本手冊(cè)適用于SJZ水汽取樣裝置在現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的啟動(dòng)、停運(yùn)和日常操Thismanualissuitableforfieldstartup,stoppageandroutineworkoftheSJZwaterand yzeTheelectricappliancesofdashboardscomponentinsidetheelectricityboxiswell-found,connectinglinetocarrysub-conjunctioncredibility,connectingeachappearancepowersupplyrespectively,themeterconnectslineexactitude.裝置啟Device降溫Cooling依次開(kāi)啟冷卻器的球閥Openthein-andoutballvalvesofcoolingdevicesonebyonein返沖過(guò)濾器置于“運(yùn)行”狀態(tài)Therecoilingfilterison逐路開(kāi)啟裝置樣水進(jìn)口一次門(mén)和二次門(mén)（全開(kāi)打開(kāi)排污門(mén)到最大開(kāi)度對(duì)各路樣水逐路進(jìn)行排Openthefirstinnerdoorofsamplingwaterdevice,andthenthesecondone(full),andopentheblow-offdoorlargestfordraining.排污結(jié)束，關(guān)閉排污門(mén)Turnofftheblow-offdoorsafter打開(kāi)恒壓裝置出口關(guān)斷Openstoppedvalvesofconstantpressure人工取樣盤(pán)Artificialsampling開(kāi)啟人工取樣盤(pán)樣水門(mén)Openthedoorofartificialsampling調(diào)出人工取樣流yzetheflowrateofartificialDash取出各儀表樣水過(guò)濾器濾芯Getoutfilterelementsofeachsamplingwater從各發(fā)送器內(nèi)取出電極Takeoutthepolesfromeach開(kāi)啟上各節(jié)流閥，對(duì)儀表樣水管路進(jìn)行沖洗，時(shí)間1分鐘。Opentheinletthrottlesofdashboardsandwashpipesby1minute,thenfullinstallthem.調(diào)節(jié)螺母，使樣水總流量符合要求。Accordingtothetyofsamplingwatermeter,fullopentheadjustingvalvesofconstantpressuredevices,whileastoadjustthenutsformeetingtherequest.注：500ml/min，DD、PH300ml/minO2500ml/minPS：theflowrateofmanpoweris500ml/min，DDPHare300ml/minO2meteris500ml/minothermetersare150ml/min。2.3.5根據(jù)流量計(jì)的指示值，調(diào)節(jié)流量計(jì)節(jié)流閥，使各儀表樣水流量符3.3.4中各儀表的要求2.3.5Adjusttheinnerthrottleofflowmeteraccordingtothedesignationoftheflowmeter.恒溫裝Constanttemperature恒溫裝置啟動(dòng)操作詳見(jiàn)《SWJ系列恒溫裝置使用手冊(cè)TheoperationofconstantdevicesdetailswereintroducedintheoperationmanualofSWJseriesconstantdevices.裝置停關(guān)閉降溫架樣水進(jìn)口一次門(mén)、二次門(mén)Closethesamplingwaterinnerfirstdoorandseconddoorofcooling關(guān)閉節(jié)流閥Closethethrottleofdash關(guān)閉溫控電源、儀表電源、恒溫裝置電Closethepoweroftemperaturecontrolling,meterandconstant關(guān)閉裝置的冷卻水源Closethecoolingheadwaterof裝置運(yùn)行注意事項(xiàng)高壓highpressure高壓閥門(mén)必須處于全開(kāi)狀態(tài)或全關(guān)狀態(tài)，用作節(jié)流Thehighpressurevalvesshouldtobefullopenorfullclosed,andwhichisforbiddenforcuttingflow.打開(kāi)或關(guān)閉高壓閥時(shí)，必須使用具扭力扳手，按《高壓閥操作指南》要求的扭力矩進(jìn)行操作。