QualityControlCEET/ASME-ForShopConstructionandFieldSiteAssemblyofPressureVesselsandPartsInAccordanceWithASMEBoilerandPressureVesselCodeSectionVIIIDiv.171PAGE1ofThisSectiondescribestheweldingcontroltoensuretheweldingoperationoftheCodeItemtobeperformedbyqualifiedWeldersinaccordancewithqualifiedWPS.QualificationofWPSandWeldersshallbeinaccordancewithASMECodeSectionIXandSectionVIIIDivision1.1分冊的要求。TheWeldingEngineershallinvestigatethedesigndrawingsandpreparetheWPSforallweldsofpressureretainingpartsandattaentstothem.TheWPSshallbequalifiedwithsupportingPQRpriortostartoffabricationwelding.TheWPSshallbeapprovedbytheDesignManager.WPS。施焊前,WPSPQR(焊接工藝評定報告)支持。WPSAlloftheessentialvariables,nonessentialvariableandsupplementaryessentialvariables(ifrequired)shallbe edintheWPSandmeettherequirementsofASMECodeSectionIXandSectionVIIIDivision1.(如要求的話WPSASME1WPSshallberequalifiedwhenchangesaremadeinessentialorsupplementaryessentialvariables(ifrequired).ChangesinnonessentialvariablesmaynotrequirerequalificationofWPS.Inordertoincorporatesuchchanges,theWPSshallberevised.當重要變素與附加重要變素(如要求的話)有變化時,WPSWPSWPS。QualityControlCEET/ASME-ForShopConstructionandFieldSiteAssemblyofPressureVesselsandPartsInAccordanceWithASMEBoilerandPressureVesselCodeSectionVIIIDiv.171PAGE2ofThequalifiedWPSshallbeissuedtoworkareaandavailabletotheWelderforIncaseofsubcontractingthemechanicaltest,thePhysicalandChemicalEngineerisresponsiblefortheverificationofsubcontractor’smechanicaltestfacilities(orequipment)beforemechanicaltest,andshallassurethatallfacilities’MeasuringandTestEquipmentarewellmaintainedandcalibratedinaccordancewithSection10ofthisManual.如果機械性能試驗外包,理化工程師在機械性能試驗前有責任檢查分包方的機械性能試驗設(shè)0TheWeldingEngineershallpreparePQRtosupportWPS.HeshallprovidetestcouponandsuperviseWelderhowtocarryoutweldingonthetestcoupon.WeldingdatausedduringtestweldingaswellasthemechanicaltestresultsshallberecordedonthePQRinaccordancewithASMECodeSectionIX.ASMEPQRTheWeldingEngineershallwitnessweldingoftestcouponandmechanicaltesttoverifytheweldingdataandtestresults.ThePQRshallbecertifiedbytheDesignManager.AdditionaldatacanbeincorporatedintoaPQRasaddendumatalaterdateprovidedtheinformationissubstantiatedashavingbeenpartoftheoriginalqualificationconditionbythelabrecordorsimilardata.Inthiscase,theaddendumshallbereviewedbytheWeldingEngineerandthePQRshallberecertifiedbytheDesignManager.PQR,PQRTheAIhasrightatanytimetocallforandwitnesstestoftheweldingQualityControlCEET/ASME-ForShopConstructionandFieldSiteAssemblyofPressureVesselsandPartsInAccordanceWithASMEBoilerandPressureVesselCodeSectionVIIIDiv.171PAGE3ofAllWeldersperformingactivitiestoweldtheCodeItemsmustbequalifiedandcertifiedaccordingtotherequirementsofASMECodeSectionIXandthisSection.ASMETheWeldingEngineershallinstructandsupervisetheWelderstoweldtestcouponforperformancequalificationaccordingtoaqualifiedWPS.TheWeldingEngineershallrecordweldingdatausedduringweldingoftestcouponaswellasmechanicalorNDEtestresultsontheWPQ.TheWeldingEngineershallwitnessweldingoftestcouponandmechanicaltestandifnecessaryperformVisualExaminationfornocracks,completejointpenetrationwithcompletefusionofweldmetalandbasemetaltoverifytheweldingdataandtestresults.