情況,針對(duì)情況中存在的問(wèn)題,提出相應(yīng)的對(duì)策,研究結(jié)果表示清楚得出下面結(jié)論:一、哈爾濱市群眾跆拳道市場(chǎng)規(guī)模不斷壯大,當(dāng)前在哈爾濱市跆拳道協(xié)會(huì)注冊(cè)已有32家,群眾跆拳道場(chǎng)館在哈爾濱市區(qū)內(nèi)分布不均勻,跆拳道館以中、小型居多。二、哈爾濱市群眾跆拳道道館的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益在部分道館中,經(jīng)濟(jì)效益可觀,跆拳道學(xué)員的已漸漸增加,道館的面積逐步增大,服務(wù)意識(shí)加強(qiáng),配套設(shè)施逐年改善中,但仍有部分區(qū)域道館基礎(chǔ)配套設(shè)施不健全,安全隱患意識(shí)不強(qiáng),直接影響了道館獲得更好地經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和更好地發(fā)展的空間。三、隨著我們國(guó)家體育管理監(jiān)督制度的的逐步健全,跆拳道道館在相關(guān)部門(mén)的管理監(jiān)督下,逐步杜絕了以往部分出區(qū)域出現(xiàn)不良競(jìng)爭(zhēng),如:跆拳道道館的管理混亂無(wú)序;創(chuàng)辦道館無(wú)手續(xù)開(kāi)館,跆拳道配套設(shè)施安全性差,道館經(jīng)營(yíng)者在收費(fèi)上價(jià)格不合理,武術(shù)運(yùn)動(dòng)存在惡性競(jìng)爭(zhēng)等方面。四、當(dāng)前跆拳道營(yíng)銷目的定位比擬廣泛缺乏準(zhǔn)確定位,暫未制定出較為科學(xué)有效的營(yíng)銷方式方法,跆拳道道館的招募生源方式普遍以發(fā)放宣傳單、墻貼廣告、媒體宣傳、學(xué)員間相互介紹和指導(dǎo)員推銷等形式。五、哈爾濱市跆拳道項(xiàng)目男教練明顯多于女教練員,主要教練員都是以青年人為主,學(xué)歷水平平均相對(duì)較低,執(zhí)教年限較短,段位級(jí)別普遍不高,理論知識(shí)業(yè)務(wù)水平一般,有些道館存在無(wú)證上崗的現(xiàn)象,小部分教練員來(lái)源非體育院校的體育專業(yè)的學(xué)生,更多跆拳道教練是以兼職為主。參加跆拳道培訓(xùn)的次數(shù)不多,沒(méi)有更多的時(shí)間花費(fèi)在繼續(xù)深造教育上。經(jīng)營(yíng)較好的跆拳道道館以教練員形象好、教學(xué)能力強(qiáng)、授課風(fēng)格獨(dú)特,外加道館場(chǎng)地位置交通便利,決定學(xué)員的招收情況,直接影響教練員月薪的待遇問(wèn)題。六、哈爾濱市跆拳道的消費(fèi)人群,主要以中小學(xué)學(xué)生為主,其次是青年人,I消費(fèi)人群是為了休閑健身娛樂(lè)和把握防身方式方法為主。介入跆拳道健身的消費(fèi)者多以一年左右居多,年限越長(zhǎng)的鍛煉者人群較少,鍛煉次數(shù)上都能堅(jiān)持一周2次左右。針對(duì)擴(kuò)大哈爾濱市群眾跆拳道市場(chǎng)的現(xiàn)在狀況提出下面建議:1、發(fā)揮體育主管部門(mén)監(jiān)督指導(dǎo)職能,嚴(yán)格審查開(kāi)道館資格。哈爾濱市的體育管理部門(mén)應(yīng)該對(duì)跆拳道市場(chǎng)進(jìn)行合理布局。盡快出臺(tái)群眾跆拳道健身市場(chǎng)有關(guān)管理?xiàng)l例,對(duì)道館的場(chǎng)地的硬件配套設(shè)施和安全問(wèn)題進(jìn)行嚴(yán)格的規(guī)定要求,規(guī)范群眾跆拳道的市場(chǎng)發(fā)展。2、加強(qiáng)跆拳道教練員管理,提供更多繼續(xù)深造學(xué)習(xí)的時(shí)機(jī)。體育局相關(guān)部門(mén)給予政策性的支持,發(fā)揮哈爾濱市跆拳道協(xié)會(huì)的橋梁作用,經(jīng)常組織道館之間的比賽和培訓(xùn)工作,促進(jìn)各個(gè)道館之間的溝通學(xué)習(xí)。引進(jìn)科學(xué)的經(jīng)營(yíng)管理理念,提高管理水平,增加中韓兩國(guó)跆拳道項(xiàng)目的活動(dòng)溝通,加強(qiáng)市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)作。3、提高教練員的待遇。根據(jù)從事工作工齡和級(jí)別,體育部門(mén)制定一定的獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)制度,提高教練員薪水補(bǔ)貼,更好地促進(jìn)教練員學(xué)習(xí)進(jìn)步的動(dòng)力。4、完善跆拳道教練員教學(xué)和道館館長(zhǎng)的管理能力。哈爾濱市道館館長(zhǎng)要提高管理能力,聘用有證上崗的專業(yè)跆拳道教練,提高教練員綜合素質(zhì),嚴(yán)格監(jiān)督教練員的授課質(zhì)量,完善道館內(nèi)配備基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施,加強(qiáng)培養(yǎng)安全意識(shí)。5、確定群眾跆拳道市場(chǎng)的準(zhǔn)確定位。廣泛了解哈爾濱市跆拳道消費(fèi)者的心理動(dòng)機(jī),確定好群眾跆拳道營(yíng)銷目的定位,尋求適宜的市場(chǎng)地位,知足群眾對(duì)跆拳道項(xiàng)目的不同需求。出臺(tái)符合哈爾濱市群眾跆拳道發(fā)展的細(xì)化營(yíng)銷方式方法,促進(jìn)群眾廣泛介入到跆拳道健身中來(lái),刺激市場(chǎng)消費(fèi)。6、由哈爾濱市跆拳道協(xié)會(huì)制定嚴(yán)格的升級(jí)考核標(biāo)準(zhǔn)與辦法。