rticle6ThirdPartyInvolvement6.1Inordertoensurethesmoothimplementationofthecontract,PartyAandPartyBagreethatthirdpartiesmaybeinvolvedunderthefollowingcircumstances:6.1.1Intermediary:Tofacilitatethetransaction,PartyAandPartyBmayinvolveanintermediary,whichshallonlyprovideinformationtransmission,coordination,andotherserviceswithoutassumingtheactualresponsibilityforthegoodstransaction.6.1.2InsuranceParty:Toreducetransactionrisks,PartyAandPartyBmayinvolveaninsuranceparty,whichshallprovidegoodsinsuranceservicesinaccordancewiththeagreedterms.6.1.3TransportParty:Toensurethesafetransportationofgoods,PartyAandPartyBmayinvolveatransportparty,whichshallberesponsibleforthetransportationofgoods.6.1.4QualityInspectionParty:Toensurethequalityofgoods,PartyAandPartyBmayinvolveaqualityinspectionparty,whichshallberesponsibleforthequalityinspectionofgoodsandissueaqualityinspectionreport.6.1.5OtherThirdParties:Accordingtotheneedsofcontractperformance,PartyAandPartyBmayinvolveotherthirdparties,andthespecificmattersshallbedeterminedthroughconsultationbetweentheparties.6.2TheinvolvementofthirdpartiesshallbeagreeduponPartyAandPartyB,andacooperativeagreementshallbesignedaccordingly.Article7ThirdPartyResponsibility7.1Thescopeofresponsibilityofthethirdpartyshallbeclearlystipulatedinthecooperativeagreement,thefollowingisageneralprovisionoftheresponsibilityofthethirdparty:7.1.4QualityInspectionParty:Thequalityinspectionpartyshallcarryoutthequalityinspectionofgoodsinaccordancewiththecontractandissueaqualityinspectionreport.7.1.5OtherThirdParties:Otherthirdpartiesshallassumethecorrespondingresponsibilitiesasstipulatedinthecooperativeagreement.Article8ThirdPartyLiabilityLimit8.1.1Intermediary:Theliabilitylimitoftheintermediaryshallbedeterminedthroughconsultationbetweentheparties,generallynotexceeding5%ofthetotalcontractprice.8.1.2InsuranceParty:Theliabilitylimitoftheinsurancepartyshallbestipulatedintheinsurancecontract,generallynotexceedingtheinsuranceamount.8.1.3TransportParty:Theliabilitylimitofthetransportpartyshallbedeterminedthroughconsultationbetweentheparties,generallynotexceeding10%ofthevalueofgoods.8.1.4QualityInspectionParty:Theliabilitylimitofthequalityinspectionpartyshallbedeterminedthroughconsultationbetweentheparties,generallynotexceeding5%ofthetotalcontractprice.8.1.5OtherThirdParties:Theliabilitylimitofotherthirdpartiesshallbestipulatedinthecooperativeagreement.Article9DivisionofResponsibility,Rights,andObligationsAmongThirdPartiesandOtherParties9.1Aftertheinvolvementofthirdparties,thedivisionofresponsibility,rights,andobligationsamongPartyAandPartyB,thethirdparty,andotherrelatedpartiesareasfollows:9.1.1PartyAandPartyBshallcontinuetoperformtheirresponsibilities,rights,andobligationsasstipulatedinthecontract,whicharenotaffectedtheinvolvementofthirdparties.9.1.2Thethirdpartyshallperformitsdutiesaccordingtothecooperativeagreementandberesponsibleforitsownactions.9.1.3OtherrelatedpartiesshallassistPartyAandPartyBandthethirdpartyinperformingthecontractaccordingtotheirrespectiveduties.Article10ChangesandWithdrawalofThirdParties10.1Ifthethirdpartyneedstochangeorwithdrawduringtheperformanceofthecontract,itshallbeagreeduponPartyAandPartyB,andachangeorwithdrawalagreementshallbesignedaccordingly.10.2Afterthechangeorwithdrawalofthethirdparty,PartyAandPartyBshallcontinuetoperformthecontractinaccordancewiththeprovisionsofthechangeorwithdrawalagreement.Article11DisputeResolutionofThirdParties11.1Anydisputesarisingbetweenthethirdpartyintheprocessofperformingitsdutiesshallberesolvedthroughfriendlyconsultation;ifconsultationfails,eitherpartymayfilealawsuitwiththepeople'scourtattheplaceofcontractsigning.11.2TheresolutionofdisputesthirdpartiesdoesnotaffecttherightsandobligationsofPartyAandPartyBunderthecontract.Article12Other12.1Anyresponsibilities,rights,andobligationsofthethirdpartythatarenotexplicitlystipulatedinthiscontractshallbedeterminedthroughconsultationbetweenPartyA,PartyB,andthethirdpartyaccordingtotheactualsituation.12.2Theprovisionsofthiscontractregardingtheinvolvementofthirdpartiesareintendedtoclarifytheresponsibilityofthethirdpartyandreducetransactionrisks.PartyAandPartyBshallconsultfullytoensuretheperformanceofthecontract.12.3Theprovisionsofthiscontractregardingtheinvolvementofthirdpartiesdonotaffecttheeffectivenessofotherclausesofthecontract.第三部分：其他補(bǔ)充性說(shuō)明和解釋說(shuō)明一：附件列表：1.貨物質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)文件：要求：詳細(xì)列出貨物質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，包括技術(shù)規(guī)格、性能指標(biāo)、檢驗(yàn)方法等。說(shuō)明：此文件
