交際英語2CommunicativeEnglishII課程基本信息課程編號:15002216課程總學(xué)時:16實(shí)驗(yàn)學(xué)時:0學(xué)時課程性質(zhì):公共基礎(chǔ)必修課課程屬性:素質(zhì)類開設(shè)學(xué)期:第2學(xué)期適用專業(yè):非英語專業(yè)一年級本科生對先修的要求:無對后續(xù)的支撐:無一、課程的教學(xué)理念、性質(zhì)、目標(biāo)和任務(wù)1.教學(xué)理念《交際英語》是一門以外語教學(xué)理論為指導(dǎo),以英語語言知識與應(yīng)用技能、跨文化交際和學(xué)習(xí)策略為主要內(nèi)容,并融合多種教學(xué)模式和教學(xué)手段為一體的教學(xué)體系。2.課程性質(zhì)《交際英語》是為非英語專業(yè)一年級本科學(xué)生開設(shè)的一門公共基礎(chǔ)必修課,旨在通過聽、說、讀、寫、譯的綜合訓(xùn)練,逐步提高學(xué)生運(yùn)用英語進(jìn)行交際的能力。3.教學(xué)目標(biāo)和任務(wù)通過本門課程的學(xué)習(xí),使學(xué)生掌握英語的交際能力,即英語的語言能力,包括語音、語法和詞匯;英語的實(shí)用能力,即認(rèn)識英語實(shí)際使用的規(guī)矩,了解英語語篇結(jié)構(gòu)的知識及掌握英語的交際策略和英語的認(rèn)知和感受能力。學(xué)生通過大量真實(shí)、自然的交際活動,如對子活動、小組討論、角色扮演等,能更主動、靈活、深刻地掌握英語的交際能力。本課程提供多種類型的交際活動,如聽力(聽大意、細(xì)節(jié)、態(tài)度及語言)、口語(對子活動、對話、小組討論、辯論及角色扮演等)、閱讀(讀大意、細(xì)節(jié))、寫作(通知、口信、信、新聞及文章)和翻譯(口譯)。教材使用的語言材料真實(shí)自然,涉及日常生活中的多個方面:社會、政治、環(huán)境、教育、體育、住房、節(jié)假日及風(fēng)俗習(xí)慣等。此外,教師在教授該課程過程中增加的中國文化元素能幫助學(xué)生自主進(jìn)行中西方文化對比,拓展的課程思政元素有利于提升學(xué)生用英語講好中國故事的能力。二、課程教學(xué)的基本要求1.教師加大語言的輸入量,語言的輸入量要大于學(xué)生的語言練習(xí)量,確保學(xué)生能聽懂英語授課,能聽懂日常英語談話和一般性題材講座,能基本聽懂英語國家中速英語節(jié)目,掌握大意并抓住中心要點(diǎn)。2.教師增加學(xué)生練習(xí)英語的時間,設(shè)定具體的題目和場景,組織演講、辯論和討論等活動。讓學(xué)生能用英語就一般性話題進(jìn)行比較流利的會話,能基本表達(dá)個人意見、情感、觀點(diǎn)等,能基本陳述事實(shí)、理由和描述事件,表達(dá)清楚,語音、語調(diào)基本正確。教師在課上展開各種形式的個人、雙人、小組活動,促進(jìn)師生、生生之間的情感交流。此外,教師要對學(xué)生的活動要及時給予反饋,提高學(xué)生練習(xí)的質(zhì)量。3.通過線上線下混合式教學(xué),自主學(xué)習(xí)能力提升。通過小組合作等形式,養(yǎng)成團(tuán)隊(duì)合作意識,最終實(shí)現(xiàn)能用順利組織語言,推介中國文化,講述中國故事。三、課程的教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)1.教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)說明教學(xué)內(nèi)容:《交際英語II》中設(shè)計(jì)了大量的、多樣的聽(包括聽大意、態(tài)度、具體細(xì)節(jié)等)、說(包括兩人對練、對話、小組討論、角色扮演、辯論等)、讀(包括讀大意、具體信息、速讀、尋讀等)、寫(包括寫留言、啟示、書信、短文、評論、新聞報(bào)道等)等符合現(xiàn)實(shí)生活交際需要的交際活動,語言材料真實(shí),內(nèi)容涉及英語國家和中國人現(xiàn)實(shí)生活中的各個方面.包括見面會客、日常生活、描述物品、談?wù)撊宋铩⒚枋龅攸c(diǎn)、行為處事、展望未來、談?wù)撨^去等八個單元。教學(xué)過程中,學(xué)生處于活動的中心,教師輔助指導(dǎo)、組織、參與交際活動,并在活動之后在語言方面進(jìn)行總結(jié)。所有活動都編織在用目的語進(jìn)行交際的一個靈活的、動態(tài)的、持續(xù)不停的進(jìn)程中。教學(xué)策略:制定有利于學(xué)生個性化學(xué)習(xí)方法的形成和學(xué)生自主學(xué)習(xí)能力的發(fā)展,應(yīng)以現(xiàn)代信息技術(shù)、特別是網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)為支撐,使大學(xué)英語教學(xué)朝著個性化學(xué)習(xí)、不受時間和地點(diǎn)限制的學(xué)習(xí)、主動式的學(xué)習(xí)方向發(fā)展,應(yīng)體現(xiàn)英語教學(xué)的實(shí)用性、文化性和趣味性相融合的原則,應(yīng)能充分調(diào)動教師和學(xué)生兩個方面的積極性,確立學(xué)生在英語教學(xué)中的主體地位。