/建筑安裝工程保險(xiǎn)附加條款中英文比照版1空運(yùn)費(fèi)擴(kuò)展條款茲經(jīng)雙方同意，鑒于被保險(xiǎn)人已繳付了附加的保險(xiǎn)費(fèi)，本保險(xiǎn)擴(kuò)展承?？者\(yùn)費(fèi)。但該空運(yùn)費(fèi)須和本保險(xiǎn)單項(xiàng)下予以賠償?shù)谋ｋU(xiǎn)財(cái)產(chǎn)的損失有關(guān)。且本條款項(xiàng)下的空運(yùn)費(fèi)的最高賠償金額在保險(xiǎn)期限內(nèi)不得超過(guò)以下列明限額。若保險(xiǎn)財(cái)產(chǎn)的保額不足,本條款項(xiàng)下空運(yùn)費(fèi)的賠償金額按比例削減。本保險(xiǎn)單所載其它條件不變。免賠額：____________________最高賠償限額：_________________每次事故賠償限額：_____________附加保險(xiǎn)費(fèi)：____________________1AirfreightClauseItisagreedandunderstoodthatsubjecttotheInsuredhavingpaidtheagreedextrapremium,thisinsuranceshallbeextendedtocoverextrachargesforairfreight.ProvidedalwaysthatsuchextrachargesshallbeincurredinconnectionwithanylossofordamagetotheinsureditemsrecoverableunderthePolicy.ProvidedfurtherthatthemaximumamountpayableunderthisEndorsementinrespectofairfreightshallnotexceedtheamountstatedbelowduringtheperiodofinsurance.Ifthesum(s)insuredofthedamageditem(s)is(are)lessthantheamount(s)requiredtobeinsured,theamountpayableunderthisEndorsementforsuchextrachargesshallbereducedinthesameproportion.ThisClauseisSubjectotherwisetotheterms,conditionsandexclusionsofthisPolicy.Deductible:LimitofIndemnity(anyoneoccurrence):AggregateLimitofIndemnity:Extrapremium:注：在運(yùn)用該條款時(shí)應(yīng)規(guī)定每次事故免賠額、每次事故賠償限額、累計(jì)賠償限額并加收保費(fèi)。2自動(dòng)復(fù)原保額條款茲經(jīng)雙方同意，假如發(fā)生本保險(xiǎn)單其次部分的有效索賠，如本公司或被保險(xiǎn)人沒(méi)有相反的書(shū)面聲明，則因損失而削減的賠償限額將自動(dòng)復(fù)原。被保險(xiǎn)人同意依據(jù)原定費(fèi)率補(bǔ)交至保險(xiǎn)終止之日止損失金額部分的日比例附加保險(xiǎn)費(fèi)。本保險(xiǎn)單所載其它條件不變。2AutomaticReinstatementofAmountClauseItisunderstoodandagreedthatintheeventofanyvalidclaimpayableunderSectionIIofthisPolicyandintheabsenceofwrittennoticebytheCompanyortheInsuredtothecontrarytheamountofLimitofIndemnityreducedbylossistobeautomaticallyreinstatedasfromthedatesoreinstated.TheInsuredundertakestopaypro-rataadditionalpremiumattheoriginalrateontheamountofanylosstotheexpiryofthePeriodofInsurance.ThisClauseisSubjectotherwisetotheterms,conditionsandexclusionsofthisPolicy.注：此條款可廣泛運(yùn)用。3庫(kù)房特別條款茲經(jīng)雙方同意，只有在被保險(xiǎn)人將工棚、庫(kù)房落址在工地四周高于最近20年記載中最高水位的地方，并且每一工棚、庫(kù)房或間隔50米，或由防火墻分隔的狀況下,本公司對(duì)被保險(xiǎn)人因火災(zāi)，洪水干脆或間接造成工棚、庫(kù)房的損失和由此產(chǎn)生的責(zé)任負(fù)責(zé)賠償。雙方進(jìn)一步同意，本公司對(duì)被保險(xiǎn)人每次事故的賠償限額為：每一庫(kù)房：。每一單獨(dú)存貨單位：。本保險(xiǎn)單所載其它條件不變。