古民居產(chǎn)業(yè)化開發(fā)模式研究——以靖港古鎮(zhèn)為例的中期報(bào)告摘要：本研究以靖港古鎮(zhèn)為研究對(duì)象，旨在探究古民居產(chǎn)業(yè)化開發(fā)模式，并以此為基礎(chǔ)提出可行的古鎮(zhèn)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展策略。通過前期調(diào)研與分析，本研究發(fā)現(xiàn)靖港古鎮(zhèn)的古民居數(shù)量眾多，但大多處于散亂無序的狀態(tài)，未能充分利用其文化和歷史價(jià)值。因此，通過研究古鎮(zhèn)產(chǎn)業(yè)化開發(fā)的實(shí)際案例和先進(jìn)理念，本文提出了基于文化轉(zhuǎn)化的古民居產(chǎn)業(yè)化開發(fā)模式。具體表現(xiàn)在以下幾個(gè)方面：1.以文化為核心，進(jìn)行古民居的資源整合。通過對(duì)古民居的歷史、地理文化等方面的深入挖掘，將古民居打造成集文化、旅游、休閑、會(huì)展為一體的多功能復(fù)合型空間。2.進(jìn)行整體規(guī)劃，保護(hù)和恢復(fù)古鎮(zhèn)的歷史風(fēng)貌。在古鎮(zhèn)的建筑、街區(qū)、道路、廣場(chǎng)等方面進(jìn)行整體規(guī)劃，力求保護(hù)和恢復(fù)古鎮(zhèn)的歷史風(fēng)貌，營造具有時(shí)代感和文化氛圍的客觀環(huán)境。3.引進(jìn)特色產(chǎn)業(yè)，促進(jìn)古鎮(zhèn)發(fā)展。通過引進(jìn)與古鎮(zhèn)文化相符合的特色產(chǎn)業(yè)，如手工藝品、文化民俗產(chǎn)品等，提高古鎮(zhèn)的知名度和吸引力，促進(jìn)古鎮(zhèn)的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展。4.多元化經(jīng)營，提高經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。通過開發(fā)多種經(jīng)營業(yè)態(tài)，如餐飲、住宿、娛樂、文化交流等，提高古鎮(zhèn)的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益，同時(shí)為游客提供更加全面豐富的旅游體驗(yàn)。通過以上四個(gè)方面的綜合實(shí)施，靖港古鎮(zhèn)的產(chǎn)業(yè)化開發(fā)將實(shí)現(xiàn)價(jià)值的最大化，推動(dòng)古鎮(zhèn)文化的傳承與發(fā)展，為古鎮(zhèn)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展奠定基礎(chǔ)。關(guān)鍵詞：古鎮(zhèn)產(chǎn)業(yè)化開發(fā)；古民居；文化轉(zhuǎn)化；多功能復(fù)合型空間；可持續(xù)發(fā)展Abstract:TakingJinggangancienttownastheresearchobject,thisstudyaimstoexploretheindustrializationmodeofancientresidentialbuildingsandtoproposefeasibledevelopmentstrategiesfortheancienttownindustrybasedonthisfoundation.Throughpreliminaryinvestigationandanalysis,itwasfoundthattherearealargenumberofancientresidentialbuildingsinJinggangancienttown,butmostofthemareinadisorganizedandscatteredstateandhavenotfullyutilizedtheirculturalandhistoricalvalue.Therefore,throughthestudyofpracticalcasesandadvancedconceptsofancienttownindustrializationdevelopment,thispaperproposesanindustrializationdevelopmentmodelofancientresidentialbuildingsbasedonculturaltransformation.Itisspecificallymanifestedinthefollowingaspects:1.Integratetheresourcesofancientresidentialbuildingsbasedonculture.Throughthein-depthexcavationofthehistory,geographyandcultureofancientresidentialbuildings,theancientresidentialbuildingsaretransformedintoamulti-functionalcomplexspaceintegratingculture,tourism,leisureandexhibition.2.Carryoutoverallplanningtoprotectandrestorethehistoricalstyleoftheancienttown.Intermsofarchitecture,blocks,roads,squaresandotheraspectsoftheancienttown,overallplanningiscarriedouttoprotectandrestorethehistoricalstyleoftheancienttownandcreateanobjectiveenvironmentwithasenseofthetimesandculturalatmosphere.3.Introducecharacteristicindustriestopromotethedevelopmentoftheancienttown.Byintroducingcharacteristicindustriesthatmatchtheculturalcharacteristicsoftheancienttown,suchashandicrafts,culturalfolkproducts,etc.,thepopularityandattractionoftheancienttownareimproved,andtheeconomicdevelopmentoftheancienttownispromoted.4.Diversifiedmanagementtoimproveeconomicbenefits.Throughthedevelopmentofavarietyofbusinessformatssuchascatering,accommodation,entertainment,andculturalexchange,theeconomicbenefitsoftheancienttownareimproved,andatthesametime,amorecomprehensiveandrichtouristexperienceisprovidedfortourists.Throughthecomprehensiveimplementationoftheabovefouraspects,theindustrializationdevelopmentofJinggangancienttownwillachievethemaximizationofvalue,promotetheinheritanceanddevelopmentofancienttownculture,andlaythefoundationforthesustainabledevelopmentoftheancienttown.Keywo
