Inconsiderationofthemutualpromisesandagreementscontainedherein,thepartiesagreeasfollows:

1.Parties

ThisPropertyInsuranceContract(the"Contract")ismadeandenteredintoasoftheeffectivedatebetweenthefollowingparties:

2.Definitions

ThefollowingdefinitionsshallapplythroughoutthisContract:

a)"InsuredProperty"referstotheproperty,goods,merchandise,orotheritemsinsuredunderthisContractasdescribedintheScheduleofInsurance.

b)"InsuredValue"referstothevalueoftheInsuredPropertyasstatedintheScheduleofInsurance.

c)"EffectiveDate"referstothedateonwhichthisContractbecomeseffectiveasstatedintheScheduleofInsurance.

d)"ExpireDate"referstothedateonwhichthisContractexpiresasstatedintheScheduleofInsurance.

e)"Premium"referstotheamountlistedintheScheduleofInsurancethattheInsuredmustpaytotheInsurerinexchangeforinsurancecoverage.

3.CoveredProperty

TheInsureragreestoprovideinsurancecoveragefortheInsuredPropertylistedintheScheduleofInsuranceagainstallrisksoflossordamagefromanyexternalcausenotspecificallyexcludedunderthisContract.

4.PremiumandPayment

TheInsuredagreestopaythePremiumtotheInsureronorbeforetheduedatespecifiedintheScheduleofInsurance.FailuretopaythePremiumontimeshallresultintheterminationofthisContract.

5.Claims

IntheeventofanylossordamagetotheInsuredProperty,theInsuredshallimmediatelynotifytheInsurerandprovidenecessarydocumentationtosupporttheclaim.TheInsurershallhavetherighttoinvestigatetheclaimandmayrequireadditionaldocumentationasnecessary.

6.Exclusions

ThisContractdoesnotcoverlossesordamagesarisingfromthefollowing:

a)War,terrorism,ornuclearevents.

b)ActsoffraudorintentionalmisconductbytheInsured.

c)Lossordamageresultingfromthesale,transfer,ordisposaloftheInsuredProperty.

d)LossordamageresultingfromabreachofanycontractualobligationbytheInsured.

7.DurationandTermination

ThisContractshallbeeffectiveasoftheEffectiveDateandshallexpireontheExpireDate,unlessearlierterminatedasprovidedherein.

EitherpartymayterminatethisContractuponwrittennoticetotheotherpartyiftheotherpartybreachesanyofitsobligationsunderthisContractandsuchbreachremainsuncuredforaperiodofthirty(30)daysafterwrittennoticethereof.

8.Assignment

TheInsuredmaynotassignortransferthisContractwithoutthepriorwrittenconsentoftheInsurer.

9.ApplicableLaw

ThisContractissubjecttoandshallbeconstruedinaccordancewiththelawsofthePeople'sRepublicofChina.

10.GoverningLanguage

TheofficiallanguageofthisContractshallbeChinese.AnyEnglishtranslationprovidedisforreferenceonly.

11.EntireAgreement

ThisContractconstitutestheentireagreementbetweenthepartiesandsupersedesallpriornegotiationsandagreements,whetheroralorwritten.

12.Amendments

ThisContractmayonlybeamendedbywrittenagreementsignedbybothparties.

13.EffectiveDate

ThisContractshallbecomeeffectiveasoftheEffectiveDatespecifiedintheScheduleofInsurance.

INWITNESSWHEREOF,thepartieshaveexecutedthisPropertyInsuranceContractasofthedateandyearfirstabovewritten.