3CampsandStoresClauseItisagreedandunderstoodthattheInsurersshallonlyindemnifytheInsuredforloss,damageorliabilitydirectlyorindirectlycausedtocampsandstoresbyfire,floodorinundationifthesecampsandstoresarelocatedabovethehighestwaterlevelrecordedanywhereonthesiteduringthelast20yearsandtheindividualstorageunitsareeitheratleast50mapartorseparatedbyfirewalls.ItisalsoagreedthattheInsurershallindemnitytheinsuredforanyoneoccurrenceonlyuptoalimitofindemnityofforcamps,foreachindividualstorageunit.ThisClauseisSubjectotherwisetotheterms,conditionsandexclusionsofthisPolicy.注：在運(yùn)用該條款時(shí)應(yīng)規(guī)定保險(xiǎn)人賠償被保險(xiǎn)人工棚每次事故的限額，并規(guī)定每一獨(dú)立的庫(kù)房每次事故的限額?？蓮V泛運(yùn)用。4建筑、安裝施工機(jī)具、設(shè)備擴(kuò)展條款茲經(jīng)雙方同意，鑒于被保險(xiǎn)人已繳付了附加的保險(xiǎn)費(fèi)，本保險(xiǎn)擴(kuò)展承保本保險(xiǎn)單所附明細(xì)表第一部分列明的建筑或安裝施工機(jī)具、設(shè)備的損失，但不負(fù)責(zé)賠償：1、建筑或安裝施工機(jī)具、設(shè)備由于內(nèi)在的機(jī)械及電氣故障引起的損失；2、領(lǐng)有公共運(yùn)輸行駛執(zhí)照的車、船及飛機(jī)的損失。建筑、安裝施工機(jī)具、設(shè)備應(yīng)以該機(jī)具、設(shè)備的重置價(jià)投保,該重置價(jià)是指重置同型號(hào)，同負(fù)載的新設(shè)備所需費(fèi)用。本保險(xiǎn)單所載其它條件不變?？偙ｋU(xiǎn)金額：______________年費(fèi)率：______________保險(xiǎn)期限：自___________至_____________附加保險(xiǎn)費(fèi)：______________每次事故免賠額：__________，或損失金額的20%，以高者為準(zhǔn)。4Construction/ErectionMachineryClauseItisagreedandunderstoodthatsubjecttotheInsuredhavingpaidtheagreedextrapremium,thecoverunderSectionlofthePolicyshallbeextendedtoincludelossofordamagetotheconstruction/erectionmachinerymentionedintheattachedlistofmachinery,excludinghowever1.lossordamageduetoelectricalormechanicalbreakdown,failure,breakageorderangement,freezingorcoolantorotherfluid,defectivelubricationorlackoroilorcoolant,butifasaconsequenceorsuchbreakdownorderangementanaccidentoccurscausingexternaldamage,suchconsequentialdamageshallbeindemnifiable.2.lossofordamagetovehicleslicensedforgeneralroaduseorwaterbornevesselsoraircraft.Thesumsinsuredonconstruction/erectionmachineryshallbetheirreplacementvalues,whichshallmeanthecostofreplacementoreachinsureditembyanewitemofthesamekindandthesamecapacity.Thisclauseissubjectotherwisetotheterms,conditionsandexclusionsofthisPolicy.TotalSuminsured:AnnualPremium:PeriodofInsurance:fromtoDeductible(anyoneoccurrence):or20%ofthelossamount,whicheverishigher.ExtraPremium:注：在運(yùn)用該條款時(shí)，須在保單明細(xì)表中列明投保施工機(jī)具和全部投保機(jī)具的金額，施工機(jī)具一般按年度費(fèi)率收取，規(guī)定保險(xiǎn)期限和免賠額并加收保費(fèi)。