電話通知面試的技巧勝、敗往往存乎于一念之間。戰(zhàn)場(chǎng)上的所謂常勝將軍,無非是身經(jīng)百戰(zhàn)且勤于思考,而職場(chǎng)上的招聘官們又何嘗不是如此呢?這兩個(gè)星期HR部門的首要任務(wù)是招聘一名銷售代表。眼前放著三份經(jīng)篩選后的候選人簡(jiǎn)歷?,F(xiàn)在不是招聘的黃金季節(jié),而銷售經(jīng)理卻只給了HR部門15天的時(shí)間,我和助理Linda能在如此短的時(shí)間內(nèi)通過主動(dòng)搜索招聘簡(jiǎn)歷庫,能找到三份還算像樣的簡(jiǎn)歷已屬不易,我需要這三個(gè)候選人能盡快來參加面試。不料,下午1點(diǎn),Linda向我匯報(bào)了今天的面試邀請(qǐng)結(jié)果:3個(gè)候選人,其中1個(gè)明確表示不來,1個(gè)等回電,最后1個(gè)拒絕接電話。Linda有些沮喪,因?yàn)楹貌蝗菀渍业降?個(gè)合適的候選人,沒曾想一個(gè)也召喚不來,而銷售部門的經(jīng)理限令HR部門15天內(nèi)招到人,整天像逼債似的要人。我先安慰了一下Linda,然后讓她復(fù)述了一遍今天給候選人打電話的過程。情況是這樣的:第一個(gè)候選人王小姐的手機(jī),給她打了三次電話,前兩次沒接電話,第三次就直接掛斷了;第二個(gè)候選人周先生接電話的時(shí)候說要開會(huì)了,問他什么時(shí)候有空,他說開完會(huì)他打回電過來,結(jié)果到現(xiàn)在還沒打過來;而第三個(gè)候選人朱先生說他已經(jīng)接了另一個(gè)公司的offer,他也不考慮來面試。我和Linda逐個(gè)分析這三個(gè)候選人的情況。我問Linda:“你考慮過沒有,第一個(gè)候選人王小姐,為什么會(huì)不接你的電話,甚至最后掛斷電話?”Linda說:“這個(gè)我還真不清楚?!蔽艺f:“我們換位思考一下,假設(shè)現(xiàn)在你是候選人王小姐,有幾種可能會(huì)讓你拒絕這個(gè)陌生來電?”Linda思考了一下,說:“可能我手機(jī)沒有帶在身上,所以開始沒接到,后來,當(dāng)我拿到手機(jī),再次看到這個(gè)號(hào)碼時(shí),我不清楚是誰打來的,所以先摁掉,然后再打回電查詢?!薄皢栴}是后來你也沒有接到她打的回電,你用的電話是直線,而且我們公司的電話機(jī)提供未接來電顯示,所以可以排除掉這種可能?!薄暗诙N可能是,我以為這是騷擾電話,所以就不接?!薄膀}擾電話慣用的是非實(shí)名制手機(jī)號(hào)碼或聲訊號(hào)碼,沒有見過用座機(jī)打的,所以也可以排除掉這第二種可能?!?/p>
