First,weshouldhaveabalanceddiet.Thoughwemaynotlikeeatingvegetables,butthevegetableshavealotof

nutrition.Theyareverygoodforourhealth.

Second,we'dbettereatregularmeals.Weneedtoeatbreakfast,lunchaswellasdinnereveryday.Becauseregularmealsthroughoutthedaycangiveusenoughenergytocarryoutourdailyactivities.

Third,weshouldgetawayfromfastfood,foritmaycausealotofdisease.

人的的身體要正常的運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn),就需要吸收各種營(yíng)養(yǎng)元素,維生素,蛋白質(zhì),糖類,礦物質(zhì),等等,這些都是安康的身體所必須的,想要獲得這些營(yíng)養(yǎng)元素,我們就必須吃平衡搭配的食物。另外,我們還要杜絕垃圾食品,吃安康食品,防止有害元素對(duì)身體的影響。

隨著生活程度的進(jìn)步,我們能選擇的食物越來越多,假設(shè)只是根據(jù)自己的愛好去選擇單一的食物,你就會(huì)吸收不到一些營(yíng)養(yǎng)元素,這將會(huì)對(duì)你的身體造成很大的危害。我們只吃肉,這是不正確的,只吃蔬菜,這也是不正確的,多鐘食物的搭配才是正確的,才能讓你擁有安康的身體。水果對(duì)我們的身體也很重要,我們每天都應(yīng)該要吃一些水果,以滿足身體的營(yíng)養(yǎng)需求,肉、蔬菜和水果同樣重要,缺了其中的任何一種都不是平衡飲食。

Nowlifeisbetter,peopleeatmoremeat,fish,eggsandotherfoodwithmorefat.Theyoftengooutforgoodmealswiththeirfamiliesandfriends.Buttheygeteasytobeill,WhyIthinkmoremeatandfish,lessexercisearebadforhealth.Goodrest,lessmeatandfish,morevegetablesandenoughexercisearegoodforhealth.SoIexerciseeveryday.Myeatinghabitsareprettygood.Ieatalotofvegetables.Ieatfruitanddrinkmilkeveryday.Idrinkacupofwater15minutesbeforeeachmealandeatmuchvegetablesandfruit.Ofcourse,Ilovejunkfood,too,andIeatitonceaweek.AndIsleepninehourseveryday.

如今的生活都好,人們多吃些肉、魚、雞蛋和其他食物更多的脂肪。他們經(jīng)常去吃頓美餐與他們的家庭和朋友。但他們很容易的了,為什么我認(rèn)為較多的肉類和魚類,缺乏鍛煉對(duì)安康有害。好好休息,少吃肉,魚,更多的蔬菜和足夠的運(yùn)動(dòng)有益于身體安康。所以我每天運(yùn)動(dòng)。我的飲食習(xí)慣非常好。我吃了很多蔬菜。我吃很多水果和喝牛奶每一天。我喝一杯水每頓也球賽開始前十五分鐘,多吃蔬菜和水果。當(dāng)然,我喜歡垃圾食品,也我吃了一周一次。我每天睡眠9個(gè)小時(shí)。