驗或NDE(無損檢測)。焊接工程師應(yīng)試件的焊接與機械性能試驗(或NDE)并WPQshallbecertifiedbytheDesignManager.TheQualifiedWelderListandQualifiedWeldingOperatorsList(Form7-1A,B)listingallcurrentlyqualifiedweldersandtheirqualifiedrangeshallbepreparedbytheWeldingEngineerandapprovedbytheDesignManager.AcopyofQualifiedWelderListandWPQshallbeissuedtotheForemanafterapprovalbytheDesignManager.1A,BAWeldershallberequalifiedwheneverachangeismadeinoneormoreoftheessentialvariablesforeachweldingprocess.QualityControlCEET/ASME-ForShopConstructionandFieldSiteAssemblyofPressureVesselsandPartsInAccordanceWithASMEBoilerandPressureVesselCodeSectionVIIIDiv.171PAGE4ofTheDeputyChiefEngineermayatanytimerequireanyoftheWelderstobere-TheAIhasrightatanytimetocallforandwitnesstestoftheabilityofanyEachqualifiedWeldershallbeassignedandidentifiedwithauniquestampnumberontheWPQbytheWeldingEngineer.RenewalofWelderTheExaminershallfillouttheWeldingRecord(FormNo.7-2)foreachweld,recordingtheweldingprocessesanddatesofeachWelderwhohasweldedonthatweld,andthensendtheWeldingRecordtotheWeldingEngineerforreview.(2TheWeldingEngineershallchecktheWeldingRecordoncethreemonthstoidentifythelastdateofweldingforeachWelder,andprepareWelder’sContinuityPerformanceRecord(FormNo.7-3).TheWeldingEngineershallverifythecontinuousperformanceofweldingandjudgetheexpirationofqualificationofWeldersinaccordancewithparagraph7.3.3below.TheWeldingEngineershallupdatetheQualifiedWelderListwhennecessarybasedontheresultsofverification.TheWeldingEngineershallsuperviseeachwelder’sperformanceinworkshopeverythreemonthsandtheperformanceontheWeldingRecord.工連表7-3,焊接工程師將確認焊工焊接工作的連續(xù)性,并按7.3.3判斷焊工個焊工的進行監(jiān)督,并記錄在焊接記錄上。TheWeldersshallbere-qualifiedperparagraph7.2whenoneofthefollowingconditionsQualityControlCEET/ASME-ForShopConstructionandFieldSiteAssemblyofPressureVesselsandPartsInAccordanceWithASMEBoilerandPressureVesselCodeSectionVIIIDiv.171PAGE5ofWhenhehasnotweldedwithaprocessduringaperiodof6monthsormore,hisqualificationsforthatprocessshallexpire;unless,withinthesixmonthperiod,priortohisexpirationofTheWelderhasweldedwiththatprocessusingmanualorsemiautomaticwelding,underthesupervisionandcontroloftheWeldingEngineerthatwillextendhisqualificationforanadditionalsixmonths.TheWeldingOperatorhasweldedwiththatprocessusingmachineorautomaticwelding,underthesupervisionandcontroloftheWeldingEngineerthatwillextendhisqualificationforanadditionalsixmonths.WhenthereisaspecificdoubtaboutaWelder’scapabilitytoperformthesoundWeldingMaterialTheMaterialRequisition(FormNo.4-1)andwhennecessary,PurchaseSpecificationsshallbepreparedbytheWeldingEngineerandapprovedbytheDesignManager.PurchasingofweldingmaterialshallbecontrolledinaccordancewithSection4ofthisManual.4ReceivingexaminationofweldingmaterialsshallbeinaccordancewiththerequirementsofQualityControlCEET/ASME-ForShopConstructionandFieldSiteAssemblyofPressureVesselsandPartsInAccordanceWithASMEBoilerandPressureVesselCodeSectionVIIIDiv.171PAGE6of4ofthisThestoring,issuingandreturningofweldingmaterialsshallbecontrolledinaccordancewiththeWeldingMaterialControlProcedure(CEET/ASME-7-2).TheWeldingEngineerisresponsibleforpreparingtheWeldingMaterialSummary