教學(xué)方法:本課程提供多種類型的交際活動,如聽力(聽大意、細(xì)節(jié)、態(tài)度及語言)、口語(對子活動、對話、小組討論、辯論及角色扮演等)、閱讀(讀大意、細(xì)節(jié))、寫作(通知、口信、信、新聞及文章)和翻譯(口譯)。教材使用的語言材料真實(shí)自然,涉及日常生活中的多個方面:社會、政治、環(huán)境、教育、體育、住房、節(jié)假日及風(fēng)俗習(xí)慣等。教學(xué)過程:(1)創(chuàng)設(shè)情境,引出課程;(2)引導(dǎo)學(xué)生理解課程內(nèi)容;(3)組織學(xué)生進(jìn)行交際實(shí)踐;(4)課堂教學(xué)評價和反饋。教學(xué)評價:運(yùn)用多種評價方法與手段,處理好內(nèi)部評價與外部評價、形成性評價與終結(jié)性評價之間的關(guān)系,實(shí)現(xiàn)從傳統(tǒng)的“對課程結(jié)果的終結(jié)性評價”向“促進(jìn)課程發(fā)展的形成性評價”轉(zhuǎn)變。每一位課程參與者都是評價的主體。2.課程目標(biāo)及對畢業(yè)要求的支撐序號課程目標(biāo)畢業(yè)要求11.課程目標(biāo)與畢業(yè)要求是否有效對接?(一個課程目標(biāo)不要同時覆蓋多個不同類型畢業(yè)要求,1個畢業(yè)要求指標(biāo)點(diǎn)不要牽涉過多課程目標(biāo))2.課程目標(biāo)是否合理表述?(課程目標(biāo)的內(nèi)涵應(yīng)體現(xiàn)畢業(yè)要求指標(biāo)點(diǎn)的要求,準(zhǔn)確表達(dá)學(xué)生通過課程學(xué)習(xí)所獲得的解決問題的能力而非知識掌握要求。應(yīng)按照學(xué)生能力形成的邏輯關(guān)系,由淺入深的“縱向”分解,不宜按照教材章節(jié)“橫向”切割,籠統(tǒng)描述。根據(jù)畢業(yè)要求指標(biāo)點(diǎn)的要求,結(jié)合課程內(nèi)容,設(shè)計(jì)邏輯關(guān)系清晰的課程目標(biāo),以便于指導(dǎo)課程考核與評價,為畢業(yè)要求指標(biāo)點(diǎn)評價提供有效數(shù)據(jù)。12目標(biāo)2:能用英語就一般性話題進(jìn)行比較流利的會話,能基本表達(dá)個人意見、情感、觀點(diǎn)等,能基本陳述事實(shí)、理由和描述事件,表達(dá)清楚,語音、語調(diào)基本正確。23目標(biāo)3:使學(xué)生具有一定的國際視野,能夠了解專業(yè)領(lǐng)域的國際發(fā)展趨勢與新的研究熱點(diǎn),并能在跨文化背景下使用一門外語清晰的陳述和回答問題,解釋和尊重世界不同文化的差異性和多樣性。34目標(biāo)4:通過課程的學(xué)習(xí),具有自主學(xué)習(xí)和終身學(xué)習(xí)的意識,掌握拓展知識和能力的基本方法和途徑。四、理論教學(xué)內(nèi)容及學(xué)時分配(16學(xué)時)UnitOneGrowingPains學(xué)時數(shù):2第一節(jié)(1學(xué)時)教學(xué)目標(biāo):--Thecourseistohelpthelearnersacquirecommunicativecompetence(whichiscomposedoflinguistic,pragmatic,andcognitiveandaffectivecompetence)throughvariedcommunicativeactivities.--Thelearnersareencouragedtogetinvolvedinvariouskindsofcommunicativeactivitieswhicharecloselyinlinewithreal-likesituations.--ThelearnersareexpectedtomastertheessentialcommunicativeskillsinthetargetlanguageandtomeettherequirementsoftheNationalSyllabusconcerningthedevelopmentofthe4languageskills.教學(xué)重點(diǎn)和難點(diǎn):--listeningforgistandspecificinformation;groupdiscussion.--grasptheintonationmeaningindifferentcontext.主要教學(xué)內(nèi)容及要求:PartIWarming-upSectionOneTopic-relatedQuotesSectionTwoDiscussionSectionsThreeListenandMatchPartIIListeningSectionOneListenforPronunciationSkillsSectionTwoFurtherListening教學(xué)組織與實(shí)施:--introducethebackgroundinformationaboutGrowingPains.--analyzevariouschangesindifferentperiodsofgrowing-upanditsrelevantcauses.--carryoutthegroupdiscussion.--grasptheintonationmeaningindifferentcontext.--improvethelisteningskills.
