ratherthan=insteadof“而不是”。Heisanexplorerratherthanasailor. 2.Learnasmuchaspossible... 3.keepyourdesktidyatalltimes.

Youcannotkeepheroutforsolong.Sorry,I’vekeptyouwaitingsolong.4.Ifinditarealbattlebeingonmyfeetallthetimelikethat.

5.Theinstantshestoppedaskingquestions,Igotupandwentoutoftheroom.

NotuntilFathercamebackdidwebegintohavesupperlastnight. 2.not...until... 7.Iaskedherhowshehadachievedsuccessandshetoldmethatbeingcurious,

working

hard,andbelievinginwhatwastruemadeherthesuccesssheistoday。

2.beingcurious,workinghard,andbelieving.... Workingwithyouisapleasure.3.madeherthesuccess是一個(gè)復(fù)合結(jié)構(gòu),thesuccess作賓語補(bǔ)足語,表示“成功的人”。

success。

8.Shesaidshechosetobeajournalistbecauseitisimportantthatpeoplegraspwhatis

goingonaroundthem.

9.IdiscoveredthenthataslongasIamcommittedandnevergiveupIwillbeableto

producehighqualityreports.

10.IaskedJunyanwhatshelikemostaboutherjobandshesaidthatalthoughthere

wasn’t

muchgloryinareporter’sexistence,shefounditinterestingandchallenging。

Thechildwasfoundsafeandsound.Isuddenlyfoundmyselfrunningdownthestreet.Awhalewasfoundwashedupontheshore.Theyfoundhimtobecharming.11.Itissometimesdifficulttoworkoutthepatternsofchange.

結(jié)構(gòu)為:It+be+adj./n.+真正的主語(從句/todosth./doingsth.

)+for/ofsb.todosth. Itismydutytocareforthatpatient.It’snousecryingoverspiltmilk.Itislikelythattheywillbeatustonight.Itisuncertainwhetherhecanattendthisconferenceornot.·

知識拓展其它it作形式主語的句型Itis/seems/appears/happens+that從句Itissaid/believed/agreed+that從句Itisawonder/awaste+that從句Itdoesn’tmatter/makeadifference+that從句Ittakessometimetodosth.Itfeelsgoodtodosth.Itannoys/amuses/disgustssb.todosth.12.whateverIdo,itwillbewithmusic.

whoever,whomever,whenever,wherever,however?!?/p>

13.IthinkIwouldbeagoodjournalistduetomylanguageskills.

Thankstoyourhelp,weweresuccessful. Innocentpeoplegetintotroubleonaccountofothers’misfortune. Thefloodcameaboutasaresultoftheheavyspringrains. 14.Ihaveparticipatedforthelastthreeyearsinavolunteerprogramme,visitingold

people

inmyarea.IfeelthatIcangetonwellwithpeoplefromdifferentbackgrounds...

Heofferedmealotofhelp,leadingtomysuccess.TheTitanic3Dmovedallaudiencetotearsonceagain,turningourattentiontoCameron’sfilmsand

thedefinition

oftruelove.PollutantshavegraduallyaccumulatedoverthecourseofrecentwindlessdaysinBeijing,makingthe

airquality

evenworse.4.feel后面的that從句是賓語從句。geton/alongwithsb./sth.

schoolalonedonotmakeanapplicantstandoutfromthecrowd.

Ifindthebookinterestingtoread.Thechairlooksratherhard,butinfactitisverycomfortabletositon.2.standout引人注目;顯眼Everytree,wallandfencestoodoutagainstdazzlingwhitefields.3.

16.Itwasmymotherwhotaughtmetobecurious.

強(qiáng)調(diào)句的結(jié)構(gòu)是It+be+要強(qiáng)調(diào)的部分

+that(或who)+句子其他成分。 除強(qiáng)調(diào)人時(shí)可以用who之外,其余都要用that。 1.Ithoughtwe’dbelatefortheconcert,
