引言
伴隨信息化社會(huì)的來臨,信息的汲取已成為人類生活、學(xué)習(xí)、工作、成長發(fā)展的核心要素,而人的
信息獲取80%以上來自視覺,因此視覺健康與否不但影響著人的身體健康,更對(duì)人的生活、學(xué)習(xí)、工
作、成長起著重要的作用。
LED作為新型光源已經(jīng)廣泛應(yīng)用于照明、顯示等相關(guān)光照產(chǎn)品領(lǐng)域,“光健康或健康光照”已成為
產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的重要方向,LED光照對(duì)人眼視功能的健康影響已成為全社會(huì)共同關(guān)注的重點(diǎn)和熱點(diǎn)問題,特
別是在我國全面實(shí)施兒童青少年近視防控的大背景下。如何客觀定量化的評(píng)測出光照對(duì)于人體的光生物
響應(yīng)特征,從而發(fā)現(xiàn)LED光照產(chǎn)品在不同光品質(zhì)特征下對(duì)人體(人眼視覺系統(tǒng))的健康影響,繼而研
制出可最大限度保障消費(fèi)者視覺健康與安全的光照產(chǎn)品,已成為推動(dòng)產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)發(fā)展、提高產(chǎn)品競爭力、
保障視覺健康、有效推進(jìn)健康中國戰(zhàn)略、有力支撐兒童青少年近視防控的重要途徑。
LED視覺健康舒適度是從光對(duì)人體的光生物響應(yīng)特征出發(fā),以細(xì)胞分子學(xué)測試、客觀生理指標(biāo)測
試、神經(jīng)遞質(zhì)的生化分析為手段,綜合評(píng)測LED照明產(chǎn)品對(duì)人體的健康影響。
本文件的研制和應(yīng)
用,可以有效規(guī)范健康照明領(lǐng)域市場,有利于國內(nèi)使用企業(yè)開發(fā)出具有自主知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)的健康照明產(chǎn)品,