5建筑材料特別條款茲經(jīng)雙方同意，只有在被保險(xiǎn)人的建筑材料超過(guò)3天的用量,且超過(guò)此用量的材料放置在最近10年未遭受洪水或水災(zāi)侵害的地方的狀況下，本公司對(duì)被保險(xiǎn)人因洪水或水災(zāi)干脆或間接造成建筑材料的損失及由此產(chǎn)生的責(zé)任負(fù)責(zé)賠償。本保險(xiǎn)單所載其它條件不變。5ConstructionMaterialClauseItisagreedandunderstoodthattheInsurersshallonlyindemnifytheInsuredforloss,damageorliabilitydirectlyorindirectlycausedtoconstructionmaterialbyfloodandinundationifsuchconstructionmaterialdoesnotexceedthreedays'demandandtheexceedingquantitiesarekeptinareasnotendangeredby10-yearfloods.ThisClauseisSubjectotherwisetotheterms,conditionsandexclusionsofthisPolicy.注：該條款主要規(guī)定施工用材料應(yīng)妥當(dāng)堆放，防止水災(zāi)對(duì)建筑材料的影響?？蓮V泛運(yùn)用。6施工用機(jī)具特別條款茲經(jīng)雙方同意，只有在被保險(xiǎn)人施工結(jié)束后，或任何施工中斷時(shí)的施工用機(jī)具放置在最近20年未遭受洪水或水災(zāi)侵害的地方的狀況下，本公司對(duì)被保險(xiǎn)人因洪水或水災(zāi)干脆或間接造成施工用機(jī)具的損失及由此產(chǎn)生的責(zé)任負(fù)責(zé)賠償。本保險(xiǎn)單所載其它條件不變。6ConstructionPlant,EquipmentandMachineryClauseItisagreedandunderstoodthattheinsurersshallonlyindemnifytheinsuredforloss,damageorliabilitydirectlyorindirectlycausedtoconstructionplant,equipmentandmachinerybyfloodandinundationif,aftertheexecutionofworksorincaseofanyinterruption,suchconstructionplant,equipmentandmachineryarekeptinanareanotendangeredby20-yearfloods.ThisClauseisSubjectotherwisetotheterms,conditionsandexclusionsofthisPolicy.注：該條款主要針對(duì)施工用機(jī)器設(shè)備的放置提出了防止水災(zāi)的要求。可廣泛運(yùn)用。7工程完工部分?jǐn)U展條款茲經(jīng)雙方同意，鑒于被保險(xiǎn)人已繳付了附加的保險(xiǎn)費(fèi)，本保險(xiǎn)擴(kuò)展承保本保險(xiǎn)單明細(xì)表中物質(zhì)損失項(xiàng)下保險(xiǎn)財(cái)產(chǎn)在保險(xiǎn)期限內(nèi)施工過(guò)程中造成已交付運(yùn)用或已被接收部分的損失。本保險(xiǎn)單所載其它條件不變。附加保險(xiǎn)費(fèi):_______________7ContractworktakenOverorPutintoServiceClauseItisagreedandunderstoodthatsubjecttotheInsuredhavingpaidtheagreedextrapremium,theinsuranceshallbeextendedtocover--lossofordamagetopartsoftheinsuredcontractworkstakenoverorputintoserviceifsuchlossordamageemanatesfromtheconstructionoftheitemsinsuredundersectionIandhappensduringtheperiodofcover.ThisClauseisSubjectotherwisetotheterms,conditionsandexclusionsofthisPolicy.Extrapremium:.注：該條款擴(kuò)展被保險(xiǎn)人已完工的財(cái)產(chǎn)損失，但需加收保費(fèi)。8契約責(zé)任擴(kuò)展條款茲經(jīng)雙方同意，鑒于被保險(xiǎn)人已繳付了附加的保險(xiǎn)費(fèi)，本公司負(fù)責(zé)賠償被保險(xiǎn)人因契約責(zé)任而應(yīng)擔(dān)當(dāng)?shù)膶?duì)任何第三者人身傷亡及財(cái)產(chǎn)損失賠償責(zé)任，但不得超過(guò)本保險(xiǎn)單第三者責(zé)任項(xiàng)下規(guī)定的賠償限額。