Firstly,let'sstartbyunderstandingwhyitisimportanttomaintainahealthyweight.Obesityislinkedtoseveralchronicdiseasessuchasdiabetes,heartdisease,andcertaintypesofcancer.Itputsaburdenonourhealthcaresystemandcanleadtodecreasedproductivityandqualityoflife.Additionally,beingoverweightcannegativelyimpactourmentalwell-being,leadingtolowself-esteemanddepression.Therefore,maintainingahealthyweightisessentialnotonlyforourphysicalhealthbutalsoforourmentalandemotionalwell-being.
