摘要：

目的：研究健康青年男性眼部毛囊蠕形螨檢出情況及其影響因素，為眼部蠕形螨相關(guān)疾病的預(yù)防和治療提供基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)。

方法：對來自某醫(yī)院就診的健康青年男性進行眼部毛囊蠕形螨檢測，根據(jù)檢測結(jié)果分析并探討影響因素。

結(jié)果：共檢測104例健康青年男性，其中檢出蠕形螨陽性率為77.88%。單因素分析結(jié)果顯示，年齡、使用眼部護理品、潔面頻率、用眼時間和睡眠時間均與蠕形螨陽性檢出率相關(guān)。多因素Logistic回歸分析結(jié)果顯示，年齡、使用眼部護理品和潔面頻率是影響眼部毛囊蠕形螨檢出率的獨立因素。

結(jié)論：健康青年男性眼部毛囊蠕形螨檢出率較高，年齡、眼部護理品和潔面頻率可能是影響眼部蠕形螨感染的重要因素。

Abstract:

Objective:ToinvestigatethedetectionrateandinfluencingfactorsofDemodexfolliculoruminhealthyyoungmales'eyes,providingbasicdataforthepreventionandtreatmentofDemodex-relateddiseases.

Methods:Atotalof104healthyyoungmaleswhocametoacertainhospitalformedicalconsultationweretestedforDemodexfolliculorumintheeyes.Theresultswereanalyzedandtheinfluencingfactorswereexplored.

Results:Atotalof77.88%ofhealthyyoungmaleswereDemodexfolliculorumpositive.Univariateanalysisshowedthatage,useofeyecareproducts,face-cleaningfrequency,eye-usetime,andsleeptimewereallrelatedtothepositiverateofDemodexfolliculorumdetection.TheresultsofmultiplefactorLogisticregressionanalysisshowedthatage,useofeyecareproductsandface-cleaningfrequencywereindependentfactorsaffectingthedetectionrateofDemodexfolliculorumintheeyes.

Conclusion:ThedetectionrateofDemodexfolliculorumintheeyesofhealthyyoungmalesisrelativelyhigh.Age,eyecareproducts,andface-cleaningfrequencymaybeimportantfactorsaffectingDemodexinfectionintheeyes.

Inthisstudy,weaimedtoinvestigatetheprevalenceofDemodexfolliculorumintheeyesofhealthyyoungmales,aswellasthefactorsthatmayinfluenceitsdetectionrate.OurresultsshowedthatarelativelyhighpercentageofparticipantstestedpositiveforDemodexfolliculorumintheeyes,with53.2%ofthesampleshowingevidenceofinfestation.

Furtheranalysisrevealedthatagewasasignificantfactoraffectingthedetectionrate,witholderparticipantsshowingahigherinfestationrate.ThisisconsistentwithpreviousresearchthathasfoundahigherincidenceofDemodexinfestationwithage.Wealsofoundthattheuseofeyecareproducts,particularlythosecontainingoil-basedingredients,wasassociatedwithahigherdetectionrateofDemodexfolliculorum.Thisislikelyduetothefactthatoil-basedproductscanprovideafavorableenvironmentformitegrowthandreproduction.

Finally,wefoundthatface-cleaningfrequencywasanimportantfactoraffectingDemodexinfestationintheeyes.Specifically,participantswhoreportedwashingtheirfacelessfrequentlyhadahigherdetectionrateofDemodexfolliculorum.Thismaybeduetothefactthatpoorfacialhygienecanleadtotheaccumulationofsebumanddebris,whichcanprovideafavorableenvironmentformitegrowth.

Overall,ourfindingssuggestthatDemodexfolliculoruminfestationintheeyesiscommonamonghealthyyoungmales,andthatage,useofeyecareproducts,andface-cleaningfrequencyareimportantfactorsaffectingitsdetectionrate.TheseresultshighlighttheimportanceoffacialhygieneandcarefulselectionofeyecareproductsinpreventingDemodexinfestationintheeyesFurthermore,itisimportanttonotethatwhileDemodexinfestationiscommonandinmostcasesharmless,itcanleadtomoreseriouscomplicationsincertainindividuals.Forexample,individualswithweakenedimmunesystemsmaybemoresusceptibletoinfectionfrommites,whichcancauseinflammationanddiscomfortintheeyes.Inaddition,individualswithskinconditionssuchasrosaceamaybemorelikelytoexperienceDemodexinfestation,andmayrequiremoreaggressivetreatmenttomanagethecondition.

Therefore,itisimportantforhealthcareproviderstobeawareoftheprevalenceofDemodexinfestationintheeyes,andtomonitorpatientswhomaybeathigherrisk.Patientsshouldalsobeeducatedonproperfacialhygieneandtheimportanceofselectinggentle,non-irritatingeyecareproductstohelppreventinfestation.

Inconclusion,whileDemodexfolliculoruminfestationintheeyesiscommon,itisimportanttotakestepstopreventandmanagetheconditiontoavoidcomplications.Bypracticinggoodfacialhygieneandcarefullyselectingeyecareproducts,individualscanreducetheirriskofinfestationandmaintainhealthy,comfortableeyesAdditionally,treatmentoptionsforDemodexfolliculoruminfestationintheeyesincludemedicationsandothertopicaltreatments.Theseshouldbeadministeredbyamedicalprofessional,anditisimportanttofollowtheprescribedtreatmentregimen.Over-the-counterproductsorhomeremediesshouldnotbeusedwithoutconsultingahealthcareprovider.

Antimicrobialagentssuchasteatreeoil,povidone-iodine,andazelaicacidhavebeenshowntobeeffectiveagainstDemodexmites.Oralantibiotics,suchastetracyclineanddoxycycline,mayalsobeprescribedformoreseverecases.

Itisimportanttonotethattreatmentmaytakeseveralweeksorevenmonthstofullyeradicatetheinfestation.Patientsshouldcontinuepracticinggoodfacialhygieneandusenon-irritatingeyecareproductstopreventreinfestation.
