66HHF-1300HHF-1300鉆井泵用戶手冊User”sManualofHHF-1300DrillingPump10HHF-1300鉆井泵用戶手冊User”smanualofHHF-1300drillingpump1安全警示Safetywarning安裝、操作、修理人員應(yīng)經(jīng)過崗位培訓并考核合格,持上崗資格證上崗。安裝、操作、修理人員在安裝、操作、修理鉆井泵前,請具體閱讀本手冊,并按手冊的要求安裝、操作、修理鉆井泵。安裝、操作、修理時應(yīng)明確負責人,參與人員應(yīng)分工明確,并制定有具體可靠的安全措施。在使用過程中,應(yīng)嚴格執(zhí)行操作規(guī)程和安全技術(shù)條例。在拆分任何高壓管線或軟管時,應(yīng)確保其管路壓力釋放為零。在進展電器維修作業(yè)前,應(yīng)確保電源已經(jīng)切斷。在設(shè)備運轉(zhuǎn)時,嚴禁對設(shè)備進展維護和修理。嚴禁超負荷使用設(shè)備。Thepersonnelwhoisoccupiedininstallation,operationandmaintenanceoftheequipmentshallbetrainedandqualified,andcarryouttheworkwithqualificationcertificate.Theoperatormustreadthismanual mainlycomposedofhousing,cap,airbag,dischargevalve,pressuregaugeetc.Thedischargepulsationdampenerisinstalledat5-wayjoint〔or crossjoint〕ofdischargepipeline.Pressurefluctuationcanbedecreasedwhenitisusedproperly.Safetyvalve〔或四通〕上。正確使用安全閥,可限制泵的排出壓力,確保泵在運行中的安全。Drillingpumpadoptsshearpinsafetyvalveinstalledat5-wayjoint 〔or joint〕ofdischargepipeline.Whenitisusedproperly,thedischargepressureofpumpcanbelimitedtoensurepump’soperationsafety.Sprayingdevice和活塞上,起沖洗、潤滑和冷卻作用。Sprayingdeviceconsistsofspraypump,watertank,sprayingpipeetc.Spraypumpisinstalledatthesideofthepump,watertankisinstalledbelowframe,andsprayingpipeisfixedonframeaboveliner.Cooledwaterjettedoutfromsprayingdeviceontolinerandpistonforfunctionsofwashing,lubricatingandcooling.5潤滑Lubrication活塞由噴淋泵供給水進展?jié)櫥⑶逑?、冷卻。Gear,bearing,crossheadslidingwayandbearingofpowerend,alladoptcombinationofsplashinglubricationmodeand forcedlubricationmode.Inaddition,theforcedlubricationincludesbuilt-inwayandoutsideway.Linerandpistonoffluidendarelubricated,washedandcooledwiththewatersuppliedbyspraypump.飛濺潤滑SplashingLubrication鉆井泵的飛濺潤滑系統(tǒng),與壓力潤滑系統(tǒng)無關(guān)。在飛濺潤滑系統(tǒng)中,由大齒〔8〕Splashing lubrication system of drilling pump is separated from atleastthesamewihthatofthesuctioninlet ofpump(ifthepipelineislongerthan6feet,thesizeshallbeincreased).灌注吸入的管線可以制成任何所需要的彎曲形式。且應(yīng)使灌注泵具有旁通管路連接,當灌注泵有故障或進展修理時,鉆井泵仍可按自然吸入方式連續(xù)工作。Thepipelineadoptingchargesuctioncanbebentasrequired.Thechargepumpshallhavebypasspipelineconnection,andwhenthechargepumpgoeswrongorisrepaired,thedrillingpumpcanstillworkcontinuouslyaspernaturalsuctionway.吸入空氣包Suctionpulsationdampener氣包必需直接與泵的吸入管入口法蘭相連。Weldedtypesuctionpulsationdampenermustbeinstalledinfrontofallvalvesinsuctionpipe,andflangetypesuctionpulsationdampenermustbeconnectedwiththeinletflangeofthesuctionpipeofpumpdirectly.吸入過濾器Suctionfilter吸入過濾器。Thepipelineadoptingnaturalsuctionshallbeprovidedwithsuctionfilter.Thesuctionfiltershallbearrangedinthefrontofchargepumpadoptingchargesuction.吸入管線閥門7.4SuctionpipelinevalveThesuctionpipelinevalvemustbesafetyvalveorgatevalveorbutterflyvalve.Itcannotberesistancevalvessuchasplugvalve.泥漿排出系統(tǒng)Muddischargesystem排出五通Dischargefive-wayblock〔或四通〕與排出管連接,在排出五通〔或四通〕頂部安裝排出空氣包,兩側(cè)分別安裝壓力表和安全閥。Thedischargefive-wayblock(orfour-wayblock)isconnectedwithdischargepipe,thedischargepulsationdampenerisinstalledatthetopofthedischargefive-wayblock(orfour-wayblock),andpressuregaugeandsafetyvalvearerespectivelyinstalledontwosidesofthedischargefive-wayblock(orfour-wayblock).安全閥Safetyvalve通向泥漿吸入罐,確定不能與泥漿吸入管線連接。Safetyvalveisacomponentwhichpreventsdrillingpumpfromexceedingitsratedpressureduringoperation.Thesafetyvalvemustbeinstalledinthefrontofshut-offvalve,therebypreventingpumpfrombeingdamagedduetoaccidentstartupofpumpwhenthevalveisclosed,andthepressurereleasepipeofsafetyvalvecanbeonlyledintothemudsuctiontankandcannotbeconnectedwithmudsuctionpipeline.安全閥的壓力設(shè)定:按高于正在使用缸套相應(yīng)的最高額定壓力的10%設(shè)定。Thepressureofthesafeyvalveissetto