被保險(xiǎn)人必需將有關(guān)契約向本公司申報(bào)，并得到本公司的書(shū)面認(rèn)可。本保險(xiǎn)單所載其它條件不變。附加保險(xiǎn)費(fèi)：____________8ContractualLiabilityClauseItisagreedandunderstoodthatsubjecttotheInsuredhavingpaidtheagreedextrapremium,theInsurersshallindemnifytheInsuredagainstanyclaimmadeinrespectofliabilityassumedbytheInsuredunderanycontractoragreementforbodilyinjuryofand/orpropertydamagetoanythirdpartysubjecttothelimitofindemnitystipulatedunderSectionIIofthePolicyprovidedthatsuchcontractoragreementhasbeendeclaredtoandapprovedinwritingbytheInsurers.Thisclauseissubjectotherwisetotheterms,conditionsandexclusionsofthisPolicy.ExtraPremium:______________注：該條款在擴(kuò)展契約責(zé)任時(shí)，應(yīng)明確被保險(xiǎn)人和第三方有哪些契約，并加收保費(fèi)。9交叉責(zé)任擴(kuò)展條款茲經(jīng)雙方同意,鑒于被保險(xiǎn)人已繳付了附加的保險(xiǎn)費(fèi),本保險(xiǎn)單第三者責(zé)任項(xiàng)下的保障范圍將適用于本保險(xiǎn)單明細(xì)表列明的全部被保險(xiǎn)人,就如同每一被保險(xiǎn)人均持有一份獨(dú)立的保險(xiǎn)單,但本公司對(duì)被保險(xiǎn)人不擔(dān)當(dāng)以下賠償責(zé)任:(一)已在或可在本保險(xiǎn)單物質(zhì)損失部分投保的財(cái)產(chǎn)損失,包括因免賠額,或賠償限額規(guī)定不予賠償?shù)膿p失;(二)已在雇主責(zé)任保險(xiǎn)項(xiàng)下投保的被保險(xiǎn)人的雇員的疾病或人身傷亡。本公司對(duì)全部被保險(xiǎn)人由一次事故或同一事由引起的數(shù)次事故擔(dān)當(dāng)?shù)娜控?zé)任不得超過(guò)保險(xiǎn)單明細(xì)表中列明的每次事故賠償限額。本保險(xiǎn)單所載其它條件不變。附加保險(xiǎn)費(fèi):_________________9CrossLiabilityClauseItisagreedandunderstoodthatsubjecttotheInsuredhavingpaidtheagreedextrapremium,theThirdPartyLiabilitycoverofthePolicyshallapplytotheinsuredpartiesnamedintheScheduleasifaseparatepolicyhadbeenissuedtoeachparty,providedthattheInsurersshallnotindemnifytheInsuredunderthisEndorsementinrespectofliabilityfor1.lossofordamagetoitemsinsuredorinsurableundersectionIofthePolicy,everifnotrecoverableduetoanexcessoranylimit,2.fatalornon-fatalinjuryorillnessofemployeesorworkmenwhoareorcouldhavebeeninsuredunderEmployers'Liabilityinsurance.TheInsurers'totalliabilityinrespectoftheinsuredpartiesshallnothoweverexceedintheaggregateforanyoneaccidentorseriesofaccidentsarisingoutofoneeventthelimitofindemnitystatedintheSchedule.ThisClauseisSubjectotherwisetotheterms,ConditionsandexclusionsofthisPolicy.Extrapremium:注：該條款對(duì)于各被保險(xiǎn)人之間發(fā)生第三者責(zé)任事故時(shí)，互不追償，如同各被保險(xiǎn)人均持有一份獨(dú)立的保單，但須加收保費(fèi)。10大壩、水庫(kù)工程特別除外條款茲經(jīng)雙方同意，本公司對(duì)被保險(xiǎn)人在工程建設(shè)中發(fā)生的下列損失和費(fèi)用不負(fù)責(zé)賠償：(一)對(duì)軟石地域灌漿或?qū)嵭衅渌匾钠桨泊胧?