TheDCpartisseparatedinthecouplingcapoftheeachamplifierandACsignalpasstoa
Preamplifierfollowedbyanautomaticgaontrolamplifier,apostamplifierandabandpassfilter.Thefinalevaluationisdonebyawaveformdetector&ATC,waveformrectifierstage.
The"automaticGaontrol"isresponsibleforthedynamiccontrolofstableworkingpointtosuppresstheinfluencesofdisturbingsources.Thedigitaloutputsignal,whichisan
envelopesignalofthe ingopticalburstwithoutthecarrierfrequency,hasactivelowpolarity,Thedetailoftheeachblockisasbelow.
①InputBlockreactstothephotodiodeasafrequencydependentload.
②AGC-AmplifiergeneratesmostofthevoltageginofthewholecircuitrywherebytheamplificationiscontrolledbyAutoGaontrolblock.
③Post-Amplifiergeneratesasignalgaintobefittobandpassfilterinputbylimitingsignalamplitude.
Themostofthevoltagegainisdecidedbyaratioofloadandemitter.
④BandRejectFilterisathatpassesmostfrequenciesunaltered
⑤BandPassFilterisanimportantpartofthecircuittogetagodperformanceindisturbedambient.
Itisdesignedtoachieveaspecifiedfrequencyresponseandexhibitdifferentcharacteristicsdependingoncurrentvalueofeachelement.
⑥AGCControl&Oscillatorstageensuresthatthereceiverisimm disturbances.
Itreactstothenoiseordisturbancebychangingthegainoftheamplifier.asenambientlight.TheAGCsetsthegaintthemos sitivevaluesothatthereisnounexpectedoutputpulse,TheAoesnotreacttotheusefuldatasignalifsignalgaptimeisenough.
TheAistinguishesusefuldatafromdisturbancesignalsandthedistinguishingmarksareburstlengthandenvelopedutycycle.
⑦WaveformDetector&ATCisconsistedoftwocomparator.
Comparewithfixedthresholdvoltageomparator1`streceivingB.P.Ffilter`soutputanddetectburstsignal.Also,ATCchangescomparator2`ndthresholdvoltagelevelaccordingtofilteroutputsignalsize.Thisdoesfunctionthatprotectthatpulsewidthchangesbysizeoffilteroutputsignals.
⑧WaveformRectifierisconsistedofintegratorandSitttrigger.
Theintegratoristriggeredwhenthesignalvaluereachesthecomparatorthresholdvoltage.
Itneedsseveralcyclesfromthecomparatoroutputinseriesuntiltheintegratorisloadedandtheoutputistriggered.ThedesignofintegratorandSittTriggeriscarriedoutsothattheoutputpulsewidthisclosetotheopticalburstlengthattheinput.

Adifferentkindofdisturbancesignaliscausedbyfluorescentlampswithelectronicballast.
Typicallytheoscillatingfrequencyoftheopticaldisturbancesignalofsuchlampsisintherangween30kHzand50kHz.
Thisfrequencyistwiceoftheelectricaloscillatingfrequencyofthedrivercircuitinthelampballast.
AllR76CC5D(D).SeriesIRreceivermodulescansuppresssuchdisturbancesignalsefficiently.
Therewillbenounexpectedoutputpulsesduetosuchlamps.However,sensitivitywillbereducedaccordingtothestrengthofthedisturbancesignal.Morecriticalaretheelectronicballastswithhighmodulationoftheoscillatingamplitudearemorecritical.
Cautions
①Theperformanceofremotecontrolsystemdependsonenvironmentconditionandabilityofperipheralparts.Thus,itishighly mendedtoevaluatetheperformanceofthereceivermodule.usingthefinalproductafterthereceivermoduleisassembledwithperipheralcomponentssuchasresistor,condenser, ,andsoon.
