本文檔用于指導(dǎo)CPE數(shù)據(jù)采集，以便于問題定位。分為采數(shù)前準(zhǔn)備、CPE一鍵式日志

采集、Probe/OMT錄像采集、OMTTTI跟蹤采集、OMT基帶采樣、WAN□鏡像抓包采集和

【Access連接狀態(tài)下采數(shù)七個部分。

面向友好用戶（使用的Release版本），只能采集到CPE一鍵式日志。

1采數(shù)前準(zhǔn)備

如果只需要采集CPE一鍵式日志，可以跳過該步驟，直接參考第2節(jié)。

2PC側(cè)相關(guān)配置

2.1檢查PC網(wǎng)卡速率

使用CAT6類網(wǎng)線連接5GCPELAN□與PC的有線網(wǎng)卡，并確保有線網(wǎng)卡協(xié)商速率為

IGbps,請勿使用WIFI連接代替有線連接。

2.2添加路由規(guī)則

使用管理員權(quán)限從開始菜單進(jìn)入cmd命令窗口，輸入如下命令并檢查ping結(jié)果：（說

明：為登錄CPEWEBUI的IP地址）

2.3關(guān)閉PC防火墻

1）通過“控制面板'系統(tǒng)和安全'Windows防火墻”進(jìn)入防火墻配置，關(guān)閉防火墻。

2）如果采用公司的域策略，防火墻級別無法修改，可暫時忽略。

3CPEWEBUI添加白名單

3.1設(shè)置CPE防火墻級別

WEBUI->Security^Firewall,選擇Firewalllevel為【Medium】并點擊［Submit］提交

修改（CPE默認(rèn)為Medium）。

查看白名單規(guī)則，確認(rèn)配置結(jié)果與以下截圖一致。并確認(rèn)CurrentIPfilteringstatus為

Whitelistandblacklist狀態(tài)，如果為其他狀態(tài)，請參考芭設(shè)置CPE防火墻級別為Medium。

3.3關(guān)閉CPEDMZ功能

WEBUI->Sercurity->DMZ->DMZSettings頁面，去掉勾選【Enable】并點【submit】提

交以關(guān)閉DMZ功能。如果為下行TCP灌包，請將DMZIP配置為其他可進(jìn)行灌包PC,不能使

用運行GENEXProbe軟件的PC進(jìn)行灌包測試。

5Probe/OMT錄像采集

錄像主要是為了觀測問題時刻的路測數(shù)據(jù)，以便觀察問題出現(xiàn)的過程。

5.1Probe錄像

1）參考2.2節(jié)關(guān)閉PC防火墻和3CPEWEBUI添加白名單，完成防火墻相關(guān)配置。

2)點擊DeviceConfigure-〉A(chǔ)ddDevice,Model選擇HUAWEINRCPE
