1.Manufacturer'sObligations

1.2ManufacturershallusereasonableeffortstoensurethattheProductsaremanufacturedandsuppliedinatimelymannerandmeetthequalitystandardssetbyClient.

1.3Manufacturershallberesponsibleforthequality,safetyandcomplianceoftheProductswithallapplicablelaws,regulationsandstandards.

2.Client'sObligations

2.1ClientagreestoprovideManufacturerwithallnecessaryinformation,materialsandspecificationsrequiredforthemanufactureandsupplyoftheProducts.

2.2ClientshallberesponsibleforthepaymentoftheagreedpricefortheProducts,aswellasforanyadditionalcostsorexpensesincurredbyManufacturerinconnectionwiththeperformanceofthisContract.

3.DeliveryandPayment

4.Confidentiality

6.Miscellaneous
