本文件按照GB/T1.1—2020《標(biāo)準化工作導(dǎo)則第1部分:標(biāo)準化文件的結(jié)構(gòu)和起草規(guī)則》的規(guī)
定起草。
本文件等同采用ISO/TS11774:2011《無損檢測操作能力鑒定》,文件類型由ISO的技術(shù)規(guī)范調(diào)
整為我國的國家標(biāo)準化指導(dǎo)性技術(shù)文件。

本文件提供了按照操作能力鑒定方案建立的文件化程序執(zhí)行,對特定無損檢測中無損檢測人員、工
藝規(guī)程和設(shè)備進行鑒定的方法。
本文件實施需要各工業(yè)部門委員會(ISC)和資格鑒定機構(gòu)之間協(xié)作,以確保滿足特定的預(yù)期實施
效果。
本文件中描述的鑒定方法用于評價報考人在檢測和評定關(guān)鍵不連續(xù)方面表現(xiàn)的能力,該能力與
ISC確定基于操作能力鑒定方案中規(guī)定檢測和評定關(guān)鍵不連續(xù)的能力相當(dāng)。
本文件確立了協(xié)助個人基于操作能力鑒定方案參加考試的準則。第二方(基于雇主的)鑒定和認可
(如參考ANSI/ASNTCP?189[3]),或第三方認證(如參考ISO9712[1]或EN473[2])以及隨后的在職培
訓(xùn),并不為安全關(guān)鍵性檢測提供所需的信任度。
本文件適用于按照操作能力鑒定方案建立的文件化程序執(zhí)行的特定應(yīng)用。