二)排水費(fèi)用,即使水量遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)超過(guò)原來(lái)的估計(jì)；(三)排水系統(tǒng)的故障、損壞引起的，且若有足夠的備用設(shè)備則可以避開(kāi)的損失；(四)因增加防水隔離措施，以及增加排放流水和地下水的設(shè)備而發(fā)生的費(fèi)用；(五)基礎(chǔ)不實(shí)造成地陷引起的損失；(六)裂縫和滲漏。本保險(xiǎn)單所載其它條件不變。10DamsandWaterReservoirsClauseItisagreedandunderstoodthattheInsurersshallnotindemnifytheInsuredinrespectof1.groutingofsoftrockareasand/orotheradditionalsafetymeasureseveniftheirnecessityarisesonlyduringconstruction,2.expensesincurredfordewateringevenifthequantitiesofwateroriginallyexpectedareexceededsubstantially,3.lossordamageduetobreakdownofthedewateringsystemifsuchbreakdowncouldhavebeenavoidedbysufficientstand-byfacilities,4.expensesincurredforadditionalsealingorwaterproofingandadditionalfacilitiesforthedischargeofrun-offand/orundergroundwater,5.lossordamageduetosubsidenceifcausedbyinsufficientcompacting,6.cracksandleakage.ThisClauseisSubjectotherwisetotheterms,conditionsandexclusionsofthisPolicy.注：該條款為限制性條款，限制保險(xiǎn)人的責(zé)任，可廣泛運(yùn)用。11鉆井工程特別條款茲經(jīng)雙方同意，鉆井工程的責(zé)任范圍將限制在下列風(fēng)險(xiǎn)引起的損失:(一)地震、火山爆發(fā)、海嘯;(二)暴風(fēng)雨、龍卷風(fēng)、洪水、滑坡;(三)井噴或形成坑狀;(四)火災(zāi)、爆炸;(五)自涌水流;(六)實(shí)踐中無(wú)法克服的泥漿損失;(七)實(shí)踐中無(wú)法克服的洞孔塌方或由于異樣，或頁(yè)巖膨脹導(dǎo)致洞壁塌方。本公司的賠償以導(dǎo)致棄井后果的上述風(fēng)險(xiǎn)出現(xiàn)時(shí)已發(fā)生的鉆井費(fèi)用(含材料)為限。被保險(xiǎn)人應(yīng)擔(dān)當(dāng)以下列明的每次事故免賠額。特別除外條件：本公司不負(fù)責(zé)賠償(一)鉆機(jī)及鉆井設(shè)備的損失(鉆井商可為此支配其它特別的保險(xiǎn));(二)各種打撈費(fèi)用;(三)為復(fù)原鉆井狀態(tài)而進(jìn)行修正、探討檢查(包括酸處理、斷面切除等促進(jìn)工作)所發(fā)生的費(fèi)用。本保險(xiǎn)單所載其它條件不變。每次事故免賠額：____________，或損失金額的20%，以高者為準(zhǔn)。11DrillingWorkForWaterWellsClauseItisagreedandunderstoodthatthecoverforwelldrillingworkshallberestrictedtolossordamageduetoorresultingfromthefollowingnamedperils:1.Earthquake,volcanism,tsunami2.Storm,cyclone,flood,inundation,landslide3.Blow-outand/orcratering4.Fire/explosion5.Artesianwaterflow6.Mudloss,whichcannotbeovercomebyknownpractice7.Collapseofholeincludingcollapseofcasingduetoabnormalpressureorheavinghales,whichcannotbeovercomebyknownpracticeTheindemnityshallbecalculatedonthebasisofthecosts(includingmaterial)spentfordrillingthewelluptotheverymomentwhenthefirstphenomenaoftheaboveperilsareapparentandthewellhastobeabandonedduetoahazardinsuredagainst.

