However,thepartyaffectedbytheeventofForceMajeureshallinformtheotherpartyofitsoccurrenceinwritingassoonaspossibleandthereaftershallsendacertificateoftheeventissuedbytherelevantauthoritiestotheotherpartywithin15daysafteritsoccurrence.12.爭(zhēng)議解決14.DisputeResolution中國(guó)國(guó)際經(jīng)濟(jì)貿(mào)易仲裁委員會(huì)上海分會(huì)，依據(jù)申請(qǐng)仲裁時(shí)該會(huì)實(shí)施的仲裁規(guī)章進(jìn)展仲裁。仲裁裁決是終局的，對(duì)雙方均有約束力。AnydisputearisingfromorinconnectionwiththisagreementshallfirstbeattemptedtoberesolvedthroughdiscussionsandconsultationsbetweenthePartiesingoodfaith.Ifthedisputeremainsunresolveduponexpirationof30daysafterwrittennoticehasbeensentbyonePartytotheotherParty,thedisputeshallbesubmittedtoChinaInternationalEconomicandTradeArbitrationCommission,Shanghai Sub-Commission for arbitration, which shall be conducted inaccordancewiththeCommission”sarbitrationrulesineffectatthetimeofapplyingforarbitration.ThearbitralawardisfinalandbindinguponbothParties.13.語(yǔ)言15.Language本合同以中英文書就，如中英文內(nèi)容存在不全都，已中文為準(zhǔn)ThisagreementismadeinbothChinese.Intheeventofanydiscrepancybetweenthetwoversions,theChineseversionshallprevail.14.管轄法律16.GoverningLaw本協(xié)議受中華人民共和國(guó)法律管轄并按中華人民共和國(guó)法律解釋。Thisagreementshallbegoverned,construedandinterpretedinaccordancewiththe