相關(guān)體育管理部門(mén)出臺(tái)管理?xiàng)l例,規(guī)范跆拳道考核的詳細(xì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),嚴(yán)格管制教練員和館長(zhǎng)在升級(jí)考試中獲取不合理的收費(fèi)現(xiàn)象。本文關(guān)鍵詞語(yǔ):哈爾濱市;群眾跆拳道;教練員;會(huì)員AbstractAlongwiththerapidandstablegrowthofnationaleconomy,thenationalpublicabouttheirhealthconsciousnessgraduallystrengthened,typesoffitnessrequirementsalsomoreandmorehigh,taekwondoprojectinthesharplydevelopmentofourcountryinrecentyears,taekwondoprojectwithitsuniquewaystoattractthemasspeoplesfavorite.ThispaperUSEStheliteraturematerialmethod,expertinterviewmethod,observationmethod,questionnaireinvestigationandmathematicalstatisticsandotherresearchmethods,investigationonthecurrentsituationofHarbincitypublictaekwondoandanalyzedandstudied,theanalysisofsituationofHarbincitypublictaekwondodevelopmenttrendinChina,inviewoftheproblemsthatexistinthesituation,putforwardthecorrespondingcountermeasures,theresultsshowthatthefollowingconclusions:First,Harbinmassmarketisgrowing,andcurrentlyregisteredinHarbin,taekwondoassociationhas32,unevendistributionofmasstaekwondovenueinHarbinarea,taekwondohallinthemajoritywithmediumandsmall.Second,HarbincitypublicTaekwondoHalloftheeconomicbenefitsonthepartoftheTaohall,considerableeconomicbenefit,taekwondostudentshasgraduallyincreased,theTaohallareaincreasedgradually,enhanceserviceawareness,facilitiesImprovedyearbyyear,buttherearestillsomeMuseumFoundationofregionalroadfacilitiesnotperfect,hiddentroubleofsafetyawarenessisnotstrong,directinfluencetheRoadMuseumtoachievebettereconomicbenefitandbetterdevelopmentspace.Three,alongwithourcountrysportsmanagementsupervisionsystemofgraduallyperfect,taekwondo,pavilion,underthesupervisionofrelevantdepartmentsofthemanagementgraduallytoeliminatethepreviouspartoftheregionaladversecompetition,suchas:taekwondohallmanagementchaotic;Openhousewithoutopeningformalities,taekwondofacilitiessecurityispoor,thepavilionoperatorsonthechargepriceisnotreasonable,thereareviciouscompetitionofwushusport,etc.Four,Taekwondoiscurrentlymarketingtargetlocationmorewidelythelackofaccuratepositioning,yettodevelopmarketingmethodisscientificandeffective,taekwondoschoolenrollmentpatternscommontodistributingflyers,stickersadvertising,mediapublicity,thestudentsandinstructorsintroduceamongsalesform.Five,thetaekwondoprojectinHarbinmalecoachsignificantlymorethanthefemalecoaches,coachesaremainlyyoungpeople,mainlytheaveragedegreeisrelativelylow,inchargeoffixednumberofyearisshorter,generallyisnothigh,Danbusinesslevelgeneraltheoryknowledge,somewaypavilionundocumentedphenomenon,ofasmallgroupofprofessionalsportscoachessourcenon-sportscollegesstudents,mainlyonpart-timemoretaekwondocoach.Taekwondotrainingforthenumberoftimesisnotmuch,nomoretimeinfurthereducation.Waybettertaekwondobusinesshalltocoachimagegood,teachingability,teachingstyleisunique,pluspavilionsitelocationconvenienttransportation,decidingwheretorecruitstudents,directlyaffectthetreatmentofcoachesmonthlysalaryproblem.Six,thetaekwondoconsumersinHarbin,mainlyprimaryandsecondaryschoolstudents,followedbyyoungpeople,consumersforleisurefitnessentertainmentandtograspthemethodofself-defense.Participateintaekwondofitnessmoreconsumersinthemajoritywithayearorso,durationofthelongertheexerciserspopulationless,exercisefrequencycaninsiston2timesaweekorso.InviewofthesituationofexpandingofHarbinpublictaekwondomarketputforwardthefollowingSuggestions:1,Playthesupervisionandguidancefunctionsinsportsdepartments,strictlyexaminethequalificationstoclearthemuseum.HarbincitysportsmanagementdepartmentshouldcarryoutrationaldistributionofTaekwondomarket.TheintroductionofpopularTaekwondofitnessmarketregulationsassoonaspossible,thesiteofthehardwarefacilitiesandsecurityissuesintheRoadMuseumarestrictrequirements,specificationofpopularTaekwondomarketdevelopment.2,StrengthenthemanagementofTaekwondocoaches,providemoreopportunitiestofurtherstudy.TheSportsBureauoftherelevantdepartmentstogivepolicysupport,toplayaroleasabridgebetweentheHarbinTaekwondoAssociation,oftenorganizeRoadMuseummatchandtrainingwork,promoteexchangesbetweenvariousRoadMuseumlearning.Theintroductionofscientificmanagementconcept,improvethemanagementlevel,increasestheSinoKoreanTaekwondoexchangeactivities,strengthentheoperationofthemarketeconomy.3,Increasetheirtreatment.Accordingtotheworklengthofserviceandlevel,thephysicaleducationdepartmentsofthegovernmenttodevelopcertainrewardsystem,improvethecoachswagesubsidies,tobetterpromotethedynamiccoacheslearningprogress.4,ImprovetheteachingandmuseumcuratorofTaekwondocoachesmanagementability.HarbinCityMuseumcuratortoimprovemanagementability,havethecertificateofprofessionaltaekwondocoachhire,improvethecomprehensivequalityofcoaches,coachesteachingqualitystrictsupervision,improvethewaythemuseumisequippedwithinfrastructure,strengthenthecultivationofthesafetyconsciousness.5,DeterminetheexactlocationofpopularTaekwondomarket.AbroadunderstandingofthepsychologicalmotivationofTaeKwonDoConsumersinHarbinCity,todetermineagoodpopularTaekwondomarketingtargetpositioning,seekingtherightmarketposition,tomeetthedifferentneedsofmasstaekwondo.TherefinementofmarketingmethodintroducedinlinewithHarbincitypublicTaekwondodevelopment,promotethepublicparticipationtoTaekwondofitness,stimulatethemarketconsumption.6,BytheHarbinCityTaekwondoAssociationformulatedstrictappraisalstandardsandmeasurestoupgrade.Therelatedsportsmanagementdepartmentissuedregulations,concretestandardspecificationforTaekwondoassessment,strictcontrolofcoachesandcuratoraccessfeesphenomenonnotreasonableintheupgradeexam.Keywords:Harbin;Themasstaekwondo;Thecoach;