um:.注：在運(yùn)用該條款時(shí)應(yīng)留意保險(xiǎn)期限應(yīng)標(biāo)明保證期限，擴(kuò)展保證期責(zé)任應(yīng)加收保費(fèi)。保證期一般不應(yīng)超過(guò)12個(gè)月。保證期對(duì)于火災(zāi)、爆炸以及自然災(zāi)難造成的損失不負(fù)責(zé)任。對(duì)于第三者責(zé)任也不負(fù)責(zé)任。17特別費(fèi)用擴(kuò)展條款茲經(jīng)雙方同意，鑒于被保險(xiǎn)人已繳付了附加的保險(xiǎn)費(fèi)，本保險(xiǎn)擴(kuò)展承保下列特別費(fèi)用，即：加班費(fèi)、夜班費(fèi)、節(jié)假日加班費(fèi)以及快運(yùn)費(fèi)(不包括空運(yùn)費(fèi))。但該特別費(fèi)用須和本保險(xiǎn)單項(xiàng)下予以賠償?shù)谋ｋU(xiǎn)財(cái)產(chǎn)的損失有關(guān)。且本條款項(xiàng)下特別費(fèi)用的最高賠償金額在保險(xiǎn)期限內(nèi)不超過(guò)以下列明限額。若保險(xiǎn)財(cái)產(chǎn)的保額不足，本條款項(xiàng)下特別費(fèi)用的賠償金額按比例削減。本保單所載其它條件不變。最高賠償限額：_______________每次事故賠償限額：___________附加保險(xiǎn)費(fèi)：____________________17ExtraChargesClauseItisagreedandunderstoodthatsubjecttotheInsuredhavingpaidtheagreedextrapremium,thisinsuranceshallbeextendedtocoverextrachargesforovertime,nightwork,workonpublicholidaysandexpressfreight(excludingairfreight).ProvidedalwaysthatsuchextrachargesshallbeincurredinconnectionwithanylossofordamagetotheinsureditemsrecoverableunderthePolicy.Ifthesum(s)insuredofthedamageditem(s)is(are)lessthantheamount(s)requiredtobeinsured,theamountpayableunderthisEndorsementforsuchextrachargesshallbereducedinthesameproportion.ThisClauseisSubjectotherwisetotheterms,conditionsandexclusionsofthisPolicy.Limitofindemnity:anyoneoccurrenceAggregateLimitofIndemnity:Extrapremium:注：在運(yùn)用該條款時(shí)應(yīng)規(guī)定每次事故賠償限額，并加收保費(fèi)。18防火設(shè)施特別條款茲經(jīng)雙方同意，本公司僅在被保險(xiǎn)人做到并符合下列各條要求后對(duì)被保險(xiǎn)人因火災(zāi)、爆炸干脆或間接引起的損失負(fù)責(zé)賠償：(一)工地上應(yīng)始終配備足夠的和有效的消防設(shè)備以及足夠容量的滅火用具，并使之處于隨時(shí)可用的狀態(tài)；(二)保證足夠數(shù)量的人員受到運(yùn)用該消防設(shè)備的訓(xùn)練，并能隨時(shí)進(jìn)行滅火工作；(三)若建筑、安裝工程需設(shè)材料倉(cāng)庫(kù)，則庫(kù)存物應(yīng)分置若干庫(kù)存點(diǎn)，每一庫(kù)存點(diǎn)的材料不得超過(guò)以下列明的每一庫(kù)存點(diǎn)的相應(yīng)金額，每一庫(kù)存點(diǎn)或間隔50米或由防火墻分隔；全部易燃物，尤其是全部易燃液體和氣體的放置地應(yīng)遠(yuǎn)離正進(jìn)行建筑、安裝的財(cái)產(chǎn)或任何明火作業(yè)區(qū)；(四)易燃物旁邊動(dòng)用明火，或進(jìn)行燒焊、切割作業(yè)時(shí)，必需至少有一名受到消防訓(xùn)練并配備滅火器材的人員在場(chǎng)。(五)試車起先時(shí)，全部為設(shè)備運(yùn)行而設(shè)計(jì)的消防設(shè)施必需安裝就緒并能運(yùn)用。本保險(xiǎn)單所載其它條件不變。每一庫(kù)存點(diǎn)金額：___________18Fire-FightingFacilitiesClauseItisagreedandunderstoodthattheInsurersshallonlyindemnifytheInsuredforlossordamageresultingdirectlyorindirectlyfromfireand/orexplosionifthefollowingrequirementsarefulfilled:1.Adequatefire-fightingequipmentandextinguishingagentsofsufficientcapacitymustalwaysbeavailableatthesiteandreadyforimmediateuse.2.Asufficientnumberofworkmenmustbefullytrainedintheuseofsuchequipmentandmustbeavailableforimmediateinterventionatalltimes.3.Ifstorageofmaterialfortheconstructionorerectionofthecontractworksisnecessary,storagemustbesubdividedintostorageunitsnotexceedingtheequivalentvalueofperstorageunit.Theindividualstorageunitsmusteitherbeatleast50mapartorseparatedbyfire-proofwalls.Allinflammablematerial(suchasshutteringmaterialnotfittedforconcreting,litter,etc)andespeciallyallinflammableliquidsandgassesmustbestoredatasufficientlylargedistancefromthepropertyunderconstructionorerectionandanyhotwork.4.Welding,solderingortheuseofanopenflameinthevicinityofcombustiblematerialisonlypermittedifatleastoneworkmansuitablyequippedwithextinguishersandwelltrainedinfire-fightingispresent.5.Atthebeginningoftestingallfire-fightingfacilitiesdesignedfortheoperationoftheplantmustbeinstalledandserviceable.ThisClauseisSubjectotherwisetotheterms,conditionsandexclusionsofthisPolicy.注：該條款對(duì)防火設(shè)施的放置有嚴(yán)格的要求，并規(guī)定每一庫(kù)存點(diǎn)的材料價(jià)值不得超過(guò)確定的金額?？蓮V泛運(yùn)用。19保證期特別擴(kuò)展條款茲經(jīng)雙方同意，鑒于被保險(xiǎn)人已繳付了附加的保險(xiǎn)費(fèi)，本保險(xiǎn)特別擴(kuò)展承保以下列明的保證期限內(nèi)由于安裝錯(cuò)誤、設(shè)計(jì)錯(cuò)誤、原材料或鑄件缺陷以及工藝不善引起保險(xiǎn)財(cái)產(chǎn)的損失，但對(duì)被保險(xiǎn)人在損失發(fā)生前即已發(fā)覺(jué)錯(cuò)誤并應(yīng)予以矯正的費(fèi)用除外。本特別擴(kuò)展條款既不承保干脆或間接由于火災(zāi)、爆炸以及任何人力不行抗拒的自然災(zāi)難造成的損失，也不承保任何第三者責(zé)任。本保險(xiǎn)單所載其它條件不變。保證期：__________個(gè)月每次事故免賠額：____________，或損失金額的20%，以高者為準(zhǔn)。附加保險(xiǎn)費(fèi)：__________19GuaranteePeriodClauseItisagreedandunderstoodthatsubjecttotheInsuredhavingpaidtheagreedextrapremium,thisinsuranceshallbeextendedfortheguaranteeperiodspecifiedhereundertocoversolelylossofordamagetotheinsureditemsresultingformfaultsinerection,faultydesign,defectivematerialorcasting,and/orbadworkmanship,butexcludingthecoststheInsuredwouldhaveincurredforrectifyingtheoriginalfaulthadsuchfaultbeendiscoveredbeforethelossoccurred.Thisextensionshallnotcoveranylossordamagearisingdirectlyorindirectlyfromorinconnectionwithfire,explosionand/oranyActsorGodnorshallitcoveranythirdpartyliability.Thisclauseissubjectotherwisetotheterms,conditionsandexclusionsofthisPolicy.GuaranteecoverfromtoDeductible(anyoneoccurrence)or20%ofthelossamount.whicheverishigher.Extrapremium:注：運(yùn)用該條款時(shí)應(yīng)注明具體的保證期限，規(guī)定每次事故免賠額并加收保費(fèi)。