b.TheEmployerviolatesthelaborlawsandregulations;

c.TheEmployeeisunabletoperformhisorherdutiesduetoillnessorotherreasons.

VII.Confidentiality

1.BothpartiesagreetokeepconfidentialanyconfidentialinformationobtainedduringtheexecutionofthisContract.
