本質(zhì)安全防爆測溫系統(tǒng)用熱電偶補(bǔ)償電纜Extensioncableusedinthermocoupleforintrinsicallysafeexplosion-prooftemperaturetestingsystem一、產(chǎn)品特點(diǎn)及用途補(bǔ)償電纜由一定數(shù)量的對絞式補(bǔ)償線對或屏蔽補(bǔ)償線對絞合成纜，然后包覆屏蔽層、護(hù)套、鎧裝層等。其中各補(bǔ)償線對的型號、規(guī)格、級別和結(jié)構(gòu)尺寸一般是相同的，當(dāng)有特殊要求時(shí)，亦可由不同的補(bǔ)償線對組成補(bǔ)償電纜。補(bǔ)償線對均采用絞合型式，屏蔽層按材料可分為銅線或鍍錫銅線編織屏蔽、鋁塑復(fù)合帶繞包屏蔽、銅塑復(fù)合帶繞包屏蔽、銅帶繞包屏蔽，按結(jié)構(gòu)可分為“總屏蔽”和“分對屏蔽加總屏蔽”的型式，可根據(jù)防干擾的要求選用。補(bǔ)償電纜用以延伸一定區(qū)域內(nèi)諸熱電偶的冷端與各顯示儀表連接構(gòu)成測溫系統(tǒng)。本質(zhì)安全防爆測溫系統(tǒng)用熱電偶補(bǔ)償電纜是由多對本質(zhì)安全防爆測溫系統(tǒng)用補(bǔ)償導(dǎo)線組合而成的電纜。其特征與本質(zhì)安全防爆系統(tǒng)用補(bǔ)償導(dǎo)線相同。本安補(bǔ)償電纜用于將多個(gè)防爆熱電偶冷端延伸一定距離與顯示儀表連接構(gòu)成本質(zhì)安全防爆測溫系統(tǒng)。Ⅰ.CharacteristicsandapplicationItisstrandedwithacertainnumberoftwistedextensionwirepairsorshieldextensionwirepairs,coveredwithshieldlayers,sheathedandarmouredlayers.Thetype,specification,classandstructuresizesofextensionwirepairsaregenerallysame.Whenaspecialrequirementisgiven,thecablecanalsobeformedbydifferentextensionwirepairs.Therearemanykindsofshieldfortwistedextensionwirepairssuchascopperwireortinplatedcopperwirebraidshield,compositealuminium-plastictapeswrapshield,compositecopper-plastictapewrappedshield,coppertapesshield,“generalshield”and“subplusgeneralshield”.Itispossibletoselecttheshieldaccordingtorequirementsofinterferenceprevention.ExtensionCableisusedtoextendcoldclampsofthermocoupleandconnectsthemwithinstruments,whichformstemperature-testingsystem.ExtensionCableusedinthermocoupleforintrinsicallysafeexplosion-prooftemperaturetestingsystemconsistsofmultiple-pairsofextensionwire.Inthatcase,thecharacteristicsofthecablearejustthesameasthoseofthewireusedforintrinsicallysafeexplosion-prooftemperaturetestingsystem.Intrinsicallysafeextensioncableextendscoldclampsofexplosion-proofthermocoupleforacertaindistancetoconnectinstruments,whichformsintrinsicallysafeexplosion-prooftemperature-testingsystem.二、產(chǎn)品執(zhí)行標(biāo)準(zhǔn)