(FormNo.7-4)onbasisofJointIdentificationCardandapplicableWPSinadvancebeforeweldingandforwardittotheWeldingMaterialKeeperandtheForeman.TheWeldingMaterialKeepershallobtainweldingmaterialfromwarehousebyusingtheWeldingMaterialConsumptionSummary.4,Whenproductionweldingrequires,theForemanshallfilluptheWeldingMaterialRequest(FormNo.7-5)inaccordancewiththeapplicableWPS,induplicateandsendthemtotheWelderwhowillperformtheweldingoperation.TheWeldershallhandcarryWeldingMaterialRequesttotheWeldingMaterialKeeperforobtainingweldingmaterial.根據(jù)生產(chǎn)施焊需要,班長有責任按相應(yīng)的WPS填寫“焊(表7-5,一式兩份交給操TheWeldingMaterialKeepershallchecktheweldingmaterialmarkingtoensurethattherequestedmaterialisissued.Meanwhile,he(orshe)shallidentifytheissuetimeandtyontheWeldingMaterialRequestandreturnonecopytotheWelder.TheWeldershallberesponsibleforkeethereturnedWeldingMaterialRequestduringthewholeweldingtime.Uponcompletionoftheassignedweldingorattheendofeachworkshift,theWeldershallreturntheremainingweldingmaterialtotheWeldingMaterialKeeperwiththeWeldingMaterialRequestkeptbyhim.TheWeldingMaterialKeepershallcheckthereturnedweldingmaterialsforidentification,damageandcontaminationandthereturntyonbothcopiesoftheWeldingMaterialRequestandreturnonecopytotheFormanbythisWelder.QualityControlCEET/ASME-ForShopConstructionandFieldSiteAssemblyofPressureVesselsandPartsInAccordanceWithASMEBoilerandPressureVesselCodeSectionVIIIDiv.171PAGE7ofTheWeldingMaterialKeeperisresponsibleforstoringandreconditioningofthereturnedsoundweldingmaterialinaccordancewiththeWeldingMaterialControlProcedure.,Issuedtyofcoveredelectrodesshallnotexceed3kgor100Pcs.eachtime.Theissuedcoveredelectrodesshallbekeptininsulatedandheatedquivers.Lowhydrogencoveredelectrodesshallnotbeleftinweldingareaformorethan4hours.焊條每次的數(shù)量不應(yīng)超過3Kg或100根,的焊條應(yīng)保存在便攜式保溫筒中。低氫藥皮4Forwireissuedinspoolforuseataparticularweldingmachine,theymayberetainedbytheWelderattheworklocationforcontinuoususe,providedthespoolisproperlyidentifiedasrequiredbytheweldingmaterialspecification.TheForemanisresponsibleforpropercontroloftheweldingmaterialattheworklocation.Priortocommencementoffabrication,theWeldingEngineershallpreparetheJointIdentificationCard(FormNo.7-6)inaccordancewiththedrawingsandapplicableWPS.TheJointIdentificationCardshallbeapprovedbytheDesignManager.TheWeldingEngineershallassignrecipientsandnumberofcopiesonthe DistributionListinaccordancewith“TechnicalDistributionControl制造工作開工之前,焊接工程師應(yīng)按照圖紙和相應(yīng)的WPS編制“焊縫識別卡(表7-6焊縫序”要求。QualityControlCEET/ASME-ForShopConstructionandFieldSiteAssemblyofPressureVesselsandPartsInAccordanceWithASMEBoilerandPressureVesselCodeSectionVIIIDiv.171PAGE8ofTheForemanshallassignthequalifiedWeldersaccordingtoupdatedQualifiedWelderListandWPQtoperformtheproductionweldingaccordingtoapplicabledrawings,JointIdentificationCardandWPSandinstructthemaccordingly.WPSUponcompletionofassignedwelding,theWeldershallstamphisstampnumberadjacenttoandatintervalsofnotmorethan1000mmalongtheweldwhichhehasmade.Ifdie-stamisrestrictedduetothethicknessofmaterialsorforothercauses,thestampnumbercanbedonewithpaintormarkingpen.1000mmTheForemanandtheExaminershallsupervisetheweldingT