Itshouldusespecialtensionwrenchwhenopenandclosethehighpressurevalvesandaccordingtotheoperationmanualofhighpressurevalves.筒形冷卻器Tube-shaped冷卻器冷卻水球閥必須全開(kāi)Theinnerandouterballvalvesofcoolingwaterofcoolingdevicesshouldbe高壓過(guò)濾器highpressure正常運(yùn)行時(shí)高壓過(guò)濾器手輪處于水平“運(yùn)行”狀態(tài)Thehighpressurefiltersarerunningwhenitonerror-freerunning返沖5.3.2Recoiling返沖規(guī)定時(shí)間為每15天一次。返沖前，先打開(kāi)排污閥，1分鐘后，逆時(shí)針90°旋轉(zhuǎn)高壓過(guò)濾器手輪，使手輪處于垂直“返沖”狀態(tài)，返沖Recoilwashingshouldbedoneineach15days.Opentheblow-offvalvesbeforewashing,thengetthehandwheelofhighpressurefiltercounterclockwiserotation90°after1minute,tomakesureitisonrecoilsituation15seconds.Thentherotaryhandwheelshouldbeonrunningandclosetheblow-offvalvesafterPS:Itcannottorecoilingwashatthebeginningofstart-高壓排沖管排污規(guī)定時(shí)間為每周一次。排污時(shí)，先關(guān)閉恒壓裝置出口調(diào)節(jié)閥，再打開(kāi)高壓排污閥，進(jìn)行正常排污，時(shí)間1污門(mén)，打開(kāi)恒壓裝置出口調(diào)節(jié)閥。Washingpipesdrainineachoneweek.Closetheouteradjustingvalvesofconstantpressuredevicesandthenopenhighpressureblow-offvalvesbeforedraining,andholdon1minute.Closehighpressureblow-offdoorandopentheouteradjustingvalvesofconstantpressuredeviceswhenitisfinished.注：必須逐路排污，嚴(yán)禁同時(shí)多路排污。PS:Itmustbedrainedoneby壓力、流量的調(diào)節(jié)adjustingofpressureand壓力、流量調(diào)節(jié)Adjustingofpressureand0.25Mpa至0.38Mpa每路樣水所配儀表的數(shù)量，使樣水總流量符合要求。在壓力、流量均允許范圍內(nèi)調(diào)定。Adjusttheadjustingnutsofconstantdevicesslowly,andbesurethepressureisbetween0.25Mpto0.38Mpa.Tomakesurethetotalsamplingwaterflowrateismeettherequirementaccordingtothetyofsamplingwatermeter,andadjustthemunderthesuitablerangeofpressureandflowrate.總流量為上述流量和的1至1.2倍。PS:theflowrateofmanpoweris500ml/min;DD,PHare300ml/min;O2meteris500ml/min;othermetersare150ml/min.Thetotaldischargeisanabove-mentioneddischargewithof100%-120%.流量偏小時(shí)采取的措施Themeasuresoftheflowsmallthan對(duì)高壓過(guò)濾器進(jìn)行返沖排污，清除濾芯過(guò)濾孔中雜質(zhì)，增加通流量Drainthehighfilterandcleantheimpurityoffilterelementforaddingthrough-flowrate.緩慢調(diào)節(jié)恒壓裝置調(diào)節(jié)螺母Adjusttheadjustingnutsofconstantdevices日常調(diào)Normal4.1要求每周調(diào)節(jié)一次Accordingto4.1saysoncea保護(hù)功能檢查checktheprotecting恒壓裝置具有自鎖保護(hù)功能，即恒壓裝置后端保護(hù)裝置因某種原因動(dòng)作保護(hù)后，恒壓裝置因樣水系統(tǒng)壓力升高而自動(dòng)鎖閉樣水通道，故每星期要定期進(jìn)行一次冷卻水?dāng)嗨驑铀瑴乇Ｗo(hù)試驗(yàn)，以便檢查保護(hù)裝置的可靠性及恒壓裝置的自鎖功能。Theconstantpressuredevicehadprotectingfunctionofself-locking,whichnamelyconstant
