ThechartbelowshowstheresultsofasurveyofpeoplewhovisitedfourtypesoftouristattractioninBritainintheyear1999.ThepiechartcomparesfiguresforvisitorstofourcategoriesoftouristattractionandtofivedifferentthemeparksinBritainin1999.Itisclearthatthemeparksandmuseums/gallerieswerethetwomostpopulartypesoftouristattractioninthatyear.BlackpoolPleasureBeachreceivedbyfarthehighestproportionofvisitorsinthethemeparksector.Lookingattheinformationinmoredetail,wecanseethat38%ofthesurveyedvisitorswenttoathemepark,and37%ofthemwenttoamuseumorgallery.Bycontrast,historichousesandmonumentswerevisitedbyonly16%ofthesample,whilewildlifeparksandzoosweretheleastpopularofthefourtypesoftouristattraction,withonly9%ofvisitors.Inthethemeparksector,almosthalfofthepeoplesurveyed(47%)hadbeentoBlackpoolPleasureBeach.AltonTowerswasthesecondmostpopularamusementpark,with17%ofthesample,followedbyPleasurelandinSouthport,with16%.Finally,ChessingtonWorldofAdventuresandLegolandWindsorhadeach ed10%ofthesurveyedvisitors.ThepiechartsbelowshowhowdangerouswasteproductsaredealtwithinthreeThechartscompareKorea,SwedenandtheUKintermsofthemethodsusedineachcountrytodisposeofharmfulwaste.ItisclearthatinboththeUKandSweden,themajorityofdangerouswasteproductsareburiedunderground.Bycontrast,mosthazardousmaterialsintheRepublicofKoreaarerecycled.Lookingattheinformationinmoredetail,wecanseethat82%oftheUK’sdangerouswasteisputintolandfillsites.Thisdisposaltechniqueisusedfor55%oftheharmfulwasteinSwedenandonly22%ofsimilarwasteinKorea.Thelattercountryrecycles69%ofhazardousmaterials,whichisfarmorethantheothertwoWhile25%ofSweden'sdangerouswasteisrecycled,theUKdoesnotrecycleatall.Instead,itdumpswasteatseaortreatsitchemically.ThesetwomethodsarenotemployedinKoreaorSweden,whichfavourincinerationfor9%and20%ofdangerouswasterespectively.(159words,bandThepiechartsbelowcomparewaterusageinSanDiego,CaliforniaandtherestoftheThepiechartsgiveinformationaboutthewaterusedforresidential,industrialandagriculturalpurposesinSanDiegoCounty,California,andtheworldasawhole.ItisnoticeablethatmorewaterisconsumedbyhomesthanbyindustryoragricultureinthetwoAmericanregions.Bycontrast,agricultureaccountsforthevastmajorityofwaterusedInSanDiegoCountyandCaliforniaState,residentialwaterconsumptionaccountsfor60%and39%oftotalwaterusage.Bycontrast,amere8%ofthewaterusedgloballygoestohomes.Theoppositetrendcanbeseenwhenwelookatwaterconsumptionforagriculture.Thisaccountsforamassive69%ofglobalwateruse,butonly17%and28%ofwaterusageinSanDiegoandCaliforniarespectively.Suchdramaticdifferencesarenotseenwhenwecomparethefiguresforindustrialwateruse.Thesameproportionofwater(23%)isusedbyindustryinSanDiegoandworldwide,whilethefigureforCaliforniais10%higher,at33%.ThechartsbelowshowtheresultsofaquestionnairethataskedvisitorstotheParkwayHohowtheyratedtheho'scustomerservice.Thesamequestionnairewasgivento100guestsintheyears2005and2010.2005年,只有百分之五的客人(whoPARKWAYHO住過)ho的服務(wù)是藍(lán)不到百分之15的客人認(rèn)為該機(jī)構(gòu)的服務(wù)是綠色的,whereas,5年之后,顯示,這個(gè)數(shù)字增加了整整25個(gè)百分點(diǎn),增長到了39%,是2010年中占比最大的項(xiàng)目。200545%2010年里,大幅%這兩個(gè)數(shù)字,在2010年中,都下降by10%to12%4%separay。Thepiechartscomparevisitors’responsestoasurveyaboutcustomerserviceattheParkwayHoin2005andin2010.Itisclearthatoverallcustomersatsatisfactionsincreasedconsiderablyfrom2005to2010.Whilemosthoguestsratedcustomerserviceassatisfactoryorpoorin2005,aclearmajoritydescribedtheho’sserviceasgoodorexcellentin2010.Lookingatthepositiveresponsesfirst,in2005only5%oftheho’svisitorsrateditscustomerserviceasexcellent,butthisfigureroseto28%in2010.Furthermore,whileonly14%ofguestsdescribedcustomerserviceinthehoasgoodin2005,almostthreetimesasmanypeoplegavethisratingfiveyearslater.Withregardtonegativefeedback,theproportionofguestswhoconsideredtheho’scustomerservicetobepoorfellfrom21%in2005toonly12%in2010.Similarly,theproportionofpeoplewhoth
