Readersoftenfindpoemsdifficultbecausetheyareusedtohavingstraightforwardmeaningsinwhattheyread.Whenwereadashortstory,orindeedanyworkwritteninprose,themeaningwillusuallybeimmediatelyapparent.Butwhenwereadpoetry,thesituationwillbedifferent.Itistruethatpoetrywillusuallymakesomesense(有某些意義)

orhavesomemeaning，butpoetryismorethanitsprosemeaning.Apoemconsistsofwordsarrangedinlinesofverse(韻文).2.Apoem’srhythm(節(jié)奏)andrhyme(韻律),too,whilehavinglittlemeaninginthemselves,mayhelptoreinforce