保證期應(yīng)列明具體的期限，保證期一般不應(yīng)超過(guò)12個(gè)月。和有限責(zé)任保證期條款和擴(kuò)展責(zé)任保證期條款相比，本條款的責(zé)任最寬，故應(yīng)盡可能選用有限責(zé)任或擴(kuò)展責(zé)任保證期條款。20碳?xì)浠衔锷a(chǎn)業(yè)特別條款(1)茲經(jīng)雙方同意，以下條件適用于本保險(xiǎn)條款(一)一旦碳?xì)浠衔镞M(jìn)入機(jī)器設(shè)備，本保險(xiǎn)單明細(xì)表物質(zhì)損失項(xiàng)下每次事故免賠額將為_(kāi)_________，該免賠額也適用于因火災(zāi)及爆炸引起的 é)任，但須規(guī)定每次開(kāi)挖的長(zhǎng)度。25埋管查漏費(fèi)用特別條款茲經(jīng)雙方同意，本公司在本保險(xiǎn)單項(xiàng)下負(fù)責(zé)賠償被保險(xiǎn)人下列項(xiàng)目：(一)流體靜力試驗(yàn)后的查漏費(fèi)用(包括特別設(shè)備的租用費(fèi)、運(yùn)輸費(fèi)和操作費(fèi))(二)為查尋及修補(bǔ)漏點(diǎn)而產(chǎn)生必要的土方工程費(fèi)用。例如，對(duì)未受損壕溝的開(kāi)挖，管道覆蓋層的剝離和復(fù)原。但必需以下列幾項(xiàng)為條件：（一）上述泄漏必需系本保險(xiǎn)單項(xiàng)下予以賠償?shù)氖鹿?，或由工地的施工錯(cuò)誤所造成，（二）_____%的焊縫已經(jīng)×光檢查，且全部發(fā)覺(jué)的缺陷均已解除。每一流體靜力試驗(yàn)段的賠償限額：___________本條款不負(fù)責(zé)賠償焊縫的錯(cuò)誤修理造成的費(fèi)用。本保險(xiǎn)單所載其它條件不變。25LeaksearchcostswhenLayingPipelinesClauseItisagreedandunderstoodthattheInsurersshallindemnifytheInsuredalsoforthefollowingitemsunderthisPolicy:1.Leaksearchcostsfollowingahydrostatictest(includingthecostofleasingspecialapparatus,costofoperationandtransportofsuchapparatus);2.Earthworkonatrenchnotdamagedinitself,suchearthworkbecomingnecessaryinthesearchforandrepairofleaks,e.g.excavation,uncoveringofthepipeline,backfilling;providedthat1.theleakhasbeencausedbyanindemnifiableeventorisattributabletofaultyexecutiononthesite,and2.%oftheweldingseamshavebeenX-rayedandanydeficienciesdiscoveredtherebyhavebeenremovedproperly.Indemnityshallbelimitedintheaggregateto:pertestingsectionduringonepolicyperiodCostscausedbyfaultyrepairofweldingseamsshallbeexcludedfromthecover.Thisclauseissubjectotherwisetotheterms,conditionsandexclusionsofthisPolicy.注：本條款對(duì)于埋管的焊縫須由確定比例經(jīng)X光檢查。同時(shí)規(guī)定每一流體靜力試驗(yàn)段的賠償限額、保險(xiǎn)期間最高賠償限額。26有限責(zé)任保證期擴(kuò)展條款茲經(jīng)雙方同意，鑒于被保險(xiǎn)人已繳付了附加的保險(xiǎn)費(fèi)，本保險(xiǎn)單擴(kuò)展承保以下列明的保證期內(nèi)因被保險(xiǎn)的承包人為履行工程合同在進(jìn)行修理保養(yǎng)的過(guò)程中所造成的保險(xiǎn)工程的損失。本保險(xiǎn)單所載其它條件不變。保證期限：___________個(gè)月附加保險(xiǎn)費(fèi)：_________________26MaintenanceVisitsClauseItisagreedandunderstoodthatsubjecttotheInsuredhavingpaidtheagreedextrapremium,thisinsuranceshallbeextendedforthemaintenanceperiodspecifiedhereundertocoversolelylossofordamagetothecontractworkscausedbytheinsuredcontractor(s)inthecourseoftheoperationscarriedoutforthepurposeofcomplyin